The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. The island was an historic focal point for the Oracle of Delphi in ancient Greece.We know few of this master’s incarnations, but the three most prominent are as the High Priest of the Temple of Truth on Atlantis; then as Paul, beloved apostle of Jesus; and as Hilarion, the great saint and healer, performer of miracles, who founded monasticism in Palestine. Embodied as Saul of Tarsus during the rise of Jesus’ popularity, Saul became a determined persecutor of Christians, originally seeing them as a rebellious faction and a danger to the government and society. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine. To this day, those known as anchorites devote themselves to lives of seclusion and prayer. Hilarion ascended at the close of that embodiment. Με συγκίνηση και δέος ο υπουργός Εξωτερικών Νίκος Κοτζιάς απέτισε, σήμερα το πρωί, φόρο τιμής στους νεκρούς της Γενοκτονίας των Αρμενίων στο Μνημείο μνήμης στο Ερεβάν, όπου κατέθεσε στεφάνι.

«Στεκόμαστε εδώ, με δέος, με τη δέσμευση να μη λησμονήσουμε ποτέ όλους εκείνους που έχασαν τη ζωή τους στη Γενοκτονία των Αρμενίων και να τιμήσουμε τη μνήμη τους. Η Γενοκτονία των Αρμενίων συνιστά ένα από τα πιο μαύρα κεφάλαια της Ιστορίας. Αλλά είναι επίσης και μία σταθερή υπενθύμιση ότι δεν πρέπει να επιτρέψουμε ποτέ να επαναληφθούν τέτοιες φρικαλεότητες» έγραψε ο κ. Κοτζιάς στο βιβλίο επισκεπτών μετά την επίσκεψή του στο Μουσείο της Γενοκτονίας.

Συγκινημένος ο υπουργός ξεναγήθηκε από τον διευθυντή στο Μουσείο της Αρμενικής Γενοκτονίας όπου περιγράφεται με φωτογραφικά ντοκουμέντα και αρχειακό υλικό η Ιστορία χιλιάδων θυμάτων που ακόμα ζητούν δικαίωση: η θηριωδία της εξόντωσης, το δράμα του ξεριζωμού, της σφαγής και του θανάτου, η σιωπηλή συνενοχή της Γερμανίας συμμάχου της Οθωμανικής Αυτοκρατορίας, οι μαρτυρίες ξένων δυνάμεων για τη σφαγή, η αντίσταση και η αυτοάμυνα των Αρμενίων, από το 1914 μέχρι το 1922, με την καταστροφή της Σμύρνης, την τελευταία πράξη της τραγωδίας.

«Ένα από τα πιο μαύρα κεφάλαια της Ιστορίας» και «μία σταθερή υπενθύμιση ότι δεν πρέπει να επιτρέψουμε ποτέ να επαναληφθούν τέτοιες φρικαλεότητες» όπως υπογράμμισε ο κ. Κοτζιάς.

Στην συνέχεια  όπως αναφέρει το IBNA ο επικεφαλής της Ελληνικής Διπλωματίας, συναντήθηκε στην Βουλή με τον Πρόεδρο του Κοινοβουλίου Galust Sahakyan, ενώ μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη τον περίμενε στην είσοδο του Κοινοβουλίου καθώς την υποδέχθηκε ο Αντιπρόεδρος της Βουλής Eduard Sharmazanov, που είναι ελληνικής καταγωγής από τον Πόντο.

Ο Πρόεδρος του Κοινοβουλίου κατά την διάρκεια της συνάντησης του με τον Έλληνα Υπουργό ευχαρίστησε την Ελλάδα καθώς όπως είπε η Ελλάδα ήταν η πρώτη χώρα που αναγνώρισε την γενοκτονία των Αρμενίων.
Οι δυο πλευρές τόνισαν την ανάγκη περαιτέρω αμοιβαίας αναβαθμισμένης συνεργασίας μεταξύ των δύο χωρών, ενώ ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δόθηκε στην ανάγκη αναβάθμισης της συνεργασίας μεταξύ των κοινοβουλίων, στο πλαίσιο της οποίας οι εκατέρωθεν ομάδες φιλίας θα μπορούσαν να αναλάβουν συγκεκριμένες πρωτοβουλίες.

Επιπλέον, ο κ. Κοτζιάς μετέφερε πρόσκληση του προέδρου της Βουλής των Ελλήνων κ. Βούτση στον Αρμένιο ομόλογό του όπως επισκεφθεί τη χώρα μας προσεχώς, μετά τις επικείμενες κοινοβουλευτικές εκλογές στην Αρμενία.

Τονίστηκε επίσης το περιθώριο που υφίσταται για την διεύρυνση των οικονομικών και εμπορικών σχέσεων μεταξύ των δύο πλευρών. Καταλήγοντας, οι δύο πλευρές συμφώνησαν ότι, στο πλαίσιο της στρατηγικής τους συνεργασίας, η Ελλάδα μπορεί να ενισχύσει την Ευρωπαϊκή πορεία της Αρμενίας.

Στη συνέχεια ο Νίκος Κοτζιάς συναντήθηκε με τον Πρωθυπουργό της Αρμενίας, Karen Karapetyan.

Κατά τη συνάντηση του με τον πρωθυπουργό της Αρμενίας, ο κ. Κοτζιάς εξήρε τις διμερείς σχέσεις των δύο χωρών και εξέφρασε την βούληση της ελληνικής πλευράς για αναβάθμιση της συνεργασίας αυτής σε επίπεδο στρατηγικής σχέσης.
Προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί αυτός ο στόχος, θα πρέπει να αντιμετωπιστούν τρεις ασυμμετρίες: πρώτον, μεταξύ των συναισθημάτων που υπάρχουν μεταξύ των δύο λαών και του συμβατικού επιπέδου των διμερών σχέσεων. Δεύτερον, μεταξύ πολιτικού και οικονομικού επιπέδου. Τρίτον, μεταξύ της βούλησης για προώθηση της συνεργασίας και την εφαρμογή των σχετικών αποφάσεων προς αυτή την κατεύθυνση.

Ειδικότερα, συμφωνήθηκε να συγκροτηθεί μία κοινή επιτροπή υπό την εποπτεία των υπουργείων εξωτερικών προκειμένου να αξιολογηθεί το υφιστάμενο θεσμικό πλαίσιο. Ακολούθως θα πρέπει να αποφασιστεί ποια κείμενα χρήζουν επικαιροποίησης ή αντικατάστασης από νεώτερα, όπως επίσης και πού υπάρχει περιθώριο για νέου είδους συμφωνίες μεταξύ των δύο πλευρών ώστε το συμβατικό πλαίσιο να αντανακλά τόσο την άριστη συνεργασία των δύο πλευρών όσο και τις προοπτικές της συνεργασίας αυτής στο μέλλον.

Επιπλέον, ο Ελληνας Υπουργός Εξωτερικών πρότεινε την συνεργασία μεταξύ διευθύνσεων των υπουργείων εξωτερικών προκειμένου να ενισχυθεί ο πολιτικός διάλογος μεταξύ των δύο πλευρών. Ακόμη, πρότεινε όπως η Ελλάδα παράσχει τεχνογνωσία στις προσπάθειες της Αρμενίας να ενισχύσει τη συνεργασία της με την ευρωπαΐκή ένωση. Στον οικονομικό τομέα, συμφωνήθηκε η πραγματοποίηση ενός επιχειρηματικού forum στο Ερεβάν κατά το δεύτερο εξάμηνο του 2017 καθώς επίσης και ο εντοπισμός των πλέον προσφορών τομέων οικονομικής συνεργασίας.

Στο επίπεδο της πολιτιστικής συνεργασίας της εκπαίδευσης οι δύο πλευρές ανέδειξαν τη σημασία του συγκεκριμένου τομέα δεσμευόμενες να αξιοποιήσουν στο έπακρον τις υφιστάμενες δυνατότητες αλλά και πηγαίνοντας την συνεργασία αυτή ένα βήμα παραπέρα. Από πλευράς του, ο πρωθυπουργός της Αρμενίας αναφέρθηκε με πολύ κολακευτικά σχόλια για τις σχέσεις φιλίας μεταξύ των δύο χωρών, συμφώνησε με τις προτάσεις του Ελληνα Υπουργού Εξωτερικών για την αναβάθμιση της συνεργασίας των δύο πλευρών σε σειρά τομέων, τονίζοντας επιπλέον το ρόλο που δύναται να διαδραματίσει η χώρα μας στην ενίσχυση του διαλόγου μεταξύ της ευρωπαΐκής ένωσης και της ευρασιατικής οικονομικής κοινότητας.
