Fiona
Rae Holowczak was born October 28, 1969, in Sydney, Australia. The
surname Holowczak belonged to the man her parents believed to be her
paternal grandfather. When Fiona was 15 years of age, her true paternal
grandfather was located in Jelenia Gora, Poland. Fiona and her six
younger siblings subsequently had new birth certificates issued
featuring their actual surname – Rylko.
Fiona underwent another name change after marrying
Englishman Jon Barnett. The couple reside with their two exceptional
children on Australia’s far northern New South Wales coast. Jon is a
blood relative to Toni Gardiner, the mother of King Hussein of Jordan.
Fiona is academic by nature and has spent too many years
compensating for her poor public school education. She has studied
visual arts, education, art therapy and psychology at a tertiary level.
In 2010, Fiona had almost completed a masters in forensic psychology at
a private Gold Coast university, when certain staff targeted her for
removal from the psychology industry. This attack immediately followed
her adherence to mandatory reporting legislation regarding disclosure of
child abuse allegations by a client in the Bond University Psychology
Clinic. This attack was one of many endured since escaping her
childhood perpetrators. Bond University staff conspired to mislead
authorities regarding Fiona’s age at the time of her child abuse
experiences. They reported her as an adult perpetrator, instead of a
child victim of the crimes she experienced, to the Queensland Police and
Psychology Board. Select staff within these government organisations
then collaborated with Bond University to destroy Fiona’s chosen
profession. They also targeted her physical safety.
Tired of the constant threats to her family’s safety, and
incessant sabotage of her efforts to participate normally in Australian
society, Fiona realised she had no choice but to go public. In 2013,
Fiona provided witness testimony to the Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Abuse.
She simultaneously participated in mainstream media interviews and
published a series of articles in a popular Australian online news
journal. Fiona’s public disclosure led to other Australian victims
coming forward and requesting assistance and exposure for their
experiences. Her official complaint against key perpetrator, and high
profile Australian psychologist, Dr Antony Kidman immediately preceded
his mysterious death in Singapore and attracted global attention.
Fiona
has since relinquished any desire for acceptance or recognition within
mainstream Australian society. She is currently studying law for the
purpose of keeping her hungry brain satiated, and to better understand
her legal rights and options in the face of perpetual threat and
harassment from those who misuse their power and authority to maintain
the VIP pedophile network’s agenda.
Yes – Fiona is ‘just an attention seeker.’ She seeks to
draw the public’s attention to the true nature and extent of child sex
trafficking within Australian society. This criminal industry depends
on the clandestine support and involvement of representatives from all
aspects of Australian government including legal, health and
educational.
No – Fiona is ‘not normal.’ Comprehensive testing has
consistently shown her cognitive ability to fall within the far right
tail on the normal distribution curve. Her brain has unusual physical
structure and function; it is denser and more interconnected. This
permits Fiona to perceive patterns and relationships between seemingly
unrelated bits of information. It allows her to think in a highly
abstract and unconventional manner, to predict human reactions long
before they happen, and to notice things others simply don’t. This
unique capacity tends to unnerve observers, when it is simply the
product of an unusually fast brain.
Fiona’s cognitive make-up also gives her a rare sense of
empathy – the ability to place herself in other peoples’ shoes. This is
why Fiona, while busy processing her own horror memories plus managing
the constant barrage of physical attacks on her young family, musters
the time and energy to help others. Her advocacy efforts were well
demonstrated in the Gold Coast Hogtie Doctor case.
Dr Antony Kidman had strong connections to the man behind the CIA’s torture program and his Learned Helplessness Theory.
Learned Helplessness (LH) is defined as “the condition in which a person suffers from a sense of powerlessness, arising from a traumatic event
or persistent failure to succeed.” This term was coined by Dr. Martin
Seligman, the CIA torture expert who discovered the phenomena while
electroshocking dogs. He observed that some dogs became unresponsive and
lost all apparent will to avoid the torture.LH was the basis of the CIA’s torture program from 2001 onwards. Seligman met with top CIA psychologists and agents at his house in the same year and that meeting was known as “the start of the program”. The meeting included at least one Mossad agent and happened only months apart from when Kidman met with Seligman at The University of Technology, Sydney.
Seligman, as previously mentioned in MKULTRA in Australia: Part 1,
studied and conducted research at the University of Pennsylvania and
this is where Dr. Antony Kidman became a long-time colleague. Through
their careers, both men would publish books together and pioneer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology in Australia. CBT and Positive Psychology arefundamentally connected to LH. Kidman
and Seligman were also connected by an experiment conducted in 1975 at
the Kolling Institute of Medical Research, Royal North Shore Hospital of
Sydney, NSW. The Kolling institute is a facility of The University of
Sydney.
The paper published in 1975 is titled, “The Experimental Contusion Injury of the Spinal Cord in Sheep”
and was published by JD Yeo, W Payne, B. Hinwood and A.D. Kidman. The
first three men were mainly concerned with the effects of the trauma to
the spinal cord, for the purposes of understanding paraplegia and
observing the efficacy of applied treatment, whereas Kidman was focusing
on the neurochemical effects after the trauma – as his expertise was in
biochemistry. The experiment involved the use of an ‘impounder’ to
simulate the effects of spinal trauma to the sheep. This would create a
‘contusion injury’ directly to the spinal cord and this injury would aim
to cause paraplegia and sensory loss in the hind limbs. This injury
would create a similar, but more intense, neurological response to an
electric shock.
In the early 1970’s, LH was only
beginning to be fully understood. It still wasn’t scientifically clear
what the precise cause of the phenomena was, but some had theorized that it was a rapid depletion in a neurotransmitter after the initial shock or trauma.
The neurotransmitter concerned was norepinephrine – exactly what Kidman
was observing in the sheep trauma experiment. The doctors “reported
fourfold increase in the levels of noradrenaline (or norepinephrine)”
and that the “low levels of dopamine within one hour have not been substantiated in more recent work by other laboratories”.
The paper goes on to state, “Obviously the time interval following the
trauma is important and further work on monoamine ‘turnover’ is
necessary to elucidate this complex problem.”
Kidman’s experiment cited “Biogenic amine concentrations in traumatized spinal cords of cats (1974)”. This cat-trauma experiment was cited in 2007 in “The Role of Stress in Recovery of Function After Spinal Cord Injury”.
The latest publication also cites Seligman’s 1975 LH Theory. In other
words, Kidman’s experiment was clearly linked to Seligman’s LH by
relevant citations and as mentioned above, by its aim, method and
observations of neurochemicals.
When we take into account Kidman’s
longtime association with Seligman – Seligman’s role in developing the
CIA’s torture program with his LH research, and then Kidman’s clear
involvement with CBT, Positive Psychology, LH and torture linked
research – it adds serious weight behind Fiona Barnett’s allegations. Fiona claims
that in the 70’s, Dr. Antony Kidman was involved in using violent
torture techniques on her during her time as a child-guinea pig in top
secret mind control research. She alleges that this was led by the CIA’s
global head of Psychology, Dr. John W. Gittinger.

MK-ULTRA in Australia: Part 1

The CIA’s mind control program in
Australia: brought to our shores by The University of Sydney, Leonard
Huxley and the Chairman of the Australian Psychological Society*.
In August of 1960, at The University of Sydney, MKULTRA psychiatrist Martin Theodore Orne, performed an experiment titled ‘Antisocial Behavior and Hypnosis’.
This experiment was financed by the Human Ecology Fund, (A CIA cutout
for financing MKULTRA activities) and the US Air Force Office of
Scientific Research. Orne’s visit to Sydney University was made possible by the United States Educational Foundation in Australia (USEFA),
which was the Australian body of the Fulbright Scholarship and
Lectureship Program. The experiment was given permission to be performed
in the facilities belonging to the Faculty of Psychology by Alfred
Gordon Hammer, the head of the department, who was also the Chairman of the Australian Branch of the British Psychological Society in 1960 (later the Australian Psychological Society*). Hammer would spendtwo sabbaticals in Orne’s laboratories in the United States during the 60’s and 70’s.
G.H. Estabrooks, the father of the
Manchurian Candidate was once quoted as saying, “The key to creating an
effective spy or assassin rests in splitting a man’s personality, or
creating multipersonality, with the aid of hypnotism…. This is not
science fiction. …I have done it.” In April of 1960, four months before
Orne was in Sydney, G.H. Estabrooks invited Orne to speak at a symposium at Colgate College. The paper presented by Orne at this symposium was later titled ‘Antisocial Behavior and Hypnosis’.
The goal of this CIA mind-control
experiment was to see if hypnotised subjects would carry out dangerous
and harmful acts that they wouldn’t carry out in their normal state
(video below).
Frederick J. Evans,
a student at the University of Sydney, assisted Orne in the 1960
experiment. Both Evans and Orne would go on to positions at the
University of Pennsylvania. Prof. Peter W. Sheehan and Campbell W. Perry,
psychology students at Sydney during Orne’s visit, would later go onto
perform manchurian-candidate hypnosis experiments with this network of
researchers at Pennsylvania. Perry went on to become a board member of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation. Dr. Antony Kidman was also studying psychology at Sydney during Orne’s experiment and lectureship. He would go on to study at the University of Pennsylvania, but instead with Dr. Aaron Tim Beck,
the father of Clinical Psychology and an advisory board member of the
False Memory Syndrome Foundation. It was there Kidman became a
longtime colleague of Dr. Martin Seligman, a man who’s life’s research has been made the core of the CIA’s torture program.
Interestingly, Fiona Barnett alleges
that Dr. Antony Kidman was working for the CIA with Dr. John W.
Gittinger as part of a mind control research program that she was abused
by – during and after he was involved with research in Pennsylvania.
Aldous Huxley was one of the key intellectuals behind the creation of the MKULTRA program. It’s interesting to note that a different Huxley family member was involved in MKULTRA’s importation into Australia in 1960. Leonard George Holden Huxley was on the board of USEFA and
he would have overseen the Fulbright Lectureship being granted to CIA
psychiatrist, Martin Orne. Huxley was appointed to the board for the
1960 period and was also on the board of the Commonwealth Scientific and
Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) with Richard Casey as the Executive. Casey helped to Establish ASIO and ASIS. He also helped to secure funding for USEFA in 1959.

EXCLUSIVE: A VICTORIA Police taskforce has been investigating allegations of abuse by Cardinal George Pell.
A team of detectives from Sano taskforce
has compiled a dossier containing allegations that Pell committed
“multiple offences” when he was a priest in Ballarat and when he was
Archbishop of Melbourne.
It has been alleged the 74-year-old, who
says he is unable to fly to Australia to give evidence to the Royal
Commission due to ill health, sexually abused minors by “both grooming
and opportunity’’.
Legal sources say detectives have worked
for the past year on the investigation which has involved interviewing
‘’numerous’’ alleged victims.
The taskforce has not yet heard from Cardinal Pell or considered his position.
The Herald Sun is not suggesting
the Cardinal is guilty, but that there have been allegations made which
are being taken seriously enough by police to justify a year-long
investigation.
The evidence has been presented to superiors at Victoria Police, they say.
Cardinal Pell has vehemently denied all claims.

STATEMENT FROM THE OFFICE OF CARDINAL GEORGE PELL
Cardinal Pell is due to give evidence to the Royal Commission in just over one week.
The timing of these leaks is clearly
designed to do maximum damage to the Cardinal and the Catholic Church
and undermines the work of the Royal Commission.
The allegations are without foundation and utterly false.
It is outrageous that these allegations
have been brought to the Cardinal’s attention through a media leak.
These undetailed allegations have not been raised with the Cardinal by
the police and the false claims investigated by Justice Southwell have
been ignored by the police for over 15 years, despite the very
transparent way they were dealt with by the Cardinal and the Catholic
Church.
The Cardinal has called for a public
inquiry into the leaking of these spurious claims by elements in the
Victorian Police in a manner clearly designed to embarrass the Cardinal,
in a case study where the historical failures of the Victorian Police
have been the subject of substantial evidence. These types of unfair
attacks diminish the work of those good officers of the police who are
diligently working to bring justice to victims.
The Phillip Island allegations have been
on the public record for nearly 15 years. The Southwell Report which
exonerated Cardinal Pell has been in the public domain since 2002.
The Victorian police have taken no steps
in all of that time to pursue the false allegations made, however the
Cardinal certainly has no objection to them reviewing the materials that
led Justice Southwell to exonerate him. The Cardinal is certain that
the police will quickly reach the conclusion that the allegations are
false.
The Victorian Police have never sought to
interview him in relation to any allegations of child sexual abuse and
apart from the false allegations investigated by Justice Southwell, the
Cardinal knows of no claims or incidents which relate to him.
He strongly denies any wrongdoing. If the
police wish to question him he will co-operate, as he has with each and
every public inquiry.
In the meantime, the Cardinal understands
that several media outlets have received confidential information
leaked by someone within the Victorian Police. For elements of the
police to publicly attack a witness in the same case study that has
exposed serious police inaction and wrongdoing is outrageous and should
be seen for what it is.
Given the serious nature of this conduct,
the Cardinal has called for a public inquiry to be conducted in
relation to the actions of those elements of the Victorian Police who
are undermining the Royal Commission’s work. .
The Cardinal calls on the Premier and the Police Minister to immediately investigate the leaking of these baseless allegations.
