So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. Ποια 500 εκατομμύρια ευρώ;  1 δισ. 300 εκατομμύρια ευρώ είναι τα χρέη της Μαρινόπουλος Α.Ε. με τους προμηθευτές να έχουν την μερίδα του λέοντος και να ακολουθούν, το Δημόσιο και οι τράπεζες. Τινάζεται στον αέρα όλη η λιανική αγορά τροφίμων στην Ελλάδα.
Στην αίτηση πτώχευσης, αποκαλύπτεται ότι με βάση τα στοιχεία της εταιρείας για τον Δεκέμβριο του 2015, οι υποχρεώσεις φτάνουν το 1,324 δισ. ευρώ, εκ των οποίων μόνο οι μεταχρονολογημένες επιταγές αντιστοιχούν σε 553 εκατ. ευρώ.
Υπάρχουν υποχρεώσεις 100 εκατ. ευρώ προς τον δημόσιο τομέα, 49 εκατ. σε ΔΟΥ και 51 εκατ. σε ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία. Τα δάνεια ανέρχονται σε 337 εκατ. ευρώ και οι οφειλές από leasing σε 159 εκατ. ευρώ. Ως προς τους εργαζόμενους, οι οφειλές αντιστοιχούν σε 4,4 εκατ. ευρώ.
Σε ό,τι αφορά στα τραπεζικά δάνεια, οι οφειλές προς την Alpha Bank διαμορφώνονται σε 78 εκατ. ευρώ, προς τη Eurobank σε 17,9 εκατ. ευρώ, στην Εθνική 48,86 εκατ. ευρώ και την Πειραιώς σε 15,5 εκατ. ευρώ. Οι προσημειώσεις είναι αξίας 108 εκατ. ευρώ.
Δάνεια υπάρχουν και προς την Εθνική Πανγαία (99,3 εκατ. ευρώ), προς την Αφοί Μαρινόπουλοι (65,3 εκατ. ευρώ), την Hermes (32,4 εκατ. ευρώ) και προς τη Helens (125,7 εκατ. ευρώ), χωρίς να προσδιορίζεται στην αίτηση ποιοι είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες των τελευταίων εταιριών.
Ποιοι και πόσα θα πάρουν αν βάλει λουκέτο
Σύμφωνα με την επιχειρηματολογία της Μαρινόπουλος, σε περίπτωση πτώχευσης το ποσό που μπορεί να συγκεντρωθεί από την εκποίηση των περιουσιακών της στοιχείων δεν θα ξεπεράσει τα 279,1 εκατ. ευρώ, ποσό που αρκεί για την κάλυψη μόλις του 21,7% των απαιτήσεων των πιστωτών της.
Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, σύμφωνα πάντα με την εταιρεία, ΙΚΑ, εργαζόμενοι και Εφορία θα ικανοποιηθούν σε ποσοστό 100% (51,7 εκατ., 4,28 εκατ. και 49 εκατ. ευρώ αντίστοιχα), ενώ οι εννέγγυοι πιστωτές (σ.σ. κυρίως τράπεζες κ.λπ.) μπορούν να εισπράξουν το 93,46% του ποσού που τους οφείλεται. Ωστόσο οι ανέγγυοι πιστωτές (σ.σ. πρακτικά οι προμηθευτές) θα χάσουν σχεδόν το σύνολο των απαιτήσεων καθώς θα μοιραστούν μόλις το… 5,09% απ' όσα έχουν λαμβάνειν. Η ίδια η εταιρεία κάνει λόγο για εμφάνιση ντόμινο στην αγορά, με συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες να οδηγούνται σε οικονομικό αδιέξοδο.
Επίθεση από προμηθευτές και σκληρές κατηγορίες
Σε ανακοίνωσή της το βράδυ της Τρίτης, η δικηγορική εταιρία Κωνσταντίνου & Βρέττας αναφέρει τα εξής: «Σε εκτέλεση εντολής των πελατών μας, ενεργοποιούμε τη ματαιωθείσα αίτηση πτώχευσης που είχαμε καταθέσει παλαιότερα και είχαμε ματαιώσει ώστε να δώσουμε ευκαιρία στην εταιρεία αυτή να εκπληρώσει τις υποχρεώσεις της προς τους πελάτες μας, πράγμα όμως που ποτέ δεν συνέβη. Στην αίτηση αυτή, ζητούσαμε να τεθεί σε πτώχευση η εταιρεία με χρόνο παύσης πληρωμών το έτος 13-8-2011, δηλαδή το πρώτο έτος που εμφάνισε τεράστιες ζημίες η εταιρεία και συνάμα το τελευταίο που δημοσίευσε ισολογισμούς.
Με την αίτησή μας, της οποίας τη συζήτηση επισπεύδουμε άμεσα, ζητούμε την κήρυξη ως χρόνου παύσης πληρωμών ως μέσα στο 2011 (δηλαδή από τότε που θεωρούμε ότι η εταιρεία ήταν σε κατάσταση παύσης πληρωμών), ανατρέπονται αυτοδίκαια όλες οι καταδολιευτικές μεταβιβάσεις της τότε τεράστιας ακίνητης περιουσίας της, κυρίως σε ένα fund στο Κατάρ που φαίνεται να ελέγχεται από τον ίδιο τον μεγαλομέτοχο της "Μαρινόπουλος ΑΕ".
Ο πρόσφατος έλεγχος τίτλων που διενεργήσαμε στα υποθηκοφυλακεία απέδειξε ότι από την ακίνητη περιουσία ύψους τουλάχιστον 750 εκατομμυρίων (αντικειμενική αξία) που είχε η εταιρεία το έτος 2010, σήμερα δεν υπάρχει παρά πολύ μικρό μέρος αυτής, ένα τμήμα έχει μεταβιβαστεί σε Τράπεζες έναντι χρεών, το δε μείζον στο ανωτέρω fund στο Κατάρ, η δε Μαρινόπουλος υπέγραψε αμέσως μετά τις μεταβιβάσεις μισθωτήρια συμβόλαια με τεράστια ενοίκια στους καινούργιους "ιδιοκτήτες".
Αποτέλεσμα αυτής της μεθόδευσης ήταν αφενός να επιβαρυνθεί με μεγάλα λειτουργικά έξοδα, αφετέρου να χάσουν οι πιστωτές τη δυνατότητα ικανοποίησης των απαιτήσεών τους.
Στο παρελθόν, έχουμε προβεί για λογαριασμό διαφόρων πελατών μας, σε κατασχέσεις μετρητών σε βάρος της εταιρείας αυτής για πολύ μεγάλα χρηματικά ποσά και για αρκετές διαταγές πληρωμής που εκδώσαμε υπέρ πελατών μας.
Εκπροσωπώντας δεκάδες αγρότες, προμηθευτές, τράπεζα, ήτοι πιστωτές της "Μαρινόπουλος ΑΕ" με απαιτήσεις που υπερβαίνουν τα 30.000.000 €, δηλώνουμε ότι επιθυμούμε α) την ανατροπή των καταδολιευτικών μεταβιβάσεων ακινήτων μέσω της πτωχευτικής διαδικασίας, β) την έναρξη της διαδικασίας πτώχευσης της εταιρείας και γ) ότι είμαστε αντίθετοι στην υπαγωγή της εταιρείας στο άρθρο 99, καθότι αυτό θα επιτρέψει στους υπευθύνους της εταιρείας να συνεχίσουν να τη διοικούν, πράγμα που μας βρίσκει σφόδρα αντίθετους.

Εντομεταξύ, την Παρασκευή, 1η Ιουλίου, θα συζητηθεί από το Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών το αίτημα της Μαρινόπουλος ΑΕ για υπαγωγή στον πτωχευτικό κώδικο προκειμενου να προστατευθεί από τους πιστωτές της. 
Εάν το αίτημα απορριφθεί τότε η εταιρεία θα οδηγηθεί σε πτώχευση.
Η εταιρεία σημείωνει ότι η επιλογή αυτή ήταν «μονόδρομος καθώς αποτελεί τη μόνη επιλογή για  τη διασφάλιση της λειτουργίας της ως μια βιώσιμη οικονομική μονάδα με βασικά οφέλη τη διατήρηση των θέσεων εργασίας, και της διασφάλισης των οφειλών προς τους προμηθευτές που αποτελούν βασικές προτεραιότητες της Διοίκησης».
Αυτή τη στιγμή η Μαρινόπουλος ΑΕ διαθέτει 823 καταστήματα και 33 hypermarkets, 13.000 υπαλλήλους και συνεργάζεται με 3.000 προμηθευτές. Κατά πληροφορίες τα χρέη της προς προμηθευτές, τράπεζες και δημόσιο ανέρχονται κάπου μεταξύ 1,5 και 2 δισ. ευρώ
Τι λέει η εταιρεία
Η εταιρεία Μαρινόπουλος ΑΕ εξέδωσε ανακοίνωση σχετικά με το αίτημα υπαγωγής της σε διαδικασία εξυγίανσης. Η ανακοίνωση αναλυτικά, αναφέρει: 
   
«Η Μαρινόπουλος ΑΕ ανακοινώνει ότι σήμερα κατέθεσε, στο Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών, αίτημα για την υπαγωγή της σε διαδικασία εξυγίανσης βάσει τους υπ’ αριθμόν 4072/2012 και 4013/2011 Νόμους. Η εκδίκαση του αιτήματος από το Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών, θα πραγματοποιηθεί την 1η Ιουλίου.
Η υπαγωγή της εταιρείας σε διαδικασία εξυγίανσης αποτελεί τη μοναδική λύση για τη διατήρηση της λειτουργίας της, σε αυτή τη φάση, και τη σταδιακή μετάβαση στην υλοποίηση ενός ολοκληρωμένου σχεδίου που θα επιτρέψει τη μακροπρόθεσμη βιωσιμότητα.
Κύρια σημεία του σχεδίου αυτού, αποτελούν η βελτίωση της απρόσκοπτης λειτουργίας, η αύξηση των πωλήσεων, η βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση των καναλιών διανομής και η πλήρη αναδιοργάνωση της χρηματοοικονομικής λειτουργίας και διαχείρισης.
Στην παρούσα φάση η ένταξη της εταιρείας σε διαδικασία εξυγίανσης είναι μονόδρομος, καθώς αποτελεί τη μόνη επιλογή για  τη διασφάλιση της λειτουργίας της ως μια βιώσιμη οικονομική μονάδα με βασικά οφέλη τη διατήρηση των θέσεων εργασίας, και της διασφάλισης των οφειλών προς τους προμηθευτές που αποτελούν βασικές προτεραιότητες της Διοίκησης.
Η εταιρεία παραμένει σε συνεχείς συζητήσεις με τις τράπεζες και θα επανέλθει με σχετικές ενημερώσεις αναφορικά με την πορεία του σχεδιασμού της».
