During his 23 years in power, former Tunisian dictator Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and his inner circle embezzled over 20 billion dollars. The ousted ruler fled the county in 20-11, but as our correspondent Adnan Chaouchi reports, Tunisians are still demanding the money be returned to the people.
