China will never allow violation of its sovereignty & territorial integrity

BEIJING, May 28 (Xinhuanet) -- The Chinese foreign ministry has said in today's press conference that China pursues a defense policy which is defensive in nature, and does not allow any country to violate China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The comments came after Japan criticized China's white paper on military strategy.
"China suffered a long time of foreign aggression and humiliation in history. We value peace, oppose wars, adhere to the path of peaceful development, and purse a national defense policy with a defensive nature. Meanwhile, historical lessons teach us that we must build a national defence power, that is matched with national security needs, and economic development level. We will never allow any country to violate China's sovereignty and territorial integrity," said Hua Chunying, spokesperson of Chinese Foreign Ministry.
