The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. «Εμείς δεσμευόμαστε να τηρήσουμε τις υποχρεώσεις μας, έτσι οφείλουν να πράξουν και όλες οι πλευρές. Γιατί η ηθική δεν μπορεί να είναι αλά καρτ» ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά ο πρωθυπουργός υπενθυμίζοντας πως παρά τα εγκλήματα του Γ’ Ράιχ και των χιτλερικών ορδών, το χρέος της Γερμανίας διέγραφη 

Προειδοποιητικές βολές που εντείνουν το ψυχροπολεμικό κλίμα με τη Γερμανία εκτόξευσε η ελληνική κυβέρνηση από τη Βουλή με αφορμή το ζήτημα των γερμανικών αποζημιώσεων. Ο πρωθυπουργός Αλέξης Τσίπρας συνέδεσε ευθέως το θέμα των οφειλών της Γερμανίας έναντι της χώρας μας λόγω των ναζιστικών θηριωδιών επί ναζιστικής κατοχής με τις τρέχουσες κρίσιμες διαπραγματεύσεις και την αδιάλλακτη στάση που εμφανίζει η γερμανική κυβέρνηση.

Έμπειροι κοινοβουλευτικοί παρατηρητές μάλιστα σημείωναν πως δεν είναι τυχαία η επιλογή της κυβέρνησης να καθυστερήσει την συζήτηση για την νέα συμφωνία με τους εταίρους ώστε να προηγηθεί αυτή για την επανασύσταση της κοινοβουλευτικής επιτροπής για τις γερμανικές αποζημιώσεις που διεξήχθη με πρωτοβουλία της Προέδρου του κοινοβουλίου, Ζωής Κωνσταντοπούλου.

«Εμείς δεσμευόμαστε να τηρήσουμε τις υποχρεώσεις μας, έτσι οφείλουν να πράξουν και όλες οι πλευρές. Γιατί η ηθική δεν μπορεί να είναι αλά καρτ» ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά ο πρωθυπουργός υπενθυμίζοντας πως παρά τα εγκλήματα του Γ’ Ράιχ και των χιτλερικών ορδών, το χρέος της Γερμανίας διέγραφη ενώ εκταμιεύτηκαν και ποσά από τους Συμμάχους για την ανοικοδόμησή της. «Επιλέγουμε το δρόμο της διαπραγμάτευσης και του διαλόγου, της αλληλοκατανόησης και της δικαιοσύνης» ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά για να προσθέσει: «Απέναντι σε έναν ηθικολογικό τόνο που έχει επικρατήσει τα τελευταία χρόνια στη δημόσια συζήτηση στην Ευρώπη, εμείς δεν επιλέγουμε ούτε τη θέση του μαθητή που σκύβει το κεφάλι και χαμηλώνει τα μάτια απέναντι στην αφ’ υψηλού ηθική διδασκαλία, αλλά ούτε διεκδικούμε τη θέση του ηθικοδιδάσκαλου που κουνά επιτιμητικά το δάχτυλο, απέναντι στον υποτιθέμενο αμαρτωλό, ζητώντας του να πληρώσει για τις αμαρτίες του».

Ξεκαθάρισε ότι η χώρα δεν παραιτείται από τις αξιώσεις ενώ τόνισε πως «δεν κάνουμε μαθήματα ηθικής αλλά δεν δεχόμαστε και μαθήματα ηθικής» εξηγώντας «πως το τελευταίο διάστημα στο άκουσμα πολλών προκλητικών δηλώσεων από το εξωτερικό, μου έρχεται στο μυαλό το περίφημο απόσπασμα από την επί του Όρους ομιλία του Ιησού: Βλέπουν την ακίδα στο μάτι του αδελφού τους, αλλά όχι το δοκάρι στο δικό τους».

Την στρατηγική κλιμάκωσης της έντασης με μοχλό τις γερμανικές αποζημιώσεις ακολούθησαν και τα υπόλοιπα κυβερνητικά στελέχη που τοποθετήθηκαν στο κοινοβουλίου.

Είναι ενδεικτικό πως ο υπουργός Δικαιοσύνης Νίκος Παρασκευόπουλος επισήμανε πως πρόθεση της κυβέρνησης - η υλοποίηση της οποίας θα κριθεί από «ζητήματα εθνικής διάστασης» -  είναι η υπογραφή απόφασης του Αρείου Πάγου για μέτρα αναγκαστικής εκτέλεσης κατά περιουσίας του γερμανικού δημοσίου στην Ελλάδα. Πρόκειται για απόφαση που δικαιώνει συγγενείς των θυμάτων του Διστόμου και παραμένει ανεκτέλεστη ενώ νομικοί κύκλοι σημειώνουν πως εάν τελικά η κυβέρνηση αποφασίσει την ενεργοποίησή της τότε δεν αποκλείεται η κατάσχεση του κτηρίου όπου στεγάζεται το Ινστιτούτο Γκαίτε.

Πέραν αυτού, ο αναπληρωτής υπουργός Εθνικής Άμυνας Κώστας Ήσυχος, αποκάλυψε πως στις αποθήκες του ελληνικού υπουργείου βρίσκονται 400.000 αρχεία των γερμανικών κατοχικών ενόπλων δυνάμεων γνωστών και ως Βέρμαχτ τα οποία βρίσκονται σε διαδικασία ψηφιοποίησης και ενισχύουν τις απαιτήσεις έναντι της Γερμανίας.

Συμπλήρωσε πως τα έγγραφα αυτά αποδεικνύουν:
- Παράνομες αρχαιολογικές ανασκαφές κατά την περίοδο 1941 – 1944
- Εξόρυξη πολύτιμων μετάλλων και ορυκτών
- Καταστροφές ιστορικών μνημείων.
- Καταστροφή υποδομών όπως αεροδρόμια, λιμάνια και δρόμοι

Επισήμανε δε πως τα συγκεκριμένα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία δεν επιδέχονται αμφισβήτησης καθώς είναι γερμανικά και άρα αποτελούν «ομολογία» ενοχής.

Από την πλευρά της αντιπολίτευσης, ο κ. Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος υποστήριξε ότι το ζήτημα των γερμανικών οφειλών παραμένει «ανοικτό» προς διεκδίκηση χάρη και σε πρωτοβουλίες που ανέλαβαν οι προηγούμενες κυβερνήσεις.

Διερωτήθηκε τέλος εάν θα έρθουν προς συζήτηση στην Ολομέλεια και τρέχοντα ζητήματα που αφορούν την συμφωνία με τους εταίρους και τις κρίσιμες διαπραγματεύσεις.

Από την ΝΔ ο κ. Χρήστος Σταϊκούρας επισήμανε την «αθόρυβη» εργασία που πραγματοποίησε τα τελευταία χρόνια το Γενικό Λογιστήριο του Κράτους αναφορικά με το ζήτημα. Με τον ίδιο ως αναπληρωτή υπουργό Οικονομικών τότε είπε ότι υπήρξαν μια σειρά από δράσεις που οδήγησαν σε τεκμηριωμένο λογιστικό πόρισμα που παρεδόθη πρόσφατα στην ηγεσία του υπουργείου.

Ο κ. Σπύρος Λυκούδης τόνισε την πλήρη στήριξη του Ποταμιού στις εργασίες της Διακομματικής επιτροπής υποστηρίζοντας πως το έργο της είναι «εθνικό θέμα» και πως δεν πρέπει να αποτελέσει αντικείμενο κομματικών αντιπαραθέσεων. Επισήμανε δε πως αποτελεί ευθύνη όλων των κομμάτων «να μην ρίχνουμε λάδι στη φωτιά του υστερικού εθνικισμού αλλά να προσεγγίσουμε τα σύνθετα αυτά προβλήματα με πνεύμα που να αρμόζει στις σχέσεις μεταξύ συνεργατών μέσα στο ευρωπαϊκό πλαίσιο».
 
Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου: Χρέος ιστορικό και ηθικό η διεκδίκηση των γερμανικών οφειλών

Να σημειωθεί ότι η συνεδρίαση πραγματοποιήθηκε μετά από πρωτοβουλία της κυρίας Ζωής Κωνσταντοπούλου και συγκεκριμένη πρόταση που κατέθεσε ζητώντας την επανασύσταση της σχετικής Διακομματικής κοινοβουλευτικής Επιτροπής.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι οι εργασίες της επιτροπής ξεκίνησαν για πρώτη φορά το 2012 επί θητείας στο Προεδρείο της Βουλής του κ. Ευάγγελου Μεϊμαράκη.

Η κυρία Κωνσταντοπούλου τόνισε πως «Οι οφειλές της Γερμανίας προς την Ελλάδα και τον ελληνικό λαό από τις θηριωδίες και τις καταστροφές που διέπραξαν οι ναζιστικές δυνάμεις επί Γερμανικής Κατοχής, από το σφετερισμό αρχαιολογικών θησαυρών από τις κατοχικές δυνάμεις, αλλά και από το αναγκαστικό δάνειο που υποχρεώθηκε να δώσει η Τράπεζα της Ελλάδας στο Τρίτο Ράιχ, συγκροτούν απαράγραπτη υποχρέωση, χρέος ιστορικό, ηθικό, νομικό και οικονομικό προς το λαό μας, αλλά και προς την ανθρωπότητα».

Είπε πως: «Το ελληνικό κοινοβούλιο επισημαίνοντας την ολιγωρία των προηγούμενων κυβερνήσεων να διεκδικήσουν αυτό το ιστορικό χρέος, κινητοποιήθηκε ήδη από το 2012 προκειμένου να οργανωθεί συγκροτημένα και κοινοβουλευτικά η διεκδίκηση των γερμανικών οφειλών προς την Ελλάδα».  Αναφορικά με τις γερμανικές οφειλές τις απαρίθμησε ως εξής: Πολεμικών αποζημιώσεων, επανορθώσεων, αποπληρωμής του κατοχικού δανείου, επιστροφής των κλεμμένων αρχαιολογικών θησαυρών.

Τονίζει πως αρμοδιότητα της επιτροπής θα είναι «η συνέχιση και ολοκλήρωση της συγκέντρωσης και τεκμηρίωσης, με οργανωμένο τρόπο, των αδιαμφισβήτητων ιστορικών στοιχείων που θα ενισχύσουν αποτελεσματικά την ελληνική επιχειρηματολογία για την διεκδίκηση των οφειλομένων και την συστράτευση και άλλων ευρωπαϊκών δυνάμεων και διεθνών οργανισμών σε αυτή την προσπάθεια, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της, προς το σκοπό αυτό πραγματοποίησης επαφών με άλλα ευρωπαϊκά κοινοβούλια και με το Ευρωκοινοβούλιο αλλά και με ευρωπαϊκά και διεθνή όργανα που έχουν αντιμετωπίσει ανάλογες περιπτώσεις και της διοργάνωσης συνεδρίων και διαλέξεων για το ζήτημα αυτό».
