Benjamin Fulford - April 27, 2015: Pentagon plays military card against China as Washington D.C. struggles for cash
The bankruptcy of the West was postponed again last week with fudged
accounting keeping both Washington D.C. and Greece (therefore the EU)
from defaulting as high stakes negotiations over a new financial system
continue.
To bolster is bargaining position, the Pentagon is undertaking some
large scale moves against China. Pentagon sources say last week’s
earthquake in Nepal was generated using high energy electronic waves.
The aim was to send a message to both China and India prior to US
Defense Secretary Ashton Carter’s planned trip to India next month, the
sources say. The basic message was “only the Pentagon can defend India
against China.”
This demonstration was part of a concerted push by the Pentagon to get
India, Russia, China and Japan to see recent Chinese moves in the South
China Sea as evidence China is an aggressor that needs to be contained.
As a part of this push, the Pentagon is about to announce an end to its
arms embargo against Vietnam and the construction of 8 US military bases
in the Philippines, the sources continued. The Pentagon sources say
that deep seated Russian fears of the “yellow peril” are coming to the
surface again and that Russia will cooperate with them against China
militarily.
The background to all this bluster is the fact that Washington D.C., the
Pentagon’s current paymaster, failed to make a payment due to the rest
of the world at the end of March (as mentioned in this newsletter last
week). Now the corporate media and the US Treasury Department have
confirmed the US has been pretending its debts have stopped increasing
since March 15th.
The same is true of the Eurozone where the Greek crisis continues to
fester on the back burner in order to prevent the Euro from collapsing.
The background to this is ongoing top secret negotiations between
Western and Eastern secret societies, At these talks, according to White
Dragon Society, US and Asian sources, there has been a lot of movement
and a basic framework based on setting up a new meritocratic agency to
take over the functions of the IMF and World Bank has been agreed to.
There is still a lot that cannot be revealed to the public in order to
prevent the negotiations from being sabotaged. However, the British
Commonwealth, the Vatican, the Chinese, the Pentagon and the BRICS agree
on the broad principles.
Confirmation of this can be seen at many levels now.
As mentioned last week, the Vatican will be discussing this issue at a
high level forum starting April 28th. Now Alcuin and Flutterby, a site
believed to be linked to British Intelligence, has come out with a
detailed essay explain how democracy in the US was taken over by
oligarchy and proposing meritocracy as a solution.
There are now high level financial documents and hand-written notes
being passed along on a strictly analogue basis to prepare for the
announcement of this new organization and system. Analogue
communications, however, while secure from snooping eyes, are also slow
so, it is still too early to try to put a precise date on when all this
will become public.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon run site Veteran’s today has been providing very
detailed and continuous intelligence dumps about the Khazarian mafia
oligarchy that stole the Republic of the United States of America from
its people.
The Khazarians are therefore fighting for their lives so, there are also
now more undeniable signs of a civil war within the US military
industrial complex. This has been noticed by both the Pentagon and the
Russians. There are US military factions fighting both for and against
the Syrian government, for example, according to both sources. Now
Egypt, having been ordered by the Pentagon not to defend Saudi Arabia,
is preparing to invade Libya, according to Mossad sources. The Europeans
have offered the Egyptians control of Libya’s oil fields in exchange
for getting their help in stopping massive floods of African refuges
from entering Europe courtesy of ISIS.
Then in Iraq as well, there continues to be a complex game unfolding
with Western mercenaries fighting both for and against the Israeli/Saudi
ISIS proxy army.
The end game is expected to be a moderate Sufi Muslim federation in the
Middle East and an end to the ancient Sunni/Shia split. This split, by
the way, had been mostly resolved until the 20th century when the
Khazarians started picking at old scabs in order to divide and conquer
the Middle East.
This week will also witness a performance in Washington D.C. by Japanese
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. He was invited to speak at a joint session
of both the US Senate and Congress by the same Khazarian puppet masters
who arranged for Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu’s recent
speech there. Abe was invited to read a speech (written by his puppet
masters Michael Green, Richard Armitage, Gerald Curtis et al) as a
reward for stealing money from the Japanese National Pension Fund,
Postal Savings and the Agricultural Bank (Norinchukin) in order to stave
off his Khazarian master’s bankruptcy.
However, we are hearing that Abe was prevented by Japanese nationalists
from fully signing over Japan’s sovereignty by agreeing to place
oligarch controlled courts above the Japanese government as stipulated
by the TPP agreement the Khazarians are trying to foist on Japan. In
other words, Abe’s visit will be high on performance and low on content.
South Korea, meanwhile is moving far more decisively against the
Khazarians than Abe’s Japanese slave government is willing to. There
were more than mere financial interests (Chinese money) behind their
decision to defy the US and join the China led Asian Infrastructure
Investment Bank. April 16th was the first anniversary of a ferry
disaster that led to the disappearance of close to 300 elite Korean high
school students. Korean Royal Family sources say almost no bodies were
recovered from the ferry. If we recall the incident, early reports said
the sinking started with an explosion. Later reports failed to mention
this.
Furthermore, there were reports of unknown submarines in the area at the
time. The Nazis are known to have retained a worldwide submarine
network after World War 2. The Nazis also took several thousand
scientists and many blonde women between the ages to 16 and 24 to some
secret destination in the Southern hemisphere during World War 2. What
follows is speculation but, there is a good chance these young Koreans
were kidnapped for breeding purposes by the Nazis. It would make sense
since the original Nazi obsession with “pure Aryan blood” would have led
to inbreeding and genetic decay. Someday all this should come to light.
There was another X-files type incident last week in the United States. According to this article
police in Colorado reported that a man “killed” his computer. This
article may be a spoof but, it is a fact that at this point in
development a police officer might well consider that shooting a
computer was equivalent to “killing it.” In other words, we are entering
an unknown ethical world as we deal with relations between humans and
increasingly human like artificial intelligence. At what point will
abusing a robot or sex doll be put on the same legal level as animal
abuse? When will it be considered murder to shoot a computer? These are
issues we need to take seriously as computers begin to overtake humans
on more and more levels.
The Chinese have also entered a hitherto taboo zone recently when, for
the first time, they tried to alter the genes of a human embryo. While
computers double in processing power every two years, humans are
forbidden from improving their own genome. If the Chinese start
manufacturing super geniuses in large quantities through genetic
engineering, will the rest of us be condemned to follow the fate of
Neanderthals and be replaced by genetically enhanced homo Sinensis?
The world needs to rapidly come up with new organizational structures to
deal with the unknown new world we are entering as the old system
continues its inevitable collapse. These are the sort of issues a
meritocracy could cope with but our current systems cannot.
Nine top Brazil executives leave jail for home detention

Nine
top Brazilian executives from major construction and engineering
corporations have left jail for home confinement as investigation
continues into their alleged roles in a bribery scandal involving the
country’s state-owned oil giant Petrobras. The executives may face trials on corruption charges under house detention, said Brazil’s Supreme Court in a statement on Wednesday. Seven
top executives from the companies OAS, Camargo Correa and Galvao
Engenharia were released on Thursday. Moreover, the chief executive
officer (CEO) of UTC Engenharia, and vice president of Engevix, which
are two of the country’s largest engineering companies, left their cells
for house arrest on Wednesday. The case is under the jurisdiction of a federal judge, Sérgio Fernando Moro, in the southeastern city of Curitiba. Moro
had warned that some of the detainees, who had been jailed for nearly
six months, could use their power to influence the investigation.
Previously, the Supreme Court had ordered the release of only those
executives who signed plea bargain deals. Moro
had approved their arrests in November 2014. However, prosecutors
charged the executives with corruption and money laundering in December
last year.
Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General
Hossein Dehqan (R) in a press conference with his Syrian counterpart
General Fahd Jassem al-Freij in Tehran on April 29, 2015.
Iranian
Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan says Iran is
determined to counter “the Takfiri-Zionist currents” instigating chaos
and instability in the Middle East.
“Iran will stand with
full strength against the Takfiri-Zionist currents that disturb the
security of the region,” Dehqan said Wednesday in a press
conference with the visiting Syrian Defense Minister General Fahd Jassem
al-Freij.
Dehqan added that the Takfiri-Zionist groups are the
main threat to stability in the Middle East at present and, if not
contained, would do the same to the entire world in future.
He
also lashed out at the international organizations for keeping silent on
the atrocities and crimes committed by the terrorists in the region.
The
Iranian defense minister touched upon his meetings with his Syrian
counterpart, saying that the two sides discussed the latest developments
on the ground in the Arab country.

Saudi
Arabia’s onslaught on Yemen continues unabated as warplanes carry out
raids on the capital city of Sana’a and other locations.
According
to Yemeni media sources, Saudi jets carried out two raids in the
capital’s mountainous Faj Attan region on Wednesday night.
Earlier
in the day, a Yemeni soldier was killed as a government building,
housing rescue and emergency workers, was targeted in the northern Bayda
province.
The Al Saud regime artillery also shelled multiple targets in the Hosamah border region in the northwestern province of Sa’ada.
Nearly 1,000 people have been killed by the Saudi air raids so far.
Meanwhile,
Ansarullah fighters and allied forces have made gains in the southern
city of Aden, capturing parts of the city in fierce combat with al-Qaeda
militants.
According to security officials, the Houthi fighters
of the Ansarullah movement had reached the Khormaksar neighborhood,
gaining control over an area stretching from the Crater business
district to the Russian Consulate.

Kids in CAR forced to carry out sexual acts in exchange for food: UN report

French
soldiers in the Central African Republic have been accused of sexually
abusing refugee children and feeding them only in exchange for sex.
In
order to receive food, the young refugee children had been forced to
let the French troops, who were working as UN peacekeepers in the CAR,
rape and sodomize them in the capital city Bangui in 2014, The Guardian reported on Wednesday.
The alleged report, titled Sexual Abuse on Children by International Armed Forces, was leaked by advocacy group Aids Free World.
A
nine-year-old male refugee describes in the report how the French
troops at the IDP camp would force him and his friends to carry out
sexual acts when they wanted food.
“The regular sex
abuse by peacekeeping personnel uncovered here and the United Nations’
appalling disregard for victims are stomach-turning, but the awful truth
is that this isn’t uncommon,” said Paula Donovan, the co-director of
the advocacy group

We’ve
known for a long time that fast food chicken nuggets aren’t healthy,
but new research is showing just what these fast food favorites are
really made of, and it includes high amounts of partially hydrogenated
oils, GMO oils, sodium, “other” ingredients and numerous chemicals.
A recent study published in the American Journal of Medicine has found that 60% of the “meat”in a chicken nugget is actually fat, blood vessels, ground bone and gristle.
Companies like Burger King claim “all white meat”, KFC says “100%
breast meat, and McDonald’s states “made with USDA inspected white meat”
but the research is showing otherwise..
If you consider that only 50% of the nugget itself is made up of chicken that means that only 20% of a chicken nugget is actually meat so what makes up the other 80%? You’re about to find out.
What’s Really In a Chicken Nugget?
According to the ingredients listed on McDonald’s website they also put these suspect ingredients into their chicken nugget mix:
TBHQ
Autolyzed Yeast Extract (often contains MSG)
GMO Corn
Dimethyl Polysiloxane Anti-foaming Agent
Hydrogenated Soybean Oil
Sodium
Bleached Wheat (gluten)
Sugar (dextrose)
These ingredients are downright scary at best and dangerous to your health and your families’ health.

As Victory Day looms closer, Russia remembers the
millions of Soviet lives lost in WWII to make the Nazi defeat possible.
RT is launching a project that amongst personal stories and letters will
also feature a unique battle map of the Eastern Front.
World War II was the world's biggest and bloodiest military
conflict. It affected 61 countries with a total population of 1.7
billion people. Battles took place in 40 of those states and it
was the first and only war in which nuclear weapons were used.

losses were suffered by the Soviet Union. Out of the 55 million
lives lost, 27 million were Soviet. Over 1,700 Soviet towns and
settlements and 70,000 villages were razed by the Nazis, and half
of the country's infrastructure was destroyed.
The USSR's confrontation with Nazi Germany lasted from June 1941
until May 1945 and became known as the Great Patriotic War, the
name it acquired after a nation-wide radio address by Joseph
Stalin.
Russia, where you can hardly find a single family untouched by
the Great Patriotic War, is marking the 70th anniversary of the
victory with a series of parades and commemorative events, the
biggest of which is the May 9 parade in Red Square.
RT is launching a big project timed to coincide with the 70th
anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory.
The project features personal stories of veterans, recounting the
hardships and dangers of the war. Personal letters and frontline
photographs of soldiers, nurses, prisoners of war and civilians
from both the Soviet and the German side tell the actual stories
of the biggest conflict in modern history. From vows to die but
not surrender, to a lover's promise to come back from the last
offensive, they provide an astonishing insight of how the war
touched almost everyone at the time.
An outstanding feature of the project is a heatmap of the Great
Patriotic War. The conflict, which saw hundreds of battles
spanning almost four years across Europe and the western USSR,
has been meticulously mapped into a dynamic graphic, complete
with a timeline that reveals the true scale of events that shook
the world 70 years ago.
Stay tuned to RT for the launch of our special Victory Day
project. Right now you can listen to WWII veterans sharing their

A damning UN report about how French soldiers raped
and sodomized starving and homeless boys in the Central African
Republic, some as young as nine, has been leaked to the Guardian, and
the UN official who blew the whistle is facing dismissal.
French peacekeeping troops were supposed to be protecting
children at a center for internally displaced people at M’Poko
Airport in CAR’s capital Bangui, when the abuse reportedly took
place between December 2013 and June 2014. It was at a time when
the UN’s mission at the country, MINUSCA, was in the process of
being set up.
An internal investigation was ordered by the UN office of the
high commissioner for human rights (UNHCR), after reports on the
ground of sexual abuse of children displaced by the conflict.
A member of staff from the high commissioner of human rights and
a specialist from UNICEF interviewed the children between May and
June last year. Some of the boys were able to give good
descriptions of individual soldiers who abused them.
Officials in Geneva reportedly received the report in summer
2014.
Swedish national, Anders Kompass, a senior UN aid worker who has
been involved in humanitarian work for over than 30 years, passed
the document on to French prosecutors because of the UN’s failure
to take action, sources close to the case told the Guardian.
The newspaper reports that after receiving the confidential UN
report entitled Sexual Abuse on Children by International Armed
Forces, French authorities traveled to Bangui to investigate the
allegations.
A French judicial source said that the prosecutor’s office had
received the UN report in July 2014 and that a preliminary
investigation had been launched.
“A preliminary investigation has been opened by the Paris
prosecutor since July 21, 2014. The investigation is
ongoing,” he said, as quoted by Reuters.
The UN also confirmed Monday that it had given an unredacted
report to the French authorities on the alleged abuse of children
by French soldiers in CAR.
“The unedited version was, by a staff member's own admission,
provided unofficially by that staff member to the French
authorities in late July, prior to even providing it to the
Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights' (OHCHR) senior
management,” the spokesman for the UN Secretary-General said
in a statement.
The report made its way to Paula Donovan from the organization
Aids Free World, who then passed it to the Guardian.
“The regular sex abuse by peacekeeping personnel uncovered
here and the United Nations’ appalling disregard for victims are
stomach-turning, but the awful truth is that this isn’t uncommon.
The UN’s instinctive response to sexual violence in its ranks –
ignore, deny, cover up, dissemble – must be subjected to a truly
independent commission of inquiry with total access, top to
bottom, and full subpoena power,” she said.
In his yearly address to parliamentarians and
dignitaries, Vladimir Putin gave a reminder of Russia's strength as the
country that Hitler failed to defeat, while also comparing Crimea's
significance to that of the Temple Mount to Jews.

<<Dr.Kevin Barrett ."Iran deal shows Israel can’t dominate US foreign policy: Scholar"Tue.Apr. 28, 2015 4:14PM >>
Obviously, the wiser part of the US elite that exercises their foreign policy, understands the evident: The fact that they have to 'approach' Iran, confuting their own previous standings, since only the deaf and the blind will ignore the BRICS, the AIIB and the rest of the emerging various other forms of co-operations , partnerships , economic agreements etc.
Any intimate 'rapprochement' between the emerging Eastern Economies and Iran , even if there presently exist competitive rivalries on some matters or products, will, in the coming future , render the US status weaker and US more isolated. This they need to avert. Same holds for EU as we see coming into sight in media.
Question raised is , what would be better for Humanity's peaceful and harmonious survival and sustenance, what would be firm and correct for Iran itself, what would enhance the BRICS ( et al) flourishing and longevity to the benefit of those nations involved. m.l.p.
The
European Union (EU) foreign policy chief has highlighted Iran’s role in
the region, saying it would be "naive" to ignore the Islamic republic.
Speaking
to reporters at UN headquarters in New York on Tuesday, Federica
Mogherini called on Iran to play a more positive and active role in the
region, particularly with respect to the ongoing crisis in Syria.
The
UN is to host a new round of talks with warring sides in Syria in the
Swiss city of Geneva in May in a bid to put an end to more than four
years of conflict in the Arab country.
On Friday, UN
spokesman Ahmad Fawzi told journalists that invitations had been sent
out to all parties who could help end the crisis, including different
Syrian factions as well as regional and international players.
He said Iran, which was absent in previous negotiations in Switzerland, has been invited to the talks as well.
Disputes in East Asia could engage Washington, analyst says
Tue Apr 28, 2015 8:16PM
“Potential”
clashes over maritime and territorial issues in East Asia “could drag
the United States in”, says a senior analyst at Foreign Policy in Focus.
US
President Barack Obama spoke of “commitment to Japan’s security”
against China "flexing its muscles" at a joint news conference with
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in the White House Rose Garden on
Tuesday.
“Japan is becoming somewhat resurgent and we have a China
that’s sort of quite obdurate about its territorial and maritime
claims,” Ian Williams told Press TV in a phone interview. Disputed islands known as Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu in China are seen in the East China Sea. (AFP)“There’s a lot of potential for a clash there to drag the US in.”
The
analyst further said Obama is more inclined to have close ties with the
“Orient” rather that Europe, “and of course the economic balance of
power in the world has definitively shifted that way.”
Given that
Japan overtook China as the largest foreign holder of US Treasurys in
mid-April, Abe is in Washington to “see one paymaster to discuss
another”, said the New York-based analyst.
The visit is made based on the fact that Tokyo is after “asserting its own policy” in the region as it has “its own interests”.
China
has frequently warned the US to be cautious in its words and actions
with regard to territorial disputes involving China and its neighbors.

Blame Germany for Greece’s uphill euro zone struggle
ERIC REGULY
- EUROPEAN BUREAU CHIEF
ROME — The Globe and Mail
Published
Last updated
Greece is running out of cash and is
raiding municipal funds to pay its bills, enraging mayors throughout the
country. Given Greece’s increasingly dire financial state, you would
presume that the game has finally ended. It seems inevitable that Greece
will default, crash out of the euro zone, reprint the drachma and,
after a suitable period of economic mayhem, pull its act together, as
Argentina did after it defaulted more than a decade ago.
Forget it. Greece will get a deal of some
sort that will keep it within the euro zone, preserving the notion that
the euro is “irreversible,” to use the description beloved by European
Central Bank president Mario Draghi. But would that be good news for
Greece? On the contrary, it might well doom it to an eternity of misery
and hard work that goes nowhere, like Sisyphus, rolling his boulder to
the top of the hill, only to have it roll down again.
Blame
Germany, Europe’s self-perpetuating economic miracle. Germany is a
juggernaut of endless current-account and trade surpluses, which are
making it impossible for the euro zone to achieve any balance and
symmetry. Those gorgeous (to the Germans) surpluses are making the euro
zone’s weaklings – Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, even France – do most
of the structural and fiscal adjustments. They grind away, getting
nowhere, while Germany goes from strength to strength.
There
is no doubt that Germany’s love affair with the euro is deep and
passionate. Since the common currency was launched as an accounting
currency in 1999 (the notes and coins came three years later), German
exports, the trade surplus and the current account surplus – the
positive difference between a country’s savings and investment – have
soared. In 2014, the current account surplus stood at a record 7.4 per
cent of gross domestic product, up from 6.7 per cent in 2013, which
itself was extremely high.
There’s
more. Germany derived 46 per cent of GDP in 2013 from exports. That
makes it the global export champion among the industrialized countries.
The equivalent figure in China is 26 per cent. In the United States,
it’s a mere 13 per cent. As the euro sinks, German exports will grow. A
euro valued at $1.60 (U.S.) or more might reflect the true strength of
the German economy. Luckily for Germany, the euro now trades a $1.07. If
that weren’t gift enough, German sovereign bonds have been the prime
beneficiaries of the flight to safety. This week, the yield on German
10-year bonds was 0.1 per cent, down 1.4 percentage points in a year.
That’s money for nothing. At the rate the bonds are trending, it won’t
be long before the yields turn negative, meaning investors will be
paying the German treasury for the privilege of owning its paper.

Σάμος: Στάχτη δύο χιλιάδες στρέμματα δασικής έκτασης
29/04/201509:44 In Greece 90% of fires and specifically during windy, Beaufort-ous weather conditions, are very rarely true ''stupid cigarette accidents'', or ''neighbor-hating neighbor'' cases , or greedy capitalists usurping, through the ''fire- method'', lands for lucrative construction projects. They usually are sabotages orchestrated by the PTB agents provocateurs, or both this and the lucrative construction projects combined and more particularly when the PTB are not at ease with a certain leader or policy practiced , etc., etc., etc. m.l.p.

How the Bed Bug Infiltrated Our Bedrooms and Took Over the World
Bed bugs. Few words strike such
fear in the minds of travelers. In cities around the world, lurking
beneath the plush blankets of otherwise pristine-looking hotel beds are
tiny bloodthirsty beasts just waiting for weary wanderers to surrender
to a vulnerable slumber. Though bed bugs today have infested the globe,
the common bed bug is not a new pest at all. Indeed, as Brooke Borel
reveals in this unusual history, this most-reviled species may date back
over 250,000 years, wreaking havoc on our collective psyche while even
inspiring art, literature, and music—in addition to vexatious red welts
The bankruptcy of the West was postponed again last week with fudged
accounting keeping both Washington D.C. and Greece (therefore the EU)
from defaulting as high stakes negotiations over a new financial system
continue.
To bolster is bargaining position, the Pentagon is undertaking some
large scale moves against China. Pentagon sources say last week’s
earthquake in Nepal was generated using high energy electronic waves.
The aim was to send a message to both China and India prior to US
Defense Secretary Ashton Carter’s planned trip to India next month, the
sources say. The basic message was “only the Pentagon can defend India
against China.” Read more »
