The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. ...''Ενώ η δυτική κοινή γνώμη ποτίζεται με πληροφορίες σχετικά με τη συγκρότηση ενός δήθεν διεθνή συνασπισμού για την καταπολέμηση του «Ισλαμικού Κράτους», το τελευταίο αλλάζει διακριτικά σχήμα. Τα κύρια στελέχη του δεν είναι πλέον Άραβες, αλλά Γεωργιανοί και Κινέζοι. 

Για τον Τιερί Μεϊσάν (Thierry Meyssan), η μετάλλαξη αυτή δείχνει ότι το ΝΑΤΟ σκοπεύει να χρησιμοποιήσει το «Ισλαμικό Κράτος» στη Ρωσία και την Κίνα.   Ως εκ τούτου, αυτές οι

δύο χώρες πρέπει να δράσουν τώρα κατά των τζιχαντιστών πριν επιστρέψουν να σπείρουν το χάος στις χώρες καταγωγής τους....''

Το «Ισλαμικό Κράτος» πρόβαλλε πρώτα την αραβική καταγωγή του.  Αυτή η οργάνωση προέρχεται από την «Αλ-Κάιντα στο Ιράκ» που δεν πολεμούσε τους Αμερικανούς εισβολείς, αλλά του ιρακινούς σιίτες. Έγινε «Ισλαμικό Κράτος στο Ιράκ» και «Ισλαμικό Κράτος στο Ιράκ και το Λεβάντε».
Τον Οκτώβριο 2007, ο αμερικανικός στρατός ξηράς κατάσχεσε στο Sinjar, 606 καρτέλες απογραφής ξένων μελών της οργάνωσης αυτής. Καταμερίστηκαν και εξετάστηκαν από εμπειρογνώμονες της Στρατιωτικής Ακαδημίας του West Point.
Και όμως, λίγες ημέρες μετά αυτή τη κατάσχεση, ο Εμίρης αλ-Μπαγκντάντι δήλωσε ότι η οργάνωσή του περιλάμβανε μόνο 200 μαχητές και ότι ήταν όλοι Ιρακινοί. 
Αυτό το ψέμα συγκρίνεται με εκείνα των άλλων τρομοκρατικών οργανώσεων στη Συρία που δηλώνουν ότι βασίζονται παροδικά σε ξένους, ενώ ο Συριακός Αραβικός Στρατός εκτιμά ότι τουλάχιστον σε 250.000 τον αριθμό των ξένων τζιχαντιστών που πολέμησαν στη Συρία κατά τη διάρκεια των τριών τελευταίων ετών. 
Σήμερα, ο χαλίφης Ιμπραήμ (το νέο όνομα του Αμίρ αλ-Μπαγκντάντι) ισχυρίζεται ότι η οργάνωσή του αποτελείται κυρίως από ξένους, ότι το συριακό έδαφος δεν είναι πλέον για τους Σύρους και το ιρακινό έδαφος δεν είναι πλέον για τους Ιρακινούς, αλλά είναι για τους τζιχαντιστές του.
Σύμφωνα με τα αρχεία που κατασχέθηκαν στην Sinjar, το 41% των ξένων τρομοκρατών μελών του «Ισλαμικού Κράτους του Ιράκ» ήταν Σαουδάραβες, το 18,8% ήταν Λίβυοι, και μόνο το 8,2% ήταν Σύροι. Εάν αναγάγουμε τα στοιχεία αυτά στον πληθυσμό της κάθε χώρας, ο πληθυσμός της Λιβύης έχει παράσχει αναλογικά 2 φορές περισσότερους μαχητές από εκείνο της Σαουδικής Αραβίας και πέντε φορές περισσότερο από ό, τι εκείνο της Συρίας.
Όσον αφορά τους Σύρους τζιχαντιστές, η προέλευσή τους ήταν διάσπαρτη στη χώρα, αλλά το 34, 3% προερχόταν από την πόλη Deir ez-Zor, η οποία μετά την αποχώρηση του «Ισλαμικό Κράτους» από τη Ράκκα, έγινε η πρωτεύουσα του χαλιφάτου.
Στη Συρία, το Deir ez-Zor έχει το χαρακτηριστικό ότι κατοικείται κυρίως από Άραβες σουνίτες οργανωμένους σε φυλές, και από κουρδική και αρμενική μειονότητες. Ωστόσο, μέχρι τώρα, οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες δεν κατάφεραν να καταστρέψουν Κράτη παρά μόνο στο Αφγανιστάν, το Ιράκ και τη Λιβύη, δηλαδή, χώρες όπου ο πληθυσμός είναι οργανωμένος σε φυλές. Έχουν αποτύχει οπουδήποτε αλλού. Από αυτή την άποψη, το Deir ez-Zor ιδιαίτερα και η Βορειοανατολική Συρία γενικά μπορούν επομένως ενδεχομένως να κατακτηθούν, αλλά όχι το υπόλοιπο της χώρας, όπως το ζήσαμε εδώ και τρία χρόνια.
Ο Tarkhan Batirashvili, λοχίας της γεωργιανής στρατιωτικής υπηρεσίας πληροφοριών, έγινε ένας από τους κύριους ηγέτες του «Ισλαμικού Κράτους» με το όνομα του Abu Omar al-Shishani.
Εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες, γίνεται καθαρισμός των αξιωματικών από το Μαγκρέμπ. Έτσι, συνελήφθησαν οι Τυνήσιοι που πήραν το στρατιωτικό αεροδρόμιο της Ράκκας στις 25 Αυγούστου, για ανυπακοή, δικάστηκαν και εκτελέστηκαν από τους ανωτέρους τους. Το «Ισλαμικό Κράτος» θέλει να βάλει στη θέση τους, τους Αραβες μαχητές του να προωθήσει Τσετσένους αξιωματικούς που παρασχέθηκαν ευγενικά από τις γεωργιανές μυστικές υπηρεσίες.
Ο Abu Anisah al-Khazakhi, ο πρώτος Κινέζος τζιχαντιστής του «Ισλαμικού Κράτους» που σκοτώθηκε στη μάχη (στο κέντρο της φωτογραφίας) δεν ήταν Ουιγούρος, αλλά Καζάκος.
Προέκυψε μια άλλη κατηγορία τζιχαντιστή: οι Κινέζοι. 
Από τον Ιούνιο, οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες και η Τουρκία έχουν μεταφέρει εκατοντάδες Κινέζους μαχητές και τις οικογένειες τους στη βορειοανατολική Συρία. Ορισμένοι γίνονται αμέσως αξιωματικοί. Είναι κυρίως Ουιγούροι, Κινέζοι από τη λαϊκή Κίνα, αλλά μουσουλμάνοι σουνίτες και τουρκόφωνες.
Ως εκ τούτου, είναι σαφές ότι μεσαίο-μακροπρόθεσμα το «Ισλαμικό Κράτος» θα επεκτείνει τις δραστηριότητές του στη Ρωσία και την Κίνα, και ότι αυτές οι δύο χώρες είναι οι τελικοί στόχοι.
Θα ζήσουμε σίγουρα μια νέα επικοινωνιακή εκστρατεία του ΝΑΤΟ: η αεροπορία του θα ωθήσει τους τζιχαντιστές έξω από το Ιράκ και θα τους αφήσει να εγκατασταθούν στο Deir ez-Zor. 
Η CIA θα παρέχει χρήματα, όπλα, πυρομαχικά και πληροφορίες στους «μετριοπαθείς Σύρους επαναστάτες» (sic) του Ελευθέρου Συριακού Στρατού (ΕΣΣ), οι οποίοι στη συνέχεια θα αλλάξουν καπέλο και θα τους χρησιμοποιήσουν κάτω από τη σημαία του «Ισλαμικού Κράτους», όπως γίνεται από το Μάιο 2013.
Ο Τζον Μακέιν (John McCain) και το Επιτελείο του Ελεύθερου Συριακού Στρατού (ΕΣΣ). Αριστερά μπροστά, ο Ibrahim al-Badri, με τον οποίον συζητά ο γερουσιαστής. Αμέσως μετά, ο ταξίαρχος Salim Idris (με γυαλιά).
Εκείνη την εποχή, ο γερουσιαστής Τζον Μακέιν είχε έρθει παράνομα στη Συρία για να συναντήσει το Επιτελείο του Ελεύθερου Συριακού Στρατού. Σύμφωνα με τη φωτογραφία που διανεμήθηκε  για να βεβαιώσει τη συνάντηση, αυτό το επιτελείο περιελάμβανε τον Αμπού Γιούσεφ, που καταζητείται επίσημα από το State Department, με το όνομα Abu Du'a, στην πραγματικότητα, είναι ο σημερινός χαλίφης Ιμπραήμ. 
Συνεπώς, ο ίδιος άνθρωπος ήταν –συσσωρευτικά και ταυτόχρονα-,   ένα «μετριοπαθές» στέλεχος στον ΕΣΣ και εξτρεμιστής ηγέτης στο «Ισλαμικό Κράτος».
Με αυτές τις πληροφορίες, θα πρέπει να εκτιμηθεί με τη πραγματική αξία του το έγγραφο που υποβλήθηκε στο Συμβούλιο Ασφαλείας στις 14 Ιουλίου, από τον Πρέσβη της Συρίας Μπασάρ αλ-Ζαφαρί. 
Πρόκειται για ένα γράμμα από τον διοικητή του ΕΣΣ , Σαλίμ Ιντρίς, ημερομηνίας 17 Ιανουαρίου 2014.  Έχει ως εξής:  «Με την παρούσα σας ενημερώνουμε ότι τα πυρομαχικά που αποστέλλονται από το επιτελείο προς τους επικεφαλής των επαναστατικών στρατιωτικών συμβουλίων της Ανατολικής Περιφέρειας πρέπει να διανέμονται σύμφωνα με όσα έχουν συμφωνηθεί, ήτοι τα δύο-τρίτα για τους πολεμάρχες του Μετώπου αλ-Νούσρα, το υπόλοιπο ένα τρίτο θα διανεμηθεί μεταξύ των στρατιωτικών και επαναστατικών στοιχείων για τη πάλη κατά των συμμοριών του ΙΚΙΛ. Σας ευχαριστούμε εκ των προτέρων για την αποστολή δικαιολογητικών παράδοσης του συνόλου των πυρομαχικών, προσδιορίζοντας με ακρίβεια τις ποσότητες και τις ποιότητες, δεόντως υπογεγραμμένα από τους επικεφαλής και πολέμαρχους προσωπικά, έτσι ώστε να μπορούμε να τα διαβιβάσουμε στους Τούρκους και Γάλλους εταίρους».
«Με άλλα λόγια, δύο δυνάμεις του ΝΑΤΟ (Τουρκία και Γαλλία) έχουν παραδώσει εφόδια, τα δύο τρίτα στο Μέτωπο Αλ-Νούσρα (που ταξινομείται ως μέλος της Αλ-Κάιντα από το Συμβούλιο Ασφαλείας του ΟΗΕ) και το ένα τρίτο στον ΕΣΣ έτσι ώστε να καταπολεμήσει το «Ισλαμικό Κράτος», με επικεφαλής ένα άτομο το οποίο είναι ανώτερος αξιωματικός του. 
Στην πραγματικότητα, ο ΕΣΣ έχει εξαφανιστεί στο έδαφος και ως εκ τούτου, τα πυρομαχικά προορίζονταν για τα δύο-τρίτα στην Αλ-Κάιντα και ένα τρίτο στο «Ισλαμικό Κράτος».
Με αυτό το μηχανισμό των διπλών καπέλων, το ΝΑΤΟ θα μπορέσει να εκτοξεύσει τις ορδές τζιχαντιστών του στη Συρία, ενώ ισχυρίζεται ότι τις καταπολεμά.
Ωστόσο, όταν το ΝΑΤΟ θα έχει εγκαταστήσει το χάος παντού στον αραβικό κόσμο, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του Σαουδικού σύμμαχου του, θα στρέψει το «Ισλαμικό Κράτος» κατά των δύο μεγάλων δυνάμεων υπό ανάπτυξη, της Ρωσία και της Κίνα. 
Για αυτό το λόγο, οι δύο αυτές δυνάμεις θα έπρεπε να επεμβαίνουν από τώρα και να σκοτώσει εν τη γενέσει του τον ιδιωτικό στρατό τον οποίον το ΝΑΤΟ συγκεντρώνει τώρα  και εκπαιδεύει στον αραβικό κόσμο. 
Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση, η Μόσχα και το Πεκίνο θα αναγκαστούν να τον αντιμετωπίσει σύντομα στο ίδιο το έδαφος τους.
