Japan resumed whaling in the Antarctic Ocean, despite a court order last year to halt the practice, Japan's Fisheries Agency said.

Amongst all other today's black spots of  cruelty, one additional carnage against innocent helpless victims, installed in our hands, imposed on us, despite our will. m.l.p.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On Monday, the agency announced it would continue to harvest whales after skipping one hunting season from December 2015 until March 2016. The International Court of Justice ruled in March that Japan must halt its whale program in the Antarctic Ocean. Japan obliged, but later applied for permission to resume whaling, decreasing the size of the whale catches by two-thirds.
Commercial whaling has been banned across the world for almost 30 years. The International Whaling Commission allows hunting and killing whales for scientific research purposes, a loophole Japan has been exploiting for decades.
