The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. The island was an historic focal point for the Oracle of Delphi in ancient Greece.We know few of this master’s incarnations, but the three most prominent are as the High Priest of the Temple of Truth on Atlantis; then as Paul, beloved apostle of Jesus; and as Hilarion, the great saint and healer, performer of miracles, who founded monasticism in Palestine. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine. To this day, those known as anchorites devote themselves to lives of seclusion and prayer. Hilarion ascended at the close of that embodiment. Τον Ρώσο Υπουργό Εξωτερικών Σεργκέι Λαβρόφ υποδέχτηκε στο Μέγαρο Μαξίμου ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης και στις δηλώσεις τους πριν την έναρξη της συνάντησης τους, μια ατάκα του Λαβρόφ ξεχώρισε… σαν τη μύγα μέσα στο γάλα: η τελευταία που είπε για τις ελληνορωσικές σχέσεις.

Είπε λοιπόν ο Λαβρόφ ότι «η συμμετοχή της Ελλάδας στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και στο ΝΑΤΟ δεν εμποδίζει την ανάπτυξη των σχέσεων μεταξύ των χωρών μας», για να καταλήξει με εμφατικό τρόπο που δεν αφήνει περιθώρια παρερμηνείας: «Επιθυμητό θα ήταν η ΕΕ και το ΝΑΤΟ να μην μας εμποδίσουν να αναπτύξουμε τις σχέσεις μας».

Μήνυμα εστάλη λοιπόν στις Βρυξέλλες από πλευράς Ρωσίας και το ζητούμενο είναι πλέον να δούμε τι θα κάνει και η ελληνική πλευρά με αυτό το μήνυμα.

Κύριε Υπουργέ,

Με μεγάλη χαρά σας καλωσορίζω στην Αθήνα, ως εκπρόσωπο της φίλης Ρωσικής Ομοσπονδίας, με τον λαό της οποίας οι Έλληνες συνδέονται με ιστορικούς και πνευματικούς δεσμούς αιώνων. Αλλά σας καλωσορίζω, βέβαια, και ως πολύπειρο διπλωμάτη, του οποίου η δράση διατρέχει τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες.

Συναντιόμαστε, η αλήθεια είναι, σε μια δύσκολη συγκυρία, καθοριστική, καθώς η χώρα μου, η Ανατολική Μεσόγειος, ο Νότιος Καύκασος, η ευρύτερη περιοχή μας είναι μια περιοχή στην οποία δοκιμάζεται η διεθνής σταθερότητα.

Και θα έχω την ευκαιρία στις συνομιλίες μας να σας ενημερώσω για τη δράση της γειτονικής Τουρκίας, η οποία, δυστυχώς, σε ρόλο ταραξία καταπατά τη διεθνή νομιμότητα, ναρκοθετώντας την ειρήνη σε πολλά ευαίσθητα σημεία του χάρτη.

Και βέβαια κάτι το οποίο με προβληματίζει ιδιαίτερα είναι ότι περιβάλλει αυτήν την επιθετική της δράση με έναν θρησκευτικό μανδύα, καθιστώντας έτσι ορατό τον κίνδυνο για την αρμονική συνύπαρξη λαών και θρησκειών.

Και πιστεύω ότι είναι προς το αμοιβαίο μας συμφέρον να ελέγξουμε τέτοιες προκλητικές συμπεριφορές και να θυμίσουμε σε όποιον τις ασκεί τα πραγματικά του όρια. Η Ελλάδα τάσσεται σταθερά, κύριε Υπουργέ, με το μέρος του Διεθνούς Δικαίου και των Συνθηκών, όπως και των κανόνων καλής γειτονίας.

Το αποδείξαμε αυτό έμπρακτα υπογράφοντας συμφωνίες οριοθέτησης θαλασσίων ζωνών και με την Ιταλία και με την Αίγυπτο. Και πρέπει να σας πω ότι άκουσα με μεγάλη ικανοποίηση, κύριε Υπουργέ, την πρόσφατη υπενθύμισή σας ότι η επέκταση των χωρικών υδάτων στα 12 ναυτικά μίλια αποτελεί αναφαίρετο κυριαρχικό δικαίωμα κάθε κράτους.

Η Ελλάδα -το έχουμε ξανασυζητήσει- προφανώς είναι μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και του ΝΑΤΟ. Αυτό δεν μας εμποδίζει, όμως, κύριε Υπουργέ, να διευρύνουμε τις διμερείς μας σχέσεις με την Ρωσία. Καθώς, μάλιστα, πλησιάζει η εμβληματική επέτειος των 200 χρόνων από την Ελληνική Επανάσταση, στην οποία η χώρα σας βοήθησε καθοριστικά.

Άλλωστε, το 2021 είναι «Έτος Ιστορίας Ελλάδας και Ρωσίας» και η διπλή αυτή γιορτή θα μας προσφέρει μία ευκαιρία να θυμηθούμε τις στιγμές που συμπορευτήκαμε στο παρελθόν. Αλλά να οικοδομήσουμε και αυτές που θα μας συνοδεύουν στο μέλλον. Γνωρίζετε ότι έχω απευθύνει προσωπική πρόσκληση στον Πρόεδρο Putin να βρεθεί στην Αθήνα την 25η Μαρτίου 2021, μαζί με τον Πρόεδρο της Γαλλίας και μαζί με τον Πρίγκιπα Κάρολο, ώστε να σηματοδοτήσουμε με αυτόν τον τρόπο τη συμμετοχή των τριών χωρών που έπαιξαν καθοριστικό ρόλο στην υποστήριξη του αγώνα των Ελλήνων για εθνική ανεξαρτησία.

Και είδα, μάλιστα, με πολύ ενδιαφέρον ένα σχετικό βίντεο το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης για τη σημασία της Ναυμαχίας του Ναυαρίνου.

Οπότε και πάλι με χαρά σας καλωσορίζω στην Αθήνα και προσβλέπω σε πολύ ουσιαστικές συνομιλίες.

Αξιότιμε κύριε Πρωθυπουργέ, σας ευχαριστώ για την ευκαιρία να σας συναντήσω κατά την επίσκεψή μου στην Ελλάδα.

Εμείς εκτιμούμε πάρα πολύ τις σχέσεις μας, που έχουν πολύ βαθιές ρίζες στην Ιστορία, στο βάθος των αιώνων, και βεβαίως τη σύνδεση που έχουν οι χώρες μας στο ιστορικό και πνευματικό επίπεδο. Και βεβαίως θερμά και ενεργά υποστηρίζουμε την επιθυμία σας να γιορτάσετε με τον δέοντα τρόπο την επέτειο των 200 ετών από την έναρξη της Ελληνικής Επανάστασης.

Σήμερα με τον συνάδελφό μου, τον Νίκο Δένδια, υπογράψαμε το κοινό Μνημόνιο για τη διεξαγωγή του «Έτους Ιστορίας», το 2021, για το οποίο συμφωνήσατε με τον Πρόεδρο της Ρωσίας, κύριο Vladimir Putin. Προγραμματίζεται πλούσιο πρόγραμμα εκδηλώσεων, που ελπίζω ότι θα έχουν ενδιαφέρον όχι μόνον για τους ιστορικούς και τους αρχαιολόγους αλλά και για το ευρύτερο κοινό των χωρών μας.

Πολύ περιεκτικά, συζητήσαμε την κατάσταση στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο και την ευρύτερη περιοχή, που είναι πολύ σημαντική από γεωπολιτικής άποψης. Και συμφωνούμε ότι χρειάζεται το ταχύτερο δυνατό αποκλιμάκωση της έντασης που δημιουργήθηκε στην περιοχή, για να προχωρήσουν οι χώρες στη διευθέτηση όλων των προβλημάτων -που δεν είναι και λίγα- στην περιοχή, μέσω απευθείας διαλόγου.

Αυτό αφορά και τα ζητήματα στο πλαίσιο της Σύμβασης για το Δίκαιο της Θάλασσας, του 1982, όταν προκύπτουν τα ζητήματα μεταξύ των όμορων χωρών τα συμφέροντα των οποίων διασταυρώνονται και χρειάζεται να υπάρχει διευθέτηση μέσω των διακρατικών συμφωνιών.

Και αυτό μπορεί να επιτευχθεί μέσω απευθείας διαλόγου. Η Ρωσία βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε αυτή την περιοχή. Εμείς έχουμε καλές, σταθερές σχέσεις με τις χώρες της περιοχής και αν υπάρχει βούληση, ενδιαφέρον από τους εταίρους μας, είμαστε έτοιμοι να συμβάλλουμε στην ομαλοποίηση της κατάστασης.

Συμφωνώ απόλυτα μαζί σας ότι οι προσπάθειες να χρησιμοποιηθεί ο θρησκευτικός παράγοντας στα γεωπολιτικά παιχνίδια είναι κάτι πολύ επικίνδυνο. Εδώ και χρόνια, στο πλαίσιο του Οργανισμού για την Ασφάλεια και τη Συνεργασία στην Ευρώπη, προωθούμε την πρωτοβουλία να αναγνωριστούν όχι μόνο ο αντισημιτισμός αλλά και η χριστιανοφοβία και η ισλαμοφοβία ως καταδικαστέες πράξεις. Υποστηρίζει και η Ελλάδα αυτά τα ζητήματα, κοινές προσεγγίσεις έχουμε. 

Θα προωθήσουμε αυτό το θέμα και στο Συμβούλιο της Ευρώπης και είναι ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο ότι τώρα στο πλαίσιο της προεδρίας της Ελλάδος στην Επιτροπή Υπουργών του Συμβουλίου της Ευρώπης η Ελλάδα προωθεί κοινές ευρωπαϊκές αξίες. Και οι σημερινές μου συνομιλίες επιβεβαίωσαν για ακόμα μια φορά ότι -όπως και εσείς είπατε- η συμμετοχή της Ελλάδος στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και στο ΝΑΤΟ δεν εμποδίζει την ανάπτυξη των σχέσεων μεταξύ των χωρών μας.

Βεβαίως επιθυμητό θα ήταν και η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και το ΝΑΤΟ να μην μας εμποδίσουν να αναπτύξουμε αυτές τις σχέσεις. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
