"... Ένα διαφορετικό προειδοποιητικό SMS θα λαμβάνουν όσοι το επιθυμούν στο κινητό τους. Διαφορετικό, γιατί δεν θα αφορά ακραία φαινόμενα, αλλά τις προληπτικές ιατρικές εξετάσεις, το απαραίτητο ετήσιο τσεκ απ, και θα στέλνεται από το υπουργείο Υγείας..."

Μα τί τεράστια κυβερνητική εμμονή κι αυτή!;Συνεχώς να επιδιώκουν πλήρη γνώση και διαχείριση των προσωπικών στοιχείων του κάθε πολίτη!Πόσο βασιλικότεροι του βασιλέως επιδιώκουν τελικά να καταστούν;!
Αυτοί θα πούνε σε μένα πότε θα κάνω εξέταση και ποιά;! Εκτός κι αν φλέγονται από αγάπη γιά  μένα κι έχουν αποφασίσει περιπαθώς να με υιοθετήσουν, θέλοντας μου και μή!

Αυτοί θα διαβεβαιώσουν εμένα ότι θα διαφυλάττουν  το προσωπικό μου αρχείο!; Ειλικρινά!!!;;;
Αυτοί δεν μπορούν να διαφυλάξουν το κλείσιμο /άνοιγμα του στόματός τους, τις καταθέσεις των τραπεζών των μηχανισμών τους, τα κρατικά κεφάλαια -έμψυχα και άψυχα- από την διαφθορά, τις καταχρήσεις και την κακοδιαχείριση!
Αυτοί θα προστατεύσουν εμένα!; Κι εσένα και τα παιδιά και τους αθλητές και το μέλλον της ανθρωπότητας!;

Θα προστατεύσουν και θα διαφυλάξουν ή θα δεσμεύσουν και θα  χαλιναγωγήσουν, θα χειραγωγήσουν και εν τέλει θα εξανδραποδίσουν τον 'Ανθρωπο, την Ελευθερία του, την Ελεύθερη Βούλησή του, το αναφαίρετο Δικαίωμά του να επιδιώκει την Αρμονική του Ανέλιξη, την Υγεία, την Ευημερία και εν τέλει την Ευτυχία του!;;;;

Έχει άραγε επίγνωση τί δημιούργημα ακριβώς οικοδομούν οι κόποι του; 'Εχει διάκριση, έχει συγκεκριμένο 'όραμα' (προφανώς κενόν της περιβάλλουσας Πραγματικότητας, ούτως ή άλλως),  ή απλά εν' ύπνω mkultr-εύει/nanorobot-εύει;

Στους δύσκολους καιρούς που διανύουμε, ο κάθε ένας από εμάς πλέον πρέπει να σκέπτεται και να δρά σε αφύπνιση, με συνειδητότητα.

Μακάρι οι κρατούσες συνθήκες στην ανθρωπότητα να ήταν τέτοιες όπου πράγματι ένα καλόηθες ΑΙ, μιά καλή κ' αγαθή φιλάνθρωπη, φιλόζωη Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη θα συνόδευε, θα προστάτευε, θα θεράπευε τον βασανισμένο από πείνα, φτώχεια, πολέμους, αρρώστιες, κακοήθεις δυνάμεις, άνθρωπο!
Τον άνθρωπο που αγωνίζεται να επιβιώσει, να γνωρίσει τον Εαυτό του, το Νόημα και την Ουσία της Ύπαρξής του, της Ιστορίας του!
Αλήθεια, Ποιός είναι αυτός που τότε θα αρνιόταν την γενναιόδωρη απλοχεριά της Αγάπης και της Ομορφιάς, που όλοι έχουμε τόσο Ανάγκη!!!

Ένα διαφορετικό προειδοποιητικό SMS θα λαμβάνουν όσοι το επιθυμούν στο κινητό τους. Διαφορετικό, γιατί δεν θα αφορά ακραία φαινόμενα, αλλά τις προληπτικές ιατρικές εξετάσεις, το απαραίτητο ετήσιο τσεκ απ, και θα στέλνεται από το υπουργείο Υγείας.

Έρχονται, ακόμα, τους επόμενους δύο μήνες το ψηφιακό βιβλιάριο παιδιού, η πρόσβαση σε διαγνωστικές εξετάσεις και η τηλεσυμβουλευτική.

Βήμα βήμα χτίζουν από κοινού το υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης και το υπουργείο Υγείας τον ψηφιακό ιατρικό φάκελο του κάθε ασθενούς και την ψηφιακή πλατφόρμα ΜyΗealth. Η αρχική ιδέα ήταν να αποκτήσει πρόσβαση στα ιατρικά δεδομένα που τον αφορούν ο κάθε πολίτης, και όχι μόνον οι γιατροί. Το πρώτο βήμα έγινε με την άυλη συνταγογράφηση.

Τώραν σε συνεχείς συσκέψεις, ο Κυριάκος Πιερρακάκης και ο Γιώργος Γεωργαντάς, από το υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης, και ο Θάνος Πλεύρης και η Μίνα Γκάγκα από το υπουργείο Υγείας, συνεργάζονται για να ολοκληρώσουν τις διαδικασίες, προκειμένου να εξυπηρετούνται ευκολότερα και ταχύτερα οι πολίτες. Παράλληλα, θα αποσυμφορηθούν στο επίπεδο της πρωτοβάθμιας φροντίδας υγείας τα Κέντρα Υγείας και τα νοσοκομεία.

Η πλατφόρμα του Εθνικού Συστήματος Εμβολιασμού δημιούργησε μια τεράστια προίκα. Ο κόσμος εξοικειώθηκε να κλείνει ραντεβού μέσα από πλατφόρμες. Μέσα στους επόμενους δύο με τρεις μήνες θα κλείνονται μέσα από ειδική πλατφόρμα και όλα τα ραντεβού για την πρωτοβάθμια φροντίδα υγείας. Η εφαρμογή αρχικά θα αφορά τα Κέντρα Υγείας.
Τι θα είναι το ψηφιακό βιβλιάριο παιδιού

Εντός της ίδιας περιόδου θα ψηφιοποιηθεί το βιβλιάριο υγείας του παιδιού, το δελτίο υγείας του μαθητή και η κάρτα υγείας του αθλητή. Ακόμα δεν έχει αποφασιστεί αν θα ισχύουν ταυτόχρονα και τα σημερινά χάρτινα βιβλιάρια και αν η επιλογή χάρτινου ή ψηφιακού θα είναι προαιρετική.

Επιπλέον, στον ατομικό ιατρικό φάκελο θα μπορούν να ενταχθούν οι ακτινογραφίες και οι άλλες διαγνωστικές εξετάσεις από όλα τα διαγνωστικά κέντρα της χώρας. Αυτό θα γίνεται μέσω μιας ειδικής εφαρμογής, η οποία θα οδηγεί τον χρήστη στο διαγνωστικό κέντρο που τον ενδιαφέρει.

Αντιστοίχως, τα διαγνωστικά κέντρα θα υποχρεωθούν να δημιουργήσουν μια αντίστοιχη υπηρεσία εξυπηρέτησης των ασθενών ή όσων χρησιμοποιούν τις υπηρεσίες τους. Με τον τρόπο αυτό, ο κάθε πολίτης θα «χτίζει» σταδιακά τον ατομικό του ιατρικό φάκελο, και θα διασφαλίζονται πλήρως τα προσωπικά του δεδομένα.

Ως το τέλος του έτους θα μπορεί να παρέχεται και τηλεσυμβουλευτική, αρχικά για ασθενείς Covid-19, και θα επεκταθεί η τηλεϊατρική. Αργότερα σε όσους έχουν δηλώσει το κινητό τους τηλέφωνο στην πλατφόρμα του Εθνικού Συστήματος Εμβολιασμού ή θα το καταχωρίσουν αργότερα στη σχετική πλατφόρμα, θα λαμβάνουν ειδοποιήσεις για εξετάσεις προληπτικής ιατρικής, ώστε να προγραμματίζουν εγκαίρως τα ραντεβού τους και για να μην ξεχνιούνται. Στο αρχικό στάδιο, οι ειδοποιήσεις που θα λαμβάνουν οι πολίτες θα γίνονται με κριτήριο την ηλικία τους, και θα αφορούν μαστογραφίες και εξετάσεις για προστάτη.

Προκειμένου να επεκταθούν αυτές οι δράσεις, θα διοχετευθούν πάνω από 250.000.000 ευρώ από το Ταμείο Ανάκαμψης, για να δημιουργηθούν δομές τηλεϊατρικής σε όλη την Ελλάδα, σε νοσοκομεία και σε Κέντρα Υγείας.

Επίσης, θα αναβαθμιστούν τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα στα νοσοκομεία, και θα δημιουργηθούν οι απαραίτητες συνδέσεις για να εξυπηρετείται ο ατομικός ιατρικός φάκελος.

Να σημειωθεί ότι -σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία που ανακοίνωσε πρόσφατα ο υπουργός Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης- οι ψηφιακές συναλλαγές του πολίτη με το κράτος καταγράφουν εκθετική αύξηση: από τα 8,8 εκατομμύρια του 2018 και τα 34 εκατομμύρια του 2019, το 2020 ξεπεράσαμε τα 94 εκατομμύρια και πέρυσι, το 2021, φτάσαμε στα 567 εκατομμύρια.

«Οι αριθμοί αυτοί μεταφράζονται σε αντίστοιχο αριθμό φυσικών επισκέψεων σε δημόσιες υπηρεσίες που δεν χρειάστηκε να γίνουν. Κατά μέσο όρο, κάθε ενήλικας πέρυσι απέφυγε την αναμονή περίπου σε 60 ουρές δημοσίων υπηρεσιών», σημείωσε ο κ. Πιερρακάκης.
