The Ascended Master of the Healing Ray

The ascended master Hilarion, the Chohan,1 or Lord, of the Fifth Ray of Science, Healing and Truth, holds a world balance for truth from his etheric retreat, known as the Temple of Truth, over the island of Crete. The island was an historic focal point for the Oracle of Delphi in ancient Greece.We know few of this master’s incarnations, but the three most prominent are as the High Priest of the Temple of Truth on Atlantis; then as Paul, beloved apostle of Jesus; and as Hilarion, the great saint and healer, performer of miracles, who founded monasticism in Palestine. Embodied as Saul of Tarsus during the rise of Jesus’ popularity, Saul became a determined persecutor of Christians, originally seeing them as a rebellious faction and a danger to the government and society. Three years after conversion, Paul spent another three years in seclusion in the Arabian Desert where he was taken up into Jesus’ etheric retreat. Paul did not ascend in that life due to his torturing of Christians earlier in that embodiment. In his very next lifetime, Paul was born to pagan parents in 290 A.D. They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. His travels brought him to Alexandria again, to the Libyan Desert and to Sicily.But his miracles did not only include healings. Once when a seacoast town in which he was staying was threatened with a violent storm, he etched three signs of the cross into the sand at his feet then stood with hands raised toward the oncoming waves and held the sea at bay.Hilarion spent his last years in a lonely cave on Cyprus. He was canonized by the Catholic Church and is today known as the founder of the anchorite life, having originated in Palestine. To this day, those known as anchorites devote themselves to lives of seclusion and prayer. Hilarion ascended at the close of that embodiment. Hilarion, as an ascended master, speaks to us today of the power of truth to heal the souls of men, delivering his word through The Hearts Center’s Messenger, David Christopher Lewis. Έντονη ανησυχία προκαλεί στην Αθήνα η στάση των τελευταίων ημερών της ιταλικής κυβέρνησης η οποία προέβη σε δύο ενέργειες που μπορούν να χαρακτηριστούν ακόμα και εχθρικές για τα ελληνικά συμφέροντα καθώς η Ρώμη έχει ζητήσει από τον στρατάρχη Χαλίφα Χάφταρ να σταματήσει την προέλασή του στην Τρίπολη διασώζοντας έτσι το φιλοτουρκικό καθεστώς της Λιβύης.
Βέβαια ο Χάφταρ δεν άκουσε την ιταλική απαίτηση αλλά η Ιταλία συνέχισε το περίεργο «παιχνίδι» που παίζει στην Μεσόγειο καθώς στην πρόσφατη «πενταμερή», ή για άλλους «τετραμερή», συνάντηση στο Κάιρο των Υπουργών Εξωτερικών Ελλάδας, Κύπρου, Αιγύπτου, Γαλλίας και Ιταλίας, στο κοινό ανακοινωθέν, ναι μεν το μνημόνιο Τουρκίας–Λιβύης χαρακτηρίστηκε «κενό και άκυρο» αλλά δεν το υπέγραψε η Ιταλία.
Συμμετείχε μόνο ως «παρατηρητής». Αρνήθηκε δηλαδή να πάρει ουσιαστική θέση.
Αντίθετα η Αίγυπτος αν και έδειχνε στην αρχή να «τσιμπάει» στο δόλωμα της Άγκυρας για την απόκτηση επιπλέον χιλιάδων τ.χλμ. θαλάσσιας ζώνης που επί της ουσίας ανήκουν στην Ελλάδα, υπέγραψε το κοινό ανακοινωθέν και εν τέλει δεσμεύθηκε να τηρηθεί η νομιμότητα.
Πληροφορίες του κυπριακού «SigmaLive» ανέφεραν πως η Ιταλία, ενώ συμφωνούσε για όλα τα υπόλοιπα, ήθελε να περιληφθεί στο κοινό ανακοινωθέν αιχμή κατά του Στρατάρχη Haftar, κάτι που δεν επιθυμούσε η Αίγυπτος. 
Σημειώνεται ότι το φιλοτουρκικό καθεστώς της Λιβύης έχει άμεση σχέση με την Μουσουλμανική Αδελφότητα η οποία και αποτελεί το πολιτικό σκέλος του ISIS.
Βασικά κάποτε και ο ΟΗΕ και η ΕΕ θα πρέπει να δώσουν εξηγήσει γιατί επέλεξαν να «αναγνωρίσουν» αυτό το καθεστώς.
Επιπρόσθετα, ιταλικά δημοσιεύματα άφηναν να εννοηθεί ότι η Ρώμη θεωρούσε το κοινό ανακοινωθέν «too much unbalanced» («πολύ μη-ισορροπημένο»).
Επίσης, δημοσιεύματα στην Κύπρο ανέφεραν πως «είναι η τρίτη φορά που η Ιταλία “κάνει νερά” στις επαφές που γίνονται με πρωτοβουλίες της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου».
Υπενθύμισαν πως «και το 2017 κατά την υπογραφή του Μνημονίου Συνεργασίας μεταξύ των υπουργών Ενέργειας Κύπρου, Ελλάδας, Ισραήλ και Ιταλίας, η Ιταλία είχε ξανά πρόβλημα. 
Αυτή τη φορά… τεχνικό. Το Μνημόνιο υπέγραψε τελικά ο Ιταλός πρέσβης στην Κύπρο αντί ο Ιταλός υπουργός Εξωτερικών ο οποίος δεν κατάφερε να έρθει ποτέ στο νησί αφού σημειώθηκε βλάβη στο αεροσκάφος που θα τον μετέφερε στην Κύπρο…»
Ωστόσο, διπλωματικές πηγές στη Λευκωσία, ανέφεραν στο «SigmaLive» πως η Ιταλία δεν μίλησε για τον Khalifa Haftar, αλλά μίλησε για Fayez al-Sarraj, με τον οποίο διαχρονικά υπάρχει επαφή. 
Ο τελευταίος, βρισκόταν στη Ρώμη την ημέρα εκείνη για να δει τον Πρωθυπουργό Giuseppe Conte, με τον οποίο τελικά δεν συναντήθηκε. Οι ίδιες πηγές ανέφεραν ότι η παρουσία της Ιταλίας δεν ήταν θεσμοθετημένη, όπως ίσχυε και για την περίπτωση της Γαλλίας (εδώ και καιρό γινόταν λόγος για διάσκεψη «3+1»).
Η προσεκτική στάση της Ιταλίας χρονολογείται τουλάχιστον από την εποχή της παρενόχλησης του πλωτού γεωτρύπανου της ENI Saipem 12000 από τα τουρκικά πολεμικά πλοία το 2018.
Φέτος, στις αρχές Δεκεμβρίου, κατέπλευσε η ιταλική φρεγάτα ITS Martinengo, η οποία συμμετείχε σε ασκήσεις με Κύπρο και Γαλλία. Η ίδια φρεγάτα, λίγες μέρες αργότερα συμμετείχε σε άσκηση με το τουρκικό Ναυτικό.
Επίσης, κατά τη διάρκεια υπογραφής του αγωγού EastMed μεταξύ Ελλάδας–Κύπρου–Ισραήλ στην Αθήνα, η Ρώμη στήριξε εκ των προτέρων το εγχείρημα αλλά, αν και εκπροσωπείτο, δεν υπέγραψε «για τεχνικούς λόγους, χωρίς να υπάρχουν διαφωνίες σε θέματα ουσίας», αφού θα συνδεθεί μέσω του IGI Poseidon.
Στο παρελθόν, μερίδα Ιταλών αξιωματούχων έδειχνε προτίμηση στον αγωγό TAP. Η κυπριακή κυβέρνηση αναμένει υπογραφή της Ιταλίας για τον EastMed «στο αμέσως επόμενο χρονικό διάστημα».
Σχετικά με τη Λιβύη, ο Πρόεδρος της αναγνωρισμένης κυβέρνησης της χώρας, Sarraj, ακύρωσε συνάντησή του στη Ρώμη με τον Ιταλό Πρωθυπουργό, μετά τη διαρροή της είδησης πως στην ιταλική πρωτεύουσα βρισκόταν ο Στρατάρχης Haftar, ο οποίος επίσης συνάντησε τον Πρωθυπουργό.
Τον Δεκέμβριο, ο Sarraj κάλεσε «πέντε φίλες χώρες», συμπεριλαμβανομένης της Ιταλίας και της Τουρκίας, να τον βοηθήσουν στη μάχη κατά του Στρατάρχη. Χθες, η Ιταλία προέτρεψε τον Haftar να σταματήσει την επίθεση των δυνάμεών του, για να βοηθηθεί η πολιτική διαδικασία εξεύρεσης λύσης που θα γίνει με τη διεθνή σύνοδο του Βερολίνου.
Η Ιταλία θέλει να βρεθεί μια πολιτική λύση στη Λιβύη, καθώς συνιστά κίνδυνο για την ασφάλεια της Ευρώπης, κυρίως στο θέμα της μετανάστευσης και της τρομοκρατίας. Να σημειωθεί πως η Ιταλία καταδίκασε το μνημόνιο Erdogan-Sarraj και απομάκρυνε τον Ιταλό πρέσβη από την Τρίπολη.
Στόχος της πενταμερούς συνάντησης των Υπουργών Εξωτερικών στο Κάιρο ήταν η συμβολή προς την κατεύθυνση μιας συνολικής λύσης στη λιβυκή κρίση, στο πλαίσιο των προσπαθειών του Ειδικού Εκπροσώπου του γενικού γραμματέα του ΟΗΕ για τη Λιβύη, Ghassan Salamé, και της προγραμματιζόμενης συνάντησης στο Βερολίνο, καθώς και ο συντονισμός των ενεργειών των πέντε χωρών στα θέματα που σχετίζονται με την περιφερειακή ασφάλεια και σταθερότητα στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο.
Η τουρκική «Sabah» έγραψε πως στο Κάιρο «μεσογειακές δυνάμεις συνενώθηκαν κατά της Τουρκίας» για να μειώσουν την «αυξανόμενη επιρροή» της στη Μεσόγειο.
Ο Ιταλός σχολιαστής επί ενεργειακών θεμάτων Marco Florian, ο οποίος δηλώνει Διευθυντής Διεθνούς Συνεργασίας και Υποδομών του Ιταλικού Εμπορικού Επιμελητηρίου Θεσσαλονίκης, αναφέρει πως το χαμηλό προφίλ που διατηρεί η Ιταλία έναντι των εξελίξεων στη Λιβύη αποσκοπεί στο «να διατηρήσει μια ισορροπία μεταξύ της Κυβέρνησης Εθνικής Συμφωνίας και των συνέταιρων της Ιταλίας στον EastMed (Γαλλία, Ελλάδα, Ισραήλ, Αίγυπτο, Κύπρο)».
Πέραν των οικονομικών λόγων, μια πλήρης στήριξη της κυβέρνησης Σαράτζ, σύμφωνα με τον Florian, «θα μας οδηγούσε σε σύγκρουση με Γαλλία, Ελλάδα, Ισραήλ, Αίγυπτο, Κύπρο! Πιο σημαντικοί εταίροι απ’ ότι η Άγκυρα, και όπου η Ιταλία έχει μεγαλύτερα συμφέροντα απ’ ότι η ΕΝΙ στην περιοχή της Τριπολιτάνιας». 
Ο λόγος που δεν υπέγραψε η Ιταλία στο Κάιρο, είναι διότι ήταν παρατηρητής και αυτό γιατί ζήτησε να συμμετέχει την τελευταία στιγμή (γι’ αυτό και μετακινήθηκε η ημερομηνία της συνάντησης). Επικαλούμενος το ελλαδικό και το κυπριακό ΥΠΕΞ, ο Florian ανέφερε πως η Ιταλία στηρίζει τις αποφάσεις των τεσσάρων μεσογειακών εταίρων της.
Όμως τα «κολλητιλίκια» της Ρώμης με τον Σάρατζ από την στιγμή που ο Σάρατζ επέλεξε (για να επιβιώσει) να επιχειρήσει να αρπάξει την ελληνική υφαλοκρηπίδα μαζί με την Άγκυρα, δημιουργούν σοβαρό πρόβλημα εμπιστοσύνης στις ελληνοϊταλικές σχέσεις.
Δεν μπορεί  η Ρώμη να λέει ότι αναγνωρίζει το δίκιο της Ελλάδας αλλά να θέλει να παραμείνει στην εξουσία της Λιβύης ο άνθρωπος που επιχειρεί να ακυρώσει ελληνικά κυριαρχικά δικαιώματα.
Στην Αθήνα πάντως παρακαλάνε μέρα και νύχτα να καταλάβει ο Χάφταρ την Τρίπολη, άλλο ότι κανείς δεν το παραδέχεται δημοσίως. Δε θα λύσει αυτό όλα τα προβλήματα, αλλά τουλάχιστον δεν θα αφήσει να προστεθούν κι άλλα.
