By whose tax money, sweat, pains, suffering, exploitation, oppression , victimization, mind controlling, milab unethical, satanic, pedophiliac attacks, schemes, hypocritical plots, psy-ops manipulations, miscreant stratagems, in battle-deaths, abhorring economic wars vilifying human life and soul,  were all these high-tech, epoch making achievements, reported in this video, created?! By Ours, the Earth Surface Men and Women!
How many times do we have to pay for the same result and in this case,'lesser result', a 'not secured result'  because an innocent passing-by virus  invites itself in the project, or not, and then: ''Ooopsy, Sorryyy, etc... Let's start once more''!? 

Just because the banking-military-industrialist complex compulsively feels that they have  to deceive us ad infinitum?

Expunge us from the little wealth still inherent in the local societies for their day to day survival and snatch it 'for a good cause'?

NO, But Thanks, NO!The eagerness of the 13 families to remain the only ones handling our economies is disgustingly apparent.

NO! Because local societies and those more well off in them will and do have, more than ever, to care for their near and extended families, their weaker neighbors, their homeless, their fellow countrymen under force majeure situations.They have to help bring water in the village or pay the usury so that the family in unemployment do not loose their home.We all have to make do, in the best of our understanding, for the daily needs.And this holds for Europe, Mideast  and all of the Continents, US included!Unless we survive now,  the long-run policies will be a very sad occasion, don't you think?

The soonest we have  this Holographic technology repairing not only limbs and wounds, but illnesses and diseases by mapping the DNA of the individual, the better.Who has to pay for it? Those who originally used our money to produce it  and secondly used it  and still do for their nefarious purposes and for the humanity enslavement process.

Where from do we start first? Why not from the Soros antihuman Open (to DAESH-refugees creation, satanism, death and false-destorted-jesuitic ideals) Society!The Generals suggesting this project should know better and engage in action better, more humanely! Where is the money? Therefrom they get it!

All excuses for not so doing are void of truth and true potential, in which case it is better to remain  silent than encouraging the half-disclosure , half-trickster mascarading.
