Throughout the whole Globe there are ethnic, territorial, political, religious, economic etc. reasons that lead to grievances, aggravations, hostilities and warfare. Either involving neighboring nations or ethnotic  groups' differences, or more universal issues ,  these hazardous turmoils  do materialize.
Yet, what we have been taught throughout our Human History , is that there are 'these powers' that instigate and stir up these  malevolent activities just by manipulating  the attachments and passions of the  peoples  involved, to their  own benefit in the end.
Bright people  made it clear to the majority of us -peoples- and now we can all testify it, that  'these powers'  are experts in creating the infamous condition described as:'problem creation -solution offer- next problem created by the wrong solution offered' etc., etc., thus  imposing themselves  as permanent controllers, handlers and manipulators.
So , is it just a coincidence that India just recently raised a matter of  ' occupation reparations' from England and is turning to be a Great Power of the East and  a member of BRICS?

Gunmen have stormed a police station in the northern Indian state of Punjab near the Pakistan border, killing several people. Prior to the assault the terrorists opened fire on a bus station.
There are still conflicting reports about the number of casualties. AFP cited police as saying that two officers and three civilians were confirmed dead and that at least seven people had been injured. Reuters, however, cited S. Dhillon, a senior Punjab police officer, who said four civilians and two police officers were killed.
"There were three to four attackers. They were dressed in army uniforms and came in a Maruti car," Deputy Police Commissioner Abhinav Trikha told reporters at the scene.
According to local police spokesman Rajvinder Singh, he saw a security officer get shot during the incident.
"I don't know his condition, but he was immediately rushed to the hospital. This is still a live-operation," Singh said.
Police brought in reinforcements and cordoned off the area after the attackers managed to take over the police station. Army commandos and a Quick Response Team (QRT) have also been called in.

Junior Home Minister Kiren Rijiju said earlier reports about hostages inside the police station were false.
"We don't think there are any hostages. And for now, while the operation is on, it won't be right to divulge details," he said.
The terror attack began at around 5:00am local time when the gunmen first opened fire on a bus near the Punjab-Jammu Kashmir border. The gang of armed men wearing camouflage uniforms then hijacked a car and drove to the police station.
Schools and colleges in the area have been closed until the situation in Gurdaspur is resolved.
As the attack was unfolding, authorities found five explosive devices wired to a railway track some five kilometers from Dinanagar. Train traffic on the Amritsar-Pathankot section of the track was halted. According to the Hindu, a train heading for the spot managed to stop just 200 meters before reaching the explosives, thus averting even more civilian casualties.
Deadly assaults are typical for the Kashmir region, which is disputed by India and Pakistan.

However, Punjab is the only state in India with a majority Sikh population, which has repeatedly been demanding independence. In the 1980s, India subdued a Sikh insurgency in the state.
