Which indeed is what we already knew and know in the first place, along with all its feelings, understandings, dimensions, inherent dangers, depth, width., etc.

1.To assimilate the issue because we are rather slow.
2.To be reminded of it because we are absent-minded.
3.To urge us think it over and comprehend it from another body's point of view.
4. Because some committees/administrations had to justify some expenses, some actions to be taken...
