The Ascended Master of the Healing Ray

The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. The island was an historic focal point for the Oracle of Delphi in ancient Greece.We know few of this master’s incarnations, but the three most prominent are as the High Priest of the Temple of Truth on Atlantis; then as Paul, beloved apostle of Jesus; and as Hilarion, the great saint and healer, performer of miracles, who founded monasticism in Palestine. Embodied as Saul of Tarsus during the rise of Jesus’ popularity, Saul became a determined persecutor of Christians, originally seeing them as a rebellious faction and a danger to the government and society. Paul had inwardly remembered his vow to serve the light of Christ—a vow that he had taken before his current incarnation. Three years after conversion, Paul spent another three years in seclusion in the Arabian Desert where he was taken up into Jesus’ etheric retreat. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine. To this day, those known as anchorites devote themselves to lives of seclusion and prayer. Hilarion ascended at the close of that embodiment. Hilarion, as an ascended master, speaks to us today of the power of truth to heal the souls of men, delivering his word through The Hearts Center’s Messenger, David Christopher Lewis. Διορισμένος το 2014, πριν από τη ρωσική στρατιωτική επέμβαση εναντίον των τζιχαντιστών, ο Στάφαν ντε Μιστούρα είναι ένας φιλοαμερικανός διπλωμάτης που υποτίθεται ότι αναζητά την ειρήνη στη Συρία στο όνομα του ΟΗΕ. Τέσσερα χρόνια αργότερα, συνεχίζει να βρίσκει διεξόδους για λογαριασμό των Δυτικών.

Ενώ στο έδαφος, ο πόλεμος τελειώνει και δεν παραμένει παρά μόνο να απελευθερωθεί η Ιντλίμπ από τους τρομοκράτες, οι Δυτικοί επιστρέφουν με νέα εκστρατεία. Μόλις παρουσίασαν τις διεκδικήσεις τους στον ειδικό απεσταλμένο του ΟΗΕ, Στάφαν ντε Μιστούρα. Χωρίς έκπληξη, οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες αρνούνται τη διαδικασία που διεξάγεται από τη Ρωσία για τον μοναδικό λόγο ότι δεν συμμετείχαν, ενώ το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και η Γαλλία σκοπεύουν να επιβάλουν θεσμικά όργανα που θα τους επιτρέψουν να ελέγξουν τη χώρα κάτω από το τραπέζι.

Ο ειδικός απεσταλμένος του Γενικού Γραμματέα του ΟΗΕ για τη Συρία, Στάφαν ντε Μιστούρα, δέχτηκε στη Γενεύη αντιπροσωπεία της Ομάδας της Αστανά (Ιράν, Ρωσία, Τουρκία), και στις 14 Σεπτεμβρίου, μια άλλη της Μικρής Ομάδας (Σαουδική Αραβία, Αίγυπτος, Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, Γαλλία, Ιορδανία και Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο).
Από δυτική πλευρά, ο πρέσβης Τζέιμς Τζέφρι και ο συνταγματάρχης Joel Rayburn ήταν επικεφαλής της αντιπροσωπείας των ΗΠΑ, ενώ ο πρέσβης και πρώην Διευθυντής Εξωτερικών Πληροφοριών (DGSE 2012-16), Francois Sénémaud, προήδρευε τη γαλλική αντιπροσωπεία.
Κάθε αντιπροσωπεία παρέδωσε στα Ηνωμένα Έθνη ένα μυστικό έγγραφο σχετικά με τις διεκδικήσεις της, προκειμένου να σταθμίσει τις συνεχιζόμενες ενδοσυριακές διαπραγματεύσεις. Η Russia Today διέρρευσε το δυτικό έγγραφο [ 1 ], καθώς η Kommersant είχε διαρρεύσει πριν από δύο εβδομάδες τις εσωτερικές κατευθυντήριες γραμμές του ΟΗΕ [ 2 ].
Ñ      Πρώτη παρατήρηση, το σημείο 3 του εγγράφου του Small Group επαναλαμβάνει την εσωτερική οδηγία των Ηνωμένων Εθνών: «Δεν θα υπάρξει διεθνής βοήθεια για την ανοικοδόμηση στις περιοχές που ελέγχονται από την συριακή κυβέρνηση, χωρίς μια αξιόπιστη πολιτική διαδικασία που θα οδηγήσει αναπόφευκτα σε συνταγματική μεταρρύθμιση και εκλογές που θα εποπτεύονται από τον ΟΗΕ, προς ικανοποίηση των δυνητικών χωρών δωρητών» [ 3 ].
Η Γερμανία, η οποία συμμετείχε σε συνεδριάσεις της Μικρής Ομάδας, δεν φαίνεται να εκπροσωπήθηκε σε αυτή τη συνάντηση. Την προηγούμενη μέρα, ο υπουργός Εξωτερικών της, Heiko Maas, είχε αποσυνδεθεί από αυτό το σημείο. Λίγο πριν συναντήσει τον Ρώσο ομόλογό του, Σεργκέι Λαβρόφ, είχε τουϊτάρει ότι η χώρα του ήταν έτοιμη να συμμετάσχει στην ανοικοδόμηση «αν υπάρχει πολιτική λύση που θα οδηγήσει σε ελεύθερες εκλογές» [ 4 ] [ 5 ]. Για τη Μικρή Ομάδα και για τον ΟΗΕ, η ανασυγκρότηση δεν θα αρχίσει πριν οι δυνητικές χώρες δωρητές επιτύχουν τους πολεμικούς τους στόχους, για τη Γερμανία, μπορεί να συμμετάσχει στη διαδικασία της πολιτικής συμφιλίωσης.
Ñ      Δεύτερη παρατήρηση: οι διάφοροι διεθνείς συνομιλητές αναφέρονται στην απόφαση 2254 της 18ης Δεκεμβρίου 2015 [ 6 ]. Ωστόσο, η Μικρή Ομάδα εξάγει την έννοια του κειμένου. Ενώ το ψήφισμα του Συμβουλίου Ασφαλείας αναφέρει ότι η σύνταξη του Συντάγματος είναι αποκλειστική ευθύνη των Σύρων μεταξύ τους, η Μικρή Ομάδα ισχυρίζεται ότι πρέπει να συνταχθεί μόνο από μια επιτροπή υπό την αιγίδα και τον έλεγχο των Ηνωμένων Εθνών.
Πρόκειται προφανώς να σπάσουν τις αποφάσεις του Σότσι, ήτοι τόσο να καταστραφεί όσα έγιναν τους τελευταίους μήνες όσο και για να αντιταχθεί ο ρόλος της Ρωσίας στη λύση της κρίσης [ 7 ]. Οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες θέλουν να διατηρήσουν το καθεστώς τους ως απαραίτητη δύναμη, ενώ το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και η Γαλλία προτίθενται να συνεχίσουν το αποικιοκρατικό τους σχέδιο.
Ñ      Τρίτη παρατήρηση: Η Μικρή Ομάδα δεν έχει μόνο την πρόθεση να μεταφέρει την ευθύνη για τη σύνταξη του Συντάγματος από το Σότσι στη Γενεύη, έχει ήδη την ιδέα της για τι πρέπει να είναι. Φαίνεται ότι πρόκειται για αναπαραγωγή του μοντέλου που επέβαλε η Ουάσιγκτον στο Ιράκ και το οποίο διατηρεί εκεί μόνιμη κρίση προς όφελος των Δυτικών. Οι εξουσίες του προέδρου θα είναι αποκλειστικά τυπικές· αυτές του πρωθυπουργού θα ήταν ανύπαρκτες σε περιφερειακό επίπεδο· και εκείνες του στρατού θα πρέπει να είναι περιορισμένες.
Οι αποικιοκρατικές δυνάμεις διατηρούν την εξουσία τους στη Μέση Ανατολή πίσω από εμφανίσεις δημοκρατιών. Καταφέρουν πάντα να σχηματίσουν κυβερνήσεις που δεν είναι αντιπροσωπευτικές των λαών τους. Από το 1926 στο Λίβανο και από το 2005 στο Ιράκ, οι θεσμοί έχουν σχεδιαστεί προπαντός για να αποτρέψουν αυτές τις χώρες να γίνουν πάλι κράτη-έθνη. Ο Λίβανος χωρίζεται σε θρησκευτικές κοινότητες και το Ιράκ σε ξεχωριστές κοινότητες με μια κυριαρχούσα θρησκεία. Το Ισραήλ, από την άλλη πλευρά, δεν έχει πλέον αντιπροσωπευτική κυβέρνηση, όχι λόγω του Συντάγματός του – δεν έχει - αλλά λόγω του εκλογικού του συστήματος.
Ñ      Τέταρτη παρατήρηση: ενώ το ψήφισμα 2254 προβλέπει ότι οι εκλογές πρέπει να πραγματοποιούνται υπό την επίβλεψη του ΟΗΕ, η Μικρή ομάδα θεωρεί ότι το συριακό όργανο υπεύθυνο για τη διοργάνωση των εκλογών θα πρέπει να εργάζεται καθημερινά κάτω από τις εντολές του ΟΗΕ, ιδίως όσον αφορά πιθανές καταγγελίες για νοθεία.
Έτσι, οι Δυτικοί διατηρούν τη δυνατότητα να ακυρώσουν αποτελέσματα που δεν ανταποκρίνονται στις προσδοκίες τους: θα αρκεί να βάλουν κάποιον να καταθέσει μια καταγγελία για νοθεία και να την κηρύξει βάσιμη. Ο συριακός λαός θα είχε το δικαίωμα να ψηφίσει υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι θα πέσει στην παγίδα που του έχουν στήσει, και πάλι υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι θα ψηφίσει για εκείνους που έχουν επιλεγεί γι 'αυτόν.
Στην Ευρώπη, οι πολίτες αναζητούν την κυριαρχία τους, στη Συρία μάχονται για την ανεξαρτησία τους.
