Your 5 Steps To Tip The Balance Toward Good For This Planet and Humanity

Right now we are all being inundated with some of the most disturbing threats the world has ever been exposed to, and all at the same time and across many areas - imminent financial collapse, nuclear war, collapse of the environment, EMPs, deadly epidemics, endless police state brutality, DARPA mindcontrol and torture weapons, chipping of all humans, vaccines as bioweapons, earthquakes, droughts, food shortages, chemtrails, radiation and dead oceans, genetically engineered everything, etc.Simon Parkes says that those doing this have only until 2017 to achieve their NWO or they will never be able to. And he recently said that right now we are in a dead heat with them even though our consciousness was rising so rapidly, because in the last 6 months they have used a dampening energy to slow down the rate of awakening that has been occurring on the earth.
Parkes calls this “the human race’s time.”
"If we were to use a
metaphor, we would say that you, as humanity, are on a great ocean
vessel. But many of you are asleep, and there is someone at the helm
directing this vessel that should not be there. For many historical and
trans-historical reasons, which we won’t go into here, various beings
have commandeered your ship.
"But, ah, how the tides are turning. More and more of you are waking
up, though some, still half-asleep, stagger across the deck as they
watch the tempestuous storm of their world changing before them. The
Controllers know that many of you are waking up—too many for their
comfort."

Question from a caller: I would like to know what we as an individual can do for a positive outcome of all humanity creating the so called heaven on earth.
"Okay, I'm not sure
about heaven on earth, I think what they mean is you know is not utopia,
but what they mean is a much better place than we have now. But the
planet is wonderful, the actual planet is wonderful. It's a very, very
small group of humans and non-humans who seek by rules and regulations
to act in an unfair way and to penalize the vast majority of humans so
these guys can lord it over us.
"So, it's just literally people, I want people to raise their consciousness, to become aware. And we are getting toward this critical mass, this very large form of consciousness which ultimately will tip the balance.
"So I need everyone to
be strong, I need everyone to network and communicate with each other,
not to be thrown off by lies coming from television, not to be scared by
anything. If the internet were to go down or something happened, don't
panic. If your cell phone stopped working, don't panic. If you see
lots of soldiers in the street, don't panic.
"Just remember that you are watching something playing out that has got to happen. We've got to go through this change, so this has got to happen.
"And I've always said I
know we will come through the other end but what I don't know is in
what condition. So, will we literally crawl through on our knees and
say "Halleluyah, we've made it" or will we stride through confidently
with plenty of energy - "Right, what's the next task?" So, basically
everyone who is true, decent, kind, and spiritual, and wants the best
for the planet and the good people on the planet, stick together and
we've got to see this through."

The fundamental
principle, for jumping timelines [that is, for achieving a different
outcome, and in this case, an outcome different from the one planned by
the powers which wish totalitarian control of the planet] involves the
coordination of a few significant fields of intentionality.
1) You identify the timeline you wish to move into. [A peaceful and wonderful planet for humanity, for instance.]2) You shift your vibrational state to match the timeline.3) You lock in the vibrational state so it does not waver.4) You take an action that is an expression of the new timeline.5) Persevere.
In this fifth stage,
you must hold the vibrational state of the new timeline you have chosen,
making choices coherent with the new timeline and persevering with this
despite sensory information to the contrary.
[Emphasis added. Sensory information may include the take down of the
internet, cutting off of cell phones, troops on the street, so despite
any of these or anything else contrary to a peaceful and wonderful
planet for humanity.] ....
"The information we are
sharing can be used to address any timeline or expression in your life,
down to the most mundane situation. In this message however, we will be
addressing this methodology for jumping timelines in regards to the
ascension process [or bringing the planet safely through] and how you
can move into timelines different than the timeline of the culture you
are currently residing in.
"This is, for some, a
revolutionary idea; but for us it is simply a truth about your nature.
You are creator gods and goddesses, and this information we are sharing
is simply your birthright. We offer it to you at this time with the
anticipation and hope that many of you will jump timelines and tilt the
keel of the ship you are upon and take the vessel into safe and
prosperous waters."

Project Avalon:
"Seeking change in one's mind seems like a great idea. Can you
elaborate on that? Is it as simple as reaching for a thought that feels
better than the current reality?"
Parkes:
"You really have got to believe that you can make a change. You also
have to practice. Some people go into deep breathing, some people do
meditation, other people just don't seem to need to do any of that, they
can just do it. It depends on where you are in the developmental
process. If you know something is wrong, you have to wish and think and
believe, not just I want something, but "I will make it better. This
is going to happen. I going to make this happen." And you're going to
make it happen out of love and for the right reasons. And if you
believe in that strong enough, and others across the planet are joining
you in that, you can affect change."
Project Avalon: "If the United States is the major influence in the determination of the planet's freedom or slavery, what are our most significant assets, and what are our most significant weaknesses?"
Parkes: "I've always
made it clear everywhere, that don't say people need to create
violence, to prevent this, And a lot of people cannot understand that
because even people who are awake, they live in a physical world and
they don't understand the full imports of the ability to change a
physical situation by your own mental thought, you own mental processes,
linked into your soul. .... [Here Parkes talks Obama ordering 3
generals to detonate a nuclear bomb and their refusing. That is omitted
here.]
"People
don't understand the consciousness level of an individual, when matched
with many, many, many thousands of individuals, can actually change
reality. And I keep saying to people, you don't have to
get a gun and barricade yourself in because that's what a lot of these
questions are about, what do I have to do, and I don't want people to go
out there and put themselves in danger because then you are fighting
fire with fire. And that's not going to work."
Parkes calls this "the human race's time."
