This is the 3rd sighting in the the summer alone that I have noticed over Canada .It is a jellyfish type with a long tail at the bottom that resembles jellyfish. Two sightings in Ontario and now one in Newfoundland. James Borg

The photo was taken directly via the Snapchat app. So it is unlikely to have been edited. What could this object be? A weather balloon? Swamp gas?
