19 τουρκικά πολεμικά πλοία στο Αιγαίο
Σε ετοιμότητα βρίσκονται οι Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις της χώρας μετά τη Navtex που εξέδωσε η Τουρκία για έρευνες ανοικτά του Καστελλόριζου και την έξοδο στο Αιγαίο 19 τουρκικών πολεμικών σκαφών.
Σύμφωνα με πηγές του υπουργείου Αμυνας, μετά από αυτές τις καταιγιστικές εξελίξεις το 85% του ελληνικού στόλου βρίσκεται στο Αιγαίο από την περιοχή της Σμύρνης και νοτιότερα, παρακολουθώντας στενά τις κινήσεις του τουρκικού στόλου.
«Είμαστε σε επαγρύπνηση, παρακολουθούμε και αναμένουμε», τόνιζαν κυβερνητικές πηγές, ενώ πληροφορίες αναφέρουν ότι έχουν ανακληθεί και άδειες σε ορισμένες μονάδες του στρατού.

Από την πλευρά του, ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης έστειλε σαφές μήνυμα στην ΕΕ για την τουρκική προκλητικότητα και την έκδοση NAVTEX νοτιοανατολικά της Κρήτης και του Καστελλόριζου, κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησής του με τον Γερμανό υπουργό Εξωτερικών, Χάικο Μάας.
«Η Ελλάδα παρακολουθεί τις εξελίξεις με αυτοπεποίθηση, σιγουριά και απόλυτη ετοιμότητα. Η αμφισβήτηση των κυριαρχικών δικαιωμάτων Ελλάδας και Κύπρου συνιστά αμφισβήτηση των κυριαρχικών δικαιωμάτων της Ευρώπης τελικά. Εφόσον συνεχίσει η Τουρκία σε αυτή την κατεύθυνση, η επιβολή κυρώσεων από την ΕΕ εναντίον της θα είναι μονόδρομος», ανέφερε ο πρωθυπουργός.
Ο Ελληνας πρωθυπουργός χαρακτήρισε τις τελευταίες κινήσεις τις Αγκυρας ως έναν ακόμη κρίκο στις επιθετικές ενέργειες κατά της Ελλάδας. Πρόσθεσε μάλιστα ότι πιθανόν η Τουρκία να ενοχλείται «από την ευρωπαϊκή και εθνική επιτυχία η οποία διαδραματίστηκε στις Βρυξέλλες».

Ο πρωθυπουργός θα ακολουθήσει κανονικά το πρόγραμμά του και στις 19:30, με αφορμή τη συμπλήρωση 46 ετών από την αποκατάσταση της Δημοκρατίας, ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης θα μιλήσει στον Ωρωπό, στην εκδήλωση της Βουλής των Ελλήνων για την παραχώρηση των παλαιών φυλακών Ωρωπού στον δήμο με σκοπό την ίδρυση «Κέντρου Ιστορίας, Δημοκρατίας και Δομών Πολιτισμού».
Δεν αποκλείεται, αν οι συνθήκες το επιβάλλουν, να προβεί σε δήλωση και ο κυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος Στέλιος Πέτσας για τις εξελίξεις στο Αιγαίο.
Οπως μεταδίδουν κυπριακά Μέσα, ο αρχηγός ΓΕΕΘΑ, Κωνσταντίνος Φλώρος, επιστρέφει στην Αθήνα από την Κύπρο, όπου βρισκόταν για την επέτειο από την τουρκική εισβολή.
Ακόμη δεν είναι γνωστό πού θα κινηθούν τα τουρκικά πλοία. Στο ΓΕΕΘΑ εξετάζουν τρία σενάρια: Να κινηθούν προς την Κύπρο, προς το Αιγαίο και προς την Αίγυπτο. Εκτιμήσεις αναφέρουν ότι ίσως κινηθούν προς Αίγυπτο μετά και τη χθεσινή απόφαση του Κοινοβουλίου της Αιγύπτου να αποστείλει στρατεύματα στη Λιβύη.

Προκλητικός Ερντογάν: Δεν χρειαζόμαστε την άδεια κανενός για τις έρευνες
Την ώρα που έχει σημάνει συναγερμός για την τουρκική Navtex, ο Ρετζέπ Ταγίπ Ερντογάν έκανε νέες προκλητικές δηλώσεις.
Σε ομιλία του για τον απολογισμό δύο χρόνων διακυβέρνησης, ο Ερντογάν εμφανίστηκε ιδιαίτερα προκλητικός. Οπως υπογράμμισε, η Αγκυρα δεν εξαρτάται από την άδεια κάποιου σχετικά με τις έρευνες.
«Δεν χρειαζόμαστε την άδεια κάποιου ούτε για τα σεισμογραφικά σκάφη μας ούτε για τα γεωτρύπανα. Ό,τι προβλέπει το διεθνές ναυτικό δίκαιο, όποια δικαιώματα έχουμε στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο, στο πλαίσιο αυτό έχουμε λάβει τα μέτρα μας και θα συνεχίσουμε να κάνουμε αυτά τα βήματα με τον ίδιο τρόπο».
Δένδιας: Διάλογος υπό καθεστώς απειλών δεν νοείται
Ο υπουργός Εξωτερικών Νίκος Δένδιας, μετά τη συνάντησή του με τον Χάικο Μάας, δήλωσε ότι «η Ελλάδα είναι ανοιχτή στον διάλογο, αλλά υπό όρους, και οι όροι δεν είναι ελληνικοί, αλλά αυτονόητοι, είναι η προϋπόθεση του σεβασμού του Διεθνούς Δικαίου, του Δικαίου της Θάλασσας και των κανόνων της καλής γειτονίας», για να προσθέσει με νόημα: «Και, βεβαίως, διάλογος υπό καθεστώς απειλών δεν νοείται».
Χ. Μάας: Πρόοδος των ευρωτουρκικών σχέσεων μόνο αν παύσει η Άγκυρα κάθε δραστηριότητα στη Μεσόγειο
Από την πλευρά του, ο Γερμανός υπουργός Εξωτερικών υπογράμμισε τη σαφή στάση της γερμανικής κυβέρνησης απέναντι στην Τουρκία και σημείωσε ότι αναμένεται «οι γεωτρήσεις αυτές που γίνονται μπροστά από την Κύπρο να πάρουν ένα τέλος και να μην ξεκινήσουν νέες δραστηριότητες».
Πρόσθεσε δε πως «η στάση μας είναι ξεκάθαρη, το Διεθνές Δίκαιο θα πρέπει να τηρείται. Υπό αυτό το πρίσμα, η πρόοδος των σχέσεων ΕΕ-Τουρκίας θα είναι εφικτή εφόσον πράγματι η Άγκυρα παύσει κάθε δραστηριότητα στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο».
Ο κ. Μάας πρόσθεσε πάντως και την αναγκαιότητα να υπάρξει διάλογος με την Τουρκία, διότι είναι στρατηγικά μια σημαντική χώρα, τόσο στο πλαίσιο του ΝΑΤΟ όσο και για μεταναστευτικά ζητήματα.

Υπερπτήσεις πάνω από Στρογγύλη και Μεγίστη
Η τουρκική προκλητικότητα συνεχίζεται και με υπερπτήσεις πάνω από ελληνικά νησιά. Στις 14:23 ζεύγος τουρκικών μαχητικών F-16 έκανε υπερπτήσεις πάνω από τις νήσους Στρογγύλη και Μεγίστη, στα 12.500 πόδια.
Το ίδιο ζεύγος αεροσκαφών στις 14:56 προχώρησε και σε νέα υπερπτήση πάνω από τη Μεγίστη, στα 29.000 πόδια.
Όπως έγινε γνωστό από το ΓΕΕΘΑ, ζεύγος τουρκικών F-16 που εισήλθε στο FIR Αθηνών χωρίς να καταθέσει σχέδιο πτήσης πέταξε πάνω από τη Ρω, στα 17.000 πόδια, στις 16:12 μ.μ., και στις 16:16 μ.μ πάνω από τη Ρω, το Καστελόριζο και τη Στρογγύλη, στα 21.000 πόδια. Δεύτερο ζεύγος τουρκικών F-16 που εισήλθε στο FIR Αθηνών χωρίς να καταθέσει σχέδιο πτήσης πέταξε πάνω από τη Ρω και το Καστελόριζο, στα 29.000 πόδια, στις 16:26 μ.μ και πέντε λεπτά αργότερα πάνω πάλι από το Καστελόριζο, στα 9.500 πόδια.
Τη σκυτάλη των έκνομων ενεργειών πήρε 3ο ζεύγος τουρκικών F- 16 που εισερχόμενο στο FIR Αθηνών χωρίς να καταθέσει σχέδιο πτήσης επίσης, πέταξε πάνω από το Καστελόριζο στα 11.000 πόδια στις 16:41 μ.μ., ένα λεπτό αργότερα πάνω από τη Ρω, μόλις στα 5.000 πόδια, στις 16:43 μ.μ. πάνω πάλι από τη Ρω, στα 9.000 πόδια, και  ξαναπέταξε πάνω από το ίδιο ακριτικό νησί στα 13.000 πόδια στις 16:51 μ.μ..
Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις τα τουρκικά αεροσκάφη αναγνωρίσθηκαν και αναχαιτίσθηκαν από αντίστοιχα ελληνικα μαχητικά σύμφωνα με τους διεθνείς κανόνες κατά πάγια τακτική.
Σύμφωνα με τους χάρτες του Marine Traffic, το «Oruc Reis» βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο Καστελλόριζο, αγκυροβολημένο ανοιχτά της ναυτικής βάσης της Αττάλειας:
Σημειώνεται ότι πριν από τρεις ημέρες είχε ανακοινωθεί Navtex για γεωτρήσεις στον θαλάσσιο χώρο νοτιοδυτικά της Κύπρου. Συγκεκριμένα, από τις 18 Ιουλίου μέχρι τις 18 Αυγούστου, νοτιοδυτικά της Κύπρου, στα οικόπεδα 6 και 7 της κυπριακής ΑΟΖ. Τέσσερα τουρκικά πλοία θα κάνουν τη νέα γεώτρηση, το «Γιαβούζ» και τα σκάφη «Ερτουγρούλ μπέη», «Οσμάν μπέη» και «Ορχάν μπέη».
Τσίπρας για τουρκική NAVTEX: Αναμένω από την κυβέρνηση να αποτρέψει απόπειρα έρευνας σε ελληνική υφαλοκρηπίδα
«Το ελάχιστο που αναμένω από την κυβέρνηση είναι σε περίπτωση απόπειρας έρευνας σε ελληνική υφαλοκρηπίδα, να μην κάνει τίποτα λιγότερο από όσα κάναμε εμείς τον Οκτώβρη του 2018», τόνισε ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας στους συνεργάτες του κατά τη διάρκεια έκτακτης σύσκεψης που έγινε το απόγευμα στην Κουμουνδούρου.
