The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. The island was an historic focal point for the Oracle of Delphi in ancient Greece.We know few of this master’s incarnations, but the three most prominent are as the High Priest of the Temple of Truth on Atlantis; then as Paul, beloved apostle of Jesus; and as Hilarion, the great saint and healer, performer of miracles, who founded monasticism in Palestine. Embodied as Saul of Tarsus during the rise of Jesus’ popularity, Saul became a determined persecutor of Christians, originally seeing them as a rebellious faction and a danger to the government and society. Saul consented to the stoning of Stephen, a disciple of Jesus, failing to recognize the light in this saint and in the Christian movement.jesus had already resurrected and ascended2 when he met Saul on the road to Damascus. Paul had inwardly remembered his vow to serve the light of Christ—a vow that he had taken before his current incarnation. Three years after conversion, Paul spent another three years in seclusion in the Arabian Desert where he was taken up into Jesus’ etheric retreat. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine. To this day, those known as anchorites devote themselves to lives of seclusion and prayer. Hilarion ascended at the close of that embodiment. Hilarion, as an ascended master, speaks to us today of the power of truth to heal the souls of men, delivering his word through The Hearts Center’s Messenger, David Christopher Lewis. Εν μέσω έντονων διαμαρτυριών έγινε η τελετή θεμελίωσης του 1ου πυρηνικού σταθμού της Τουρκίας στο Akkuyu  (Ακουγιου) της Μερσίνας-απέναντι από την Κύπρο- η κατασκευή του εργοστασίου -από ρωσική εταιρεία- θα ξεκινήσει στο τέλος του 2016 και αναμένεται να τεθεί σε λειτουργία το 2020.

Τους κλείδωσαν μέσα

Οι διαμαρτυρίες έγιναν έξω από το χώρο της τελετής από οικολόγους-περιβαλλοντολόγους που είχαν συγκεντρωθεί- μεταξύ δε των διαμαρτυρομένων βρισκόταν και ο βουλευτής του CHP, κ. Aytug Atici. Επεισόδια σημειώθηκαν όταν οι τελευταίοι επιχείρησαν να εισέλθουν στο χώρο της τελετής και παρεμποδίστηκαν από την αστυνομία, η οποία έκανε χρήση πεπιεσμένου νερού για να τους απομακρύνει.Οι οικολόγοι κατάφεραν και κλείδωσαν μέσα τους συμμετέχοντες στην τελετή για λίγη ώρα, καταγγέλλοντας ότι τα δικαστήρια στα οποία έχουν προσφύγει δεν έχουν λάβει ακόμη την τελική απόφαση για την κατασκευή του πυρηνικού σταθμού. Οι περιβαλλοντικές οργανώσεις καταγγέλλουν τις επιπτώσεις του σχεδίου στο περιβάλλον και την κατασκευή πυρηνικού σταθμού σε μια ζώνη με έντονη σεισμική δραστηριότητα. Ο αντιπολιτευόμενος Τύπος καταγγέλλει επιπλέον και σκάνδαλο κυβερνητικής διαφθοράς στην υλοποίηση του σχεδίου.

Στην τελετή θεμελίωσης παραβρέθηκε ο Τούρκος Υπουργός Ενέργειας κ. Taner Yildiz, ο Γενικός Διευθυντής της  ρωσικής υπηρεσίας ατομικής ενέργειας Rosatom κ. Sergey Kiriyenko, ο Γενικός Διευθυντής της Akkuyu Nukleer A.E. κ. Fuad Akhundov, ο Νομάρχης Μερσίνας κ. Ozdemir Cakacak και ο Βοηθός Υφυπουργός Ενέργειας και Φυσικών Πόρων κ. Necati Yamac. Πρόκειται για τον πρώτο από τους τέσσερις αντιδραστήρες ισχύος 1.200 μεγαβάτ που προβλέπεται να κατασκευαστούν εκεί, συνολικού κόστους  20 δισ. ευρώ.


O Τούρκος Υπουργός Ενέργειας, κατά την ομιλία του απάντησε στις επικρίσεις ότι το πυρηνικό κέντρο θα επηρεάσει ενεργητικά τον τουρισμό. Επίσης είπε ότι ο πυρηνικός σταθμός έχει σχεδιασθεί ώστε να αντέχει δονήσεις ισχύος μέχρι 9 βαθμούς της κλίμακας Ρίχτερ -παρά το γεγονός ότι η περιοχή δεν είναι σεισμογενής, όπως υποστήριξε. Ο κ. Γιλντίζ, είπε πως, αν το σχέδιο αυτό είχε  προχωρήσει πριν από 20 χρόνια, τότε η Τουρκία θα είχε εισαγάγει λιγότερο φυσικό αέριο. Επεσήμανε ακόμα ότι με την θεμελίωση ξεκίνησε μια νέα διαδικασία και ότι ποτέ δεν είχαν καταφέρει να φθάσουν σε ένα τόσο ξεκάθαρο σημείο ως προς την κατασκευή πυρηνικού σταθμού.

Ακολούθως, αφού υπενθύμισε ότι η Τουρκία είναι η 2η χώρα μετά την Κίνα παγκοσμίως ως προς την αύξηση της κατανάλωσης ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και συνέχισε λέγοντας: «Και βέβαια διαθέτουμε εγχώριες πηγές και θα τις καταστήσουμε ανανεώσιμες. Το να πράττεις το ένα έργο δε σημαίνει ότι εγκαταλείπεις τα άλλα έργα, είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να τα πραγματοποιήσουμε όλα. (..) Εάν είχε κατασκευασθεί έως και σήμερα ο πυρηνικός σταθμός Akkuyu, θα αντιμετώπιζε τις ανάγκες σε ηλεκτρική ενέργεια ολόκληρης της Κωνσταντινούπολης, πληθυσμού 14 εκ. ατόμων, και του 28% της ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας ολόκληρης της χώρας. Τονίζοντας ότι η έκταση των παραλίων της Τουρκίας είναι 8.484 χμ, συνέχισε λέγοντας ότι στην περιοχή αυτή, σε μια έκταση 2 χιλιομέτρων, θα πραγματοποιηθεί επένδυση ύψους 22 δις δολαρίων καθώς και ότι θα απασχοληθούν γύρω στα 10.000 άτομα.

Τρεις σταθμοί έως το 2030

Εκτός από τον σταθμό στο Ακουγιου, το σχέδιο της τουρκικής κυβέρνησης  - που θέλει να διαφοροποιήσει τις πηγές από τις οποίες προμηθεύεται ηλεκτρική ενέργεια - προβλέπει την κατασκευή ενός 2ου πυρηνικού σταθμού στην επαρχία της Σινώπης, στο βόρειο τμήμα της χώρας στην Μαύρη Θάλασσα, σε συνεργασία με γαλλοϊαπωνικές εταιρείες, ενώ στα τέλη της περασμένης χρονιάς ο πρωθυπουργός της Τουρκίας κ.Αχμέτ Νταβούτογλου είχε αναφερθεί δημοσίως στο ενδεχόμενο να δρομολογηθεί η κατασκευή ενός 3ου σταθμού έως το 2030

Πέραν των περιβαλλοντικών λόγων επικρίσεις διατυπώνονται και για το ότι το πρόγραμμα αυτό  της κυβέρνησης φαίνεται πως ευνοεί φίλα προσκείμενους σε αυτή επιχειρηματίες, όπως έχει συμβεί και σε πολλές άλλες περιπτώσεις μεγάλων κατασκευών, σύμφωνα με τι καταγγελίες.  Η τουρκική κατασκευαστική εταιρεία Cengiz Insaat  που είναι γνωστή για τις σχέσεις του ιδιοκτήτη της κ.  Μεχμέτ Τσενγκίζ με τον Τούρκο Πρόεδρο κ. Ερντογάν  κέρδισε πρόσφατα το συμβόλαιο για την κατασκευή της υδροτεχνικής δομής του εργοστασίου και  την κατασκευή του νέου λιμανιού.

Διαπλοκή 

Σύμφωνα με την εφημερίδα ''Ζαμάν'' ο κ. Μεχμέτ Τσενγκίζ είχε έρθει στη δημοσιότητα με τη διαρροή μιας τηλεφωνικής συνομιλίας το 2014, όπου φέρεται να ακουγόταν να βρίζει, έπειτα από το ξέσπασμα του μεγάλου σκανδάλου για την κυβερνητική διαφθορά και τις έρευνες για δωροδοκία τον Δεκέμβριο του 2013. Τότε ο τουρκικός Τύπος έχει γράψει πως ο κ. Τσενγκίζ είναι μέλος μιας ομάδας Τούρκων επιχειρηματιών που είχαν συνεργαστεί για  να εξαγοραστεί ο δημοσιογραφικός όμιλος Turkuvaz, (έχει τις  φιλοκυβερνητικές εφημερίδες «Σαμπάχ» και «Τακβίμ» καθώς και δύο φιλοκυβερνητικούς τηλεοπτικούς σταθμούς). Σε αντάλλαγμα η ομάδα των επιχειρηματιών φέρεται να ανέλαβε την κατασκευή του 3ου αεροδρομίου της Κωνσταντινούπολης.
