
US airmen on Crete: They came, they saw, they cleaned

As per the highly philosophical German saying and as per F.M.'s Dr.W.Schauble teaching , ''One has to clean their own front yard'' , so did the Germans and so did the Americans , manifesting results of the wise precept.
Thus Heinz-Joachim Neuburger was (sadly , tragically and unluckily for the further trial processes related to the SIEMENS scandals ) immediately self-cleaned, while the hill rocks and the beaches of Souda Bay area, being NATO Military Corporation's front yard( and back yard occasionally ,why not) were also , right away neatly cleaned . m.l.p.
PS.Disallowing, simultaneously, various forgotten, loose , useless or perchance hazardous trash objects , to extent their stay in situ.
Fifteen airmen from the 52nd fighter wing at Spandahlem Air Base, Germany, were so amazed by Chania, Crete, that they decided to give something back to the local community. During their downtime from training deployment between the U.S. and Hellenic Air forces at Souda Bay, they volunteered to take part in and organize a beach cleanup.
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Tyler Marcee said that the idea came to the team after three of them went rock-climbing. They were mesmerized by the beauty of the beach and couldn’t resist cleaning it in order to see it at its full potential.
