In the following video we see the 'terrorist entity' being produced out of 3D's nowhere ! Many scenarios could be showcased on this occasion:
First, the 'shape-shifting-octopus' scenario as given below.
Second, a Densities'-Dimensions' portal, already there existing , quick activation and in pops the entity-reptilian or other super- soldier,  as accordingly commanded by the PTB.

Third, a one use-disposable, new portal unit, just for the occasion, leaving no traces whatsoever for the persistent, diligent researcher of the future. And where could the energy source for such a 'portal creation'  be hiding? Nearby, further away? What would be easier ergonomically, economically , practically?

Fourth, what if this terrorist entity was nothing of the 'substantial ' sort of the  forms already described and was just a holographic figure,  for the cameras to grasp, while the victims were attacked by invisible non organic entities and  the stage/sound effects were properly applied? Less costly on all levels, perhaps?
A fifth scenario could be the 'terrorist entity' simply self- manifesting on the spot.
I know that benevolent to Humanity Forces and Beloved Masters and Gurus manifest themselves in front of their pupils or devotees, or the world, as per their Will. Beloved Master Babaji,Yogananda, Sri Yucteswar, Lahiri Mahasaya, Bhagawan Shri Sathya Sai Baba, Shirdi Sai Baba, Jesus, etc. 

Unfortunately and  for the  "current experiment's sake", forces inflicting Humanity, like the archons , can use this instantaneous manifesting of an avatar body process, under certain conditions. In which case, we could have  witnessed just such an archonic entity  'celebrating' the  approaching timing  of its inglorious demise and end ,  in this ...furore of his... in the  Promenade des Anglais..!

Are we equipped to deal with our reality? It’s difficult when you don’t know what it is. When the enemy has distinct advantages unknown to “our side”… well, it’s not a level playing field, is it?
Is it any wonder that our liberation and ascension have been attempted 8 times before (according to the round table discussion with Simon Parkes, Tolec, Win Keech and Alex Collier on July 24) but we’ve never been able to pull it off?
If the information in this video is correct, then it’s not difficult to understand at all. It shows the sort of footage “they” don’t want to get out.
Simon Parkes has explained that the reptilians with the higher concentrations of reptilian essence, like Queen Elizabeth, CAN, and do, shapeshift entirely—green skin, scales, all of it. Most others in the bloodlines only display minor indications such as the double eye you may have seen in YouTube videos.
Alex said that to appear human they “project” an energetic overlay.
If one can cloak a ship, why not a Being? Don’t miss the octopus. Brilliant.
Oh, and one might wonder how this footage was taken; why someone was in precisely the right place to record these events. I guess if one knows in advance what is going to happen, then they can ensure they are strategically placed, which seems to be the case with many of Dante’s videos.
