Die Welt: A new conflict in 2016 between Greece and lenders is inevitable
Among the challenges that German Chancellor Angela Merkel will
have to face in 2016 is the Greek crisis issue, according to Die Welt.

Die Welt: Η σύγκρουση Ελλάδας - δανειστών είναι αναπόφευκτη και το 2016
Ανάμεσα στις προκλήσεις με τις οποίες θα βρεθεί αντιμέτωπη η γερμανίδα καγκελάριος Άγκελα Μέρκελ το 2016 συγκαταλέγει η γερμανική εφημερίδα Die Welt σε σημερινό της άρθρο και το ζήτημα της ελληνικής κρίσης.
«Το 2016 θα οδηγήσει αναπόφευκτα την Ελλάδα και τους δανειστές της σε νέα σύγκρουση» παρατηρούν οι συντάκτες του άρθρου.
«Η αξιολόγηση του ελληνικού προγράμματος θα λάβει χώρα τον Απρίλιο ή το αργότερο έως το τέλος του πρώτου εξαμήνου. Από μόνη της, όμως, η αξιολόγηση αποτελεί έναν άθλο. Η κυβέρνηση και ο Πρωθυπουργός θα πρέπει να περάσουν άλλο ένα τεστ αντοχής το πρώτο δίμηνο του 2016 που θα περιλαμβάνει την ασφαλιστική μεταρρύθμιση, τα κόκκινα δάνεια και το μεσοπρόθεσμο πρόγραμμα.
Από την επιτυχή έκβαση της αξιολόγησης εξαρτώνται πολλά: μόνο εφόσον οι δανειστές κρίνουν ότι η Ελλάδα θα έχει εκπληρώσει τις υποχρεώσεις της θα συμμετάσχει το ΔΝΤ στο τρίτο πακέτο βοήθειας.
Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αρχίζει να διαφαίνεται και μια δυσκολία ως προς τη συμμετοχή του Ταμείου, αφού ούτε η Ελλάδα ούτε το ΔΝΤ επιθυμούν την... μεταξύ τους συνεργασία. Στο επίκεντρο βρίσκεται το ζήτημα του χρέους, με την Αθήνα να θεωρεί πως η στάση του ΔΝΤ είναι αντιπαραγωγική.
Από τη συμμετοχή του ΔΝΤ εξαρτάται όμως η συγκατάθεση της κοινοβουλευτικής ομάδας των γερμανών συντηρητικών στην εκταμίευση περαιτέρω δόσεων. Η Άγκελα Μέρκελ θα βρεθεί υπό αυτούς τους όρους στις αρχές του έτους σε δύσκολη θέση. Από τη μία όλο και μεγαλύτερα τμήματα της κοινοβουλευτικής της ομάδας είναι πιθανό να διατυπώσουν διαφωνίες απέναντι στην πολιτική της, εάν η Ελλάδα παραπέμψει το ζήτημα των μεταρρυθμίσεων στις ελληνικές καλένδες. Από την άλλη πλευρά όμως η ομοσπονδιακή κυβέρνηση δε θα είναι πλέον σε θέση να ασκήσει την ίδια πίεση στην Ελλάδα όπως πριν από έναν χρόνο. Κι αυτό επειδή το Βερολίνο χρειάζεται την Αθήνα λόγω προσφυγικής κρίσης για την φύλαξη των συνόρων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης».
