The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. The island was an historic focal point for the Oracle of Delphi in ancient Greece.We know few of this master’s incarnations, but the three most prominent are as the High Priest of the Temple of Truth on Atlantis; then as Paul, beloved apostle of Jesus; and as Hilarion, the great saint and healer, performer of miracles, who founded monasticism in Palestine. Embodied as Saul of Tarsus during the rise of Jesus’ popularity, Saul became a determined persecutor of Christians, originally seeing them as a rebellious faction and a danger to the government and society. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine. To this day, those known as anchorites devote themselves to lives of seclusion and prayer. Hilarion ascended at the close of that embodiment. Μία προταση ΟΜΑΔΑΣ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΩΝ : Να δημιουργηθεί Ταμείο για την Εθνική Άμυνα.

ΤαμεΙο για την ΕθνικΗ Αμυνα

Η κλιμάκωση της επιθετικότητα της Τουρκίας τα τελευταία χρόνια σε συνδυασμό με τη μείωση των δαπανών της Πατρίδας μας για την Άμυνα λόγω των μνημονίων, τείνουν να διαμορφώσουν ένα νέο σκηνικό ισορροπίας δυνάμεων με αρνητικές τάσεις για την Ελλάδα. Την ίδια στιγμή, αποτελεί καθοριστική προτεραιότητα για την Ακεραιότητα και την Κυριαρχία της Ελλάδας και της ιστορικής συνέχειας και ενότητας του Ελληνισμού η αποτρεπτική ισχύς της απέναντι στα επεκτατικά νεο-οθωμανικά σχέδια  της Τουρκίας.

Ταυτόχρονα, η σταθερότητα και η ειρήνη στη Μεσόγειο, καθώς και η σταθερότητα, η ασφάλεια και η προοδευτική πορεία της Ευρώπης εξαρτάται καίρια από την ισχύ και τον καθοριστικό ρόλο της Ελλάδας στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Το ζήτημα της Εθνικής Άμυνας της Ελλάδας, σ΄ αυτό το πλαίσιο αποκτά ζωτικό χαρακτήρα για τη χώρα μας και αποφασιστικό για την Ευρώπη και την ειρήνη στη Μεσόγειο.
           
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν παίζουμε με την Εθνική Άμυνα και ούτε μπορούμε να την θέτουμε σε δεύτερη μοίρα, ιδιαίτερα στις παρούσες συνθήκες και σε τούτη τη γεωστρατηγική περιοχή.
            Είναι επιτακτική ανάγκη να συγκροτήσουμε ένα μόνιμο Ταμείο στήριξης, ενίσχυσης και αναβάθμισης για την Εθνική Άμυνα με βάση τις εξής αρχές:
1. Η συμμετοχή όλων των Ελλήνων του εσωτερικού και της Διασποράς, αποτελεί αντανάκλαση του πατριωτικού φρονήματος και επιβεβαίωση του αισθήματος εθνικής ευθύνης κάθε Έλληνα και Ελληνίδας. Η συμμετοχή αυτή είναι υπεύθυνη και εθελοντική.
2. Η λειτουργία του Ταμείου είναι μόνιμη, διαφανής, δημοκρατική, νομοθετημένη - θεσμοθετημένη.
3. Η προσφορά πόρων για την ενίσχυση της Εθνικής Άμυνας πρέπει να διευκολύνεται από την πολιτεία και όλες οι εισφορές να εκπίπτουν από το φορολογητέο εισόδημα των εργαζομένων ή από τα κέρδη των επιχειρήσεων και των επαγγελματιών.
4. Η αξιοποίηση των πόρων θα στοχεύει στην παραγωγή αμυντικών συστημάτων και εξοπλισμού από την εγχώρια Ελληνική παραγωγή, με την εξέλιξη και ανάπτυξή της, με ταυτόχρονη αξιοποίηση του Ελληνικού επιστημονικού και ερευνητικού δυναμικού και των αντίστοιχων θεσμών των Ελληνικών Ινστιτούτων και των Πανεπιστημίων.
5. Οι αρχές που θα διέπουν την παραγωγική αξιοποίηση και διαχείριση των πόρων θα είναι αυτέ της Αειφόρου Ανάπτυξης και της Περιφερειακής- Μεθορικαής Ανάπτυξης.
6. Να επιτρέπεται η εισφορά σε είδος και η διαχείρισή τους να είναι μη κερδοσκοπική δραστηριότητα.
7. Όλες οι εισφορές (σε πόρους ή σε είδος) θα είναι σε Δημόσια θέα.
           
Το Ταμείο για την Εθνική Άμυνα δεν πρέπει να συγχέεται με την πρωταρχική ευθύνη της Ελληνικής Πολιτείας να υπερασπίζεται την Πατρίδα, την Ακεραιότητα, την Ανεξαρτησία και την Κυριαρχία της, καθώς και την Ελευθερία και τα Δικαιώματα του Ελληνικού Λαού.
            Το Ταμείο δεν αποσκοπεί να απαλλάξει το κράτος από τις ευθύνες του, ούτε να ορίσει τις κρατικές δαπάνες και τον τρόπο διάθεσής τους για την Άμυνα. Το Ταμείο, επίσης, δεν αποτελεί ένα είδος φιλανθρωπίας εκ μέρους των Ελλήνων ή/και των φιλελλήνων. Τις ανάγκες της Εθνικής Άμυνας, δεν τις καθορίζει το Ταμείο, αλλά η ηγεσία των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων και η θεσμική Ηγεσία της Χώρας, ώστε να μπορεί απρόσκοπτα να εγγυάται την ασφάλεια και την κυριαρχία των Ελλήνων. Ο τρόπος ενίσχυσης και αναβάθμισης των σκοπών των ελληνικών αμυντικών δυνάμεων, δεν πρέπει και δεν μπορεί να συγχέεται ή έμμεσα να υποβοηθά το κομματικό κράτος, τις πελατειακές σχέσεις, τη μικροπολιτική ή τη διαφθορά γύρω από τις αμυντικές δαπάνες.
            Πιστεύουμε ότι οι Έλληνες και οι Ελληνίδες στην Ελλάδα και παντού στον Κόσμο έχουν συνείδηση των αναγκών Υπεράσπισης της Πατρίδας και του Ελληνισμού, έχουν μέσα τους τον πόθο, την πεποίθηση στήριξης και ενίσχυσης της Άμυνας απέναντι σε κάθε επιβουλή και επεκτατικό κίνδυνο. Αυτά τα πατριωτικά αισθήματα επιδιώκουμε να μετατρέψουμε σε χειροπιαστές πατριωτικές πράξεις με την εθελοντική, ενεργητική συμμετοχή στο Ταμείο για την Εθνική Άμυνα. Για να έχουμε μια Πατρίδα που θα αναπτυχθεί και θα μεγαλουργήσει, πρέπει πρώτ΄ απ΄ όλα να έχουμε μια Πατρίδα ασφαλή και ισχυρή απέναντι σε κάθε εχθρική απειλή, σε κάθε επεκτατική διεκδίκηση και σφετεριστική επιβουλή. Το Ταμείο στοχεύει σε αυτά. Αποτελεί έναν συνεκτικό, ανοιχτό, δημοκρατικό θεσμό της Κοινωνίας των Ελλήνων Πολιτών για την οικονομική ενίσχυση και αναβάθμιση της Άμυνας, για να καταστεί η Ελλάδα μια Χώρα ασφαλής και απρόσβλητη, ώστε με σιγουριά να εξελιχθεί σ΄ έναν οικουμενικό Τόπο Δημιουργίας, Αλληλεγγύης και Δικαιοσύνης .
            Το Ταμείο θα ενθαρρύνει και θα αγκαλιάσει κάθε πρωτοβουλία και κάθε δράση από τη βάση της Κοινωνίας των Ελλήνων Πολιτών που θα έχει σκοπό την υποστήριξη και ενδυνάμωση του Ταμείου.
            Το Ταμείο θεωρεί ότι η πρωτοβουλία, η κινητοποίηση των Ελλήνων και των Ελληνίδων, με κάθε πρόσφορο και αποδοτικό μέσο, είναι η λυδία λίθος για την επιτυχία αυτής της πατριωτικής Πρωτοβουλίας.
            Η κατ΄ αυτόν τον τρόπο, παράλληλη, διαμόρφωση ενός δημοκρατικού πατριωτικού συμμετοχικού κινήματος βάσης θα αποτελέσει ένα ευεργετικό γεγονός για την εθνική και κοινωνική συνοχή.
            Θεωρούμε ότι όλοι οι Έλληνες και οι Ελληνίδες, ακόμα και οι άνεργοι, ή οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες που δεν έχουν άμεσα ατομικό εισόδημα, μπορούν να συμμετέχουν με ένα ελάχιστο συμβολικό ποσό στήριξης, που θα μπορούσε λογικά και κοινά να προσδιορισθεί στα 20 ευρώ το χρόνο. Η ετήσια ελάχιστη αυτή συμμετοχή κάθε νέου και κάθε νέας έχει πολλαπλάσια σημασία και δυναμική, αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό μήνυμα και αναδεικνύει μια νέα στάση ευθύνης. Η συμμετοχή πολλών με ελάχιστες προσφορές μπορεί να έχει αποτέλεσμα μεγαλύτερο από τις μεγάλες προσφορές των οικονομικά ισχυρών, οι οποίοι δεν στερούνται πατριωτικών αισθημάτων ή αίσθησης της ευθύνης τους και η συμμετοχή τους είναι ουσιαστική και καλοδεχούμενη.
            Η εθελοντική δραστηριοποίηση στο Ταμείο για την Εθνική Άμυνα δεν θα συγχέεται με οποιαδήποτε κομματική δραστηριότητα, ούτε θα είναι μια διακομματική δραστηριότητα. Στόχος είναι να εκφράζει αυθεντικά την Κοινωνία των Πολιτών, χωρίς αποκλεισμούς, κλειστές νοοτροπίες ή απορριπτικές συμπεριφορές. 
            Οι δαπάνες για την Άμυνα, οφείλουν να αποτελούν μέρος της προσπάθειας για την οικονομική ανασυγκρότηση της χώρας και οι ενέργειες για την ενίσχυση της Εθνικής Άμυνας οφείλουν να ενισχύουν την Εθνική Ανεξαρτησία έναντι της εξάρτησης και της υποτέλειας και τη Λαϊκή Κυριαρχία, μέσω της διευρυνόμενης Δημοκρατίας στη λήψη και στην εφαρμογή των αποφάσεων.

            Οι τέσσερις Έλληνες πολίτες που υπογράφουμε αυτό το Κείμενο Αρχών για το Ταμείο για την Εθνική Άμυνα δηλώνουμε ότι δεν τρέφουμε καμία άλλη φιλοδοξία παρά μόνο μία : να θέσουμε σε κίνηση αυτή την μεγάλη και, κατά τη γνώμη μας, σημαντική Πρωτοβουλία για την Άμυνα και την Ανεξαρτησία της Πατρίδας. Γνωρίζουμε ότι η τελική έκβασή της θα εξαρτηθεί από την ουσιαστική, συνεχή συμμετοχή και τη ενεργή, δημιουργική δράση των Ελλήνων Δημοκρατών Πατριωτών, όπως εξάλλου και κάθε κρίσιμο διακύβευμα του Έθνους και της Δημοκρατίας.
