Ημέρα γιορτής η 21η Νοεμβρίου για την πόλη των Χανίων. Τα Εισόδια της Θεοτόκου και η Παναγία η Τριμάρτυρη γιορτάζεται και φέτος με λαμπρότητα.

Ανάμεσα στις εορταστικές εκδηλώσεις περιλαμβάνεται και η περιφορά της εικόνας της Παναγίας, έθιμο το οποίο διατηρείται εδώ και πάρα πολλά χρόνια.
Ενδεικτική είναι η παρακάτω φωτογραφία, από τον Κάτωλα στις 21 Νοεμβρίου του 1969.
