The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Η «ζώνη του πολέμου» αγγίζει την Ελλάδα

 Στην Ελλάδα υπήρξε μία υστέρηση κατανόησης ότι έχουμε εισέλθει σε νέα φάση, ότι η κλιμάκωση της τουρκικής επιθετικότητας είναι στρατηγικού κι όχι τακτικού χαρακτήρα, ότι -δια της Τουρκίας- η «ζώνη του πολέμου» μας αγγίζει. Κι αυτό δεν ισχύει μόνο στο κυβερνητικό επίπεδο, αλλά και στο επίπεδο των υπηρεσιακών παραγόντων όλων των αρμοδίων κρατικών μηχανισμών, οι οποίοι θα έπρεπε να έχουν εδώ και καιρό σημάνει συναγερμό.


 Είναι ανθρώπινη η τάση να διαβάζουμε το σήμερα με τα εργαλεία του χθες, αλλά τα σημάδια ήταν αρκετά και κυρίως ηχηρά για να τα παραβλέψει κανείς. Κατά συνέπεια, είναι ορατή δια γυμνού οφθαλμού μία διανοητική αδράνεια όσον αφορά την προσαρμογή και στο πολιτικό και στο επιχειρησιακό επίπεδο.

 Είναι αληθές ότι ο Κοτζιάς μιλούσε για «νευρική Τουρκία», αλλά αυτός είναι ένας περιγραφικός όρος κι όχι μία ανάγνωση του νέου τρόπου που εδώ και καιρό ενεργεί ο Ερντογάν. Εξ ου και οι αλλεπάλληλοι αιφνιδιασμοί. Τώρα –σύμφωνα με αξιόπιστες πληροφορίες– η Αθήνα έχει ζητήσει από τις ΗΠΑ να παρέμβουν πυροσβεστικά.

 Για την ακρίβεια, συζητείται το ενδεχόμενο να πραγματοποιηθεί το αμέσως επόμενο διάστημα μία τριμερής συνάντηση Κοτζιά-Τίλλερσον-Τσαβούσογλου στην Ουάσιγκτον με σκοπό να διαμορφωθεί ένα πλαίσιο συμπεριφοράς. των δύο πλευρών, προκειμένου να πέσει η θερμοκρασία στις ελληνοτουρκικές σχέσεις και να αποτραπούν επεισόδια, όπως εκείνο στα Ίμια, αλλά και το αντίστοιχο στον Έβρο.

 Αμερικανική μεσολάβηση

 Η αμερικανική διπλωματία ανταποκρίθηκε. Η συνάντηση δεν έχει ακόμα οριστικοποιηθεί. Αν πραγματοποιηθεί, στο τραπέζι θα τεθεί και η τύχη των δύο Ελλήνων στρατιωτικών. Ο Τσαβούσογλου, πιστός στην οθωμανική παράδοση, θεωρείται δεδομένο πως θα επιδιώξει να αποσπάσει τα μέγιστα πολιτικά ανταλλάγματα από την ιδιότυπη ομηρία.

 Η πρωτοβουλία της Αθήνας να καταφύγει στη μεσολάβηση του αμερικανικού παράγοντα είναι ενδεικτική και της αμηχανίας και του αδιεξόδου, στο οποίο έχει περιέλθει. Ουσιαστικά, δυσκολεύεται να βρει πρακτικές απαντήσεις στα κρίσιμα ερωτήματα που γεννά η κλιμάκωση της τουρκικής επιθετικότητας. Μέχρι τώρα οι Έλληνες ιθύνοντες προσέγγιζαν τα γεγονότα με όρους παρελθόντος.

 Έτσι, θεωρούσαν ότι στα Ίμια οι Τούρκοι θα έλεγαν στα ελληνικά σκάφη ότι βρίσκονται σε τουρκικά χωρικά ύδατα, οι Έλληνες θα έλεγαν στα τουρκικά σκάφη ότι βρίσκονται σε ελληνικά και κάπου εκεί θα έληγε η παράσταση. Άντε να συνέβαινε και κάποιο τζαρτζάρισμα με επικίνδυνους ελιγμούς. Το ενδεχόμενο εμβολισμού ήταν εκτός ορίζοντα, παρότι είχε προηγηθεί το επεισόδιο με την κανονιοφόρο “Νικηφόρος”.

 Απειρία και αμηχανία

 Κάτι ανάλογο συνέβη και στον Έβρο. Στην υπόθεση της σύλληψης των δύο Ελλήνων στρατιωτικών υπάρχουν ακόμα πολλά σκοτεινά σημεία. Είναι σημαντικό, ωστόσο, ότι η εξελισσόμενη τουρκική άσκηση στην άλλη πλευρά των συνόρων δεν κρίθηκε ικανός λόγος για να δοθούν εντολές στις περιπόλους να είναι ιδιαιτέρως προσεκτικές με το γνωστό αποτέλεσμα.

 Όταν έγινε γνωστή η σύλληψη, η ελληνική πλευρά την αντιμετώπισε κι αυτή με όρους παρελθόντος. Θεωρούσε πως το πρόβλημα θα λυνόταν σε επίπεδο τοπικών στρατιωτικών διοικητών, όπως συνήθως γινόταν τα προηγούμενα χρόνια. Γι’ αυτό και απέκρυψε το περιστατικό, προκειμένου να διευκολύνει την επιστροφή των δύο. Ως ένα βαθμό η πρώτη αυτή αντίδραση ήταν δικαιολογημένη.

 Το αδικαιολόγητο και αποκαλυπτικό της διανοητικής-πολιτικής αδράνειας είναι ότι η διάψευση της ελπίδας για άμεση επίλυση δεν λειτούργησε αφυπνιστικά. Ο κυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος, απηχώντας το κλίμα που επικρατούσε στο Μαξίμου, συνέχισε να διαβεβαιώνει πως πρόκειται για υπόθεση ρουτίνας που θα λήξει σύντομα. Κι αυτό, παρότι η Άγκυρα είχε ήδη δείξει την πρόθεσή της να εκμεταλλευθεί όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο το περιστατικό.

 Προφανώς, στο Μαξίμου δεν είχαν ούτε πρωτογενή πληροφόρηση, ούτε σχετική πείρα στη διαχείριση τέτοιων καταστάσεων. Ως εκ τούτου –όπως μας λέει συνεργάτης του πρωθυπουργού– τα όσα δήλωνε ο Τζανακόπουλος απηχούσαν αυτά που τους έλεγαν από το υπουργείο Εξωτερικών, το υπουργείο Άμυνας και την ΕΥΠ. Κι ακριβώς γι’ αυτό στη συνέχεια ακούστηκαν πολλές γκρίνιες. Ακόμα κι αν είναι έτσι, ήταν στοιχειώδες η κυβέρνηση να τηρήσει στάση αναμονής για μία υπόθεση, την εξέλιξη της οποίας έλεγχαν οι Τούρκοι κι όχι η ίδια.

 Η εύκολη εξήγηση

 Είναι αξιοσημείωτο, όμως, πως ακόμα και μετά, αντί να λάβουν το μήνυμα και να αναστοχαστούν, και εντός της κυβέρνησης και ευρύτερα στους κόλπους του πολιτικού συστήματος πολλοί κατέφυγαν στην εύκολη λύση να αποδίδουν τις τουρκικές επιθετικές ενέργειες σε εσωτερικές πολιτικές σκοπιμότητες του Ερντογάν. Πρόκειται, άλλωστε, για συνήθη αντίδραση της Αθήνας, όταν βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπη με έμπρακτες προκλήσεις που την αιφνιδιάζουν.

 Προφανώς, όπως πάντα και παντού, έτσι και τώρα στην Τουρκία υπάρχουν τέτοιες σκοπιμότητες. Η σκοπιμότητα, μάλιστα, εντείνεται, λόγω των δυσκολιών που ο τουρκικός στρατός συναντάει στο Αφρίν, παρά την συντριπτική αριθμητικά υπεροχή του και την ακόμα πιο συντριπτική υπεροπλία του σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Πράγματι, ο Ερντογάν έχει ανάγκη μία εύκολη επικοινωνιακή νίκη. Και θεωρεί ότι μπορεί να την έχει στο μέτωπο με την Ελλάδα.

 Εάν, ωστόσο, η Αθήνα βολευθεί αποκλειστικά και μόνο με αυτή την εξήγηση, θα έχει δει το δένδρο και θα έχει χάσει το δάσος. Και το δάσος είναι ότι η Άγκυρα έχει αλλάξει “πίστα”. Με άλλα λόγια, η κλιμάκωση της τουρκικής επιθετικότητας είναι στρατηγικού κι όχι τακτικού χαρακτήρα. Αυτό πρακτικά σημαίνει πως η γκάμα των επιθετικών κινήσεών της απέναντι στην Ελλάδα έχει διευρυνθεί επικίνδυνα.

 Από τη ρητορική στην πράξη

 Αυτό που μέχρι πρότινος οι ίδιοι οι Τούρκοι θεωρούσαν απαγορευτικό, έχει μπει ως ενδεχόμενη επιλογή στο τραπέζι. Τα επεισόδια και στα Ίμια και στον Έβρο το αποδεικνύουν. Το γεγονός ότι παραλλήλως η εμπρηστική ρητορική παραγόντων από όλο το πολιτικό φάσμα της Τουρκίας έχει υπερβεί κάθε όριο είναι ενδεικτικό του κλίματος που διαμορφώνεται στα ηγετικά κλιμάκια της γείτονος. Και για να μην υπάρξει η παραμικρή αμφιβολία, στη χορεία όσων χρσηιμοποιούν εμπρηστική ρητορική προσετέθη και ο ίδιος ο Ερντογάν.

 Σταδιακά, η Άγκυρα έχει διολισθήσει από τη στρατηγική των “γκρίζων ζωνών” στη στρατηγική της τουρκοποίησης των ελληνικών νησίδων που έχει βάλει στο στόχαστρό της. Μπορεί από το 1996 Τούρκοι πολιτικοί να δήλωναν πως οι νησίδες είναι τουρκικές, αλλά αυτό ήταν ρητορική. Στην πραγματικότητα, επιδίωκαν να σύρουν την Αθήνα σε μία διαπραγμάτευση, προσδοκώντας πως από αυτή θα εξασφάλιζαν τον έλεγχο κάποιων νησίδων.

 Η διολίσθηση από τις “γκρίζες ζώνες” στην τουρκοποίηση άρχισε όταν η ρητορική ενσωματώθηκε στον επιχειρησιακό σχεδιασμό της Άγκυρας. Αρχικά απαγόρευσαν και απέκλεισαν τους Έλληνες αλιείς από το να ψαρεύουν στα νερά των Ιμίων. Στη συνέχεια, οι τουρκικές ακταιωροί προσπαθούσαν με ελιγμούς να εκδιώξουν από την περιοχή τις ελληνικές. Ο εμβολισμός του “Γαύδος” είναι η κορύφωση αυτής της προσπάθειας και το έμπρακτο μήνυμα πως εάν υπάρξει ελληνική ναυτική παρουσία στην περιοχή θα κινδυνεύει να υποστεί την ίδια τύχη.

 Εάν οι Τούρκοι καταφέρουν να συρρικνώσουν και στη συνέχεια εξαφανίσουν την ελληνική ναυτική παρουσία, το επόμενο βήμα τους θα είναι να εγκαταστήσουν στα Ίμια ένα κοπάδι ζώα με έναν κτηνοτρόφο να πηγαίνει εκεί υπό την προστασία του τουρκικού ναυτικού. Με άλλα λόγια, θα έχουν δημιουργήσει τετελεσμένο ευρύτερης εμβέλειας, δεδομένου πως τα Ίμια είναι συμβολική και ταυτοχρόνως πιλοτική περίπτωση.
