They resided in the same geographical region in which he had lived as Paul in his previous lifetime. As a young boy, Hilarion was sent to Alexandria to study. During this time of study, he heard the gospel and was converted to Christianity.His greatest desire was to be a hermit—to spend his time fasting and praying to God in seclusion. So he divided his fortune among the poor and set out for the desert near Gaza. He spent twenty years in prayer in the desert before he performed his first miracle. God, through him, cured a woman of barrenness. And his healing ministry began.Soon Hilarion was sought out by hundreds who had heard of his miraculous cures and ability to exorcise demons. In 329 A.D., with a growing number of disciples assembling around him, he fled to Egypt to escape the constant flow of people seeking to be healed from all manner of diseases. Η Γαλλία επιζητά να βγει από την κρίση στις σχέσεις με τη Ρωσία και ζητεί την απόσυρση των κυρώσεων για τη χώρα, δήλωσε ο απεσταλμένος της γαλλικής κυβέρνησης για την ανάπτυξη των σχέσεων με τη Ρωσική Ομοσπονδία, Jean-Pierre Shevemnan, κατά τη διάρκεια συνάντησης με τον πρόεδρο της Κρατικής Δούμας, Σεργκέι Ναρούσκιν.

Tρόπο αναζητά να ομαλοποιήσει τις σχέσεις της με την Ρωσία η Γαλλία,μετά την ρήξη στην οποία την οδήγησε ο Γάλλος πρόεδρος Φ.Ολάντ υπακούοντας στις επιταγές της Ουάσιγκτον κόντρα στα γαλλικά συμφέροντα και τα ευρωπαϊκά γενικότερα. O ίδιος άλλωστε παραδέχθηκε ότι "γνώριζαν οι Ευρωπαίοι ηγέτες ότι θα έβλαπταν την Ευρώπη κυρώσεις κατά της Ρωσίας". Τελικά το ότι σχεδόν όλοι τους σπούδασαν σε αμερικανικά πανεπιστήμια, και πήγαν σε αμερικανικά κολέγια να έχει ιδιαίτερη σημασία. Η παιδεία του καθενός καθορίζει πάντοτε την πραγματική του εθνική συνείδηση.

«Φθάσαμε σε αυτήν την κατάσταση και πρέπει να βγούμε από αυτήν- αυτή είναι η θέληση της Γαλλίας», δήλωσε ο Shevemnan.


Παραδέχθηκε ότι επί του παρόντος οι σχέσεις με τη Ρωσία δεν εύκολες. Αυτό οφείλεται στην ουκρανική κρίση, η οποία θα πρέπει να αποφευχθεί. Ο Shevemnan δήλωσε ότι η Γαλλία υποστηρίζει την άρση των κυρώσεων κατά της Ρωσίας.

Στο ίδιο μήκος κύματος ήταν και η χθεσινή δήλωση του εμφανώς πιο συνενοήσιμου Γάλλου προέδρου Φ.Ολάντ. "Η συμφωνία με τη Ρωσία για τα πολεμικά πλοία Mistral θα ολοκληρωθεί, με δεδομένο ότι η εκεχειρία διατηρείται και ότι οι πολιτικές διαδικασίες στην Ουκρανία προχωρούν", δήλωσε σε συνέντευξη Τύπου που δόθηκε χθες στο Μέγαρο των Ηλυσίων ο πρόεδρος της Γαλλίας.

Αναφερθείς στις κυρώσεις που επέβαλε η Ευρώπη στη Μόσχα, τις χαρακτήρισε «απαραίτητες», ενώ την ίδια στιγμή δήλωνε ότι αναμένεται να επηρεάσουν την οικονομική ανάπτυξη τόσο της Ρωσίας όσο και της Ευρώπης! Δηλαδή όλοι οι Ευρωπαίοι ηγέτες γνωρίζουν και παραδέχονται ότι ο μόνος χαμένος θα είναι η Ευρώπη και οι λαοί της, ενώ στην Ουάσιγκτον κάποιοι απλώς θα "σκάνε" στα γέλια

Ο Γάλλος πρόεδρος, απευθυνόμενος στους δημοσιογράφους, υπογράμμισε ότι όλες οι πλευρές ενδιαφέρονται για την επίλυση του ουκρανικού ζητήματος, ενώ κατέληξε τονίζοντας: «Η Ρωσία πρέπει να είναι εταίρος της Ευρώπης».

Σημειώνεται ότι το πρώτο από τα δύο πλοία με το όνομα «Βλαδιβοστόκ» ήδη απέπλευσε από το ναυπηγείο STX France στη Σέν-Ναζέρ, βγήκε στη θάλασσα με ρωσικό πλήρωμα και ξεκίνησε το εκπαιδευτικό του πρόγραμμα.

Η έξοδος του πλοίου από το ναυπηγείο φαίνεται σε βίντεο της le Figaro να γίνεται με τη βοήθεια δύο ρυμουλκών και το όνομα του να βρίσκεται σε περίοπτη θέση. Ο απόπλους του έγινε στις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου, λίγο μετά την ολοκλήρωση της Συνόδου Κορυφής του ΝΑΤΟ στην Ουαλία.

Το συμβόλαιο που έχει υπογραφεί και φθάνει το 1,2 δισ. ευρώ για τα δύο Mistral, αλλά και με πολλές ρήτρες δεν αφήνουν πολλά περιθώρια στους Γάλλους να ακυρώσουν τη συμφωνία όπως θέλουν οι ΗΠΑ, το ΝΑΤΟ και πολλές Ευρωπαικές χώρες για να πλήξουν την Ρωσία. Αν και η Μόσχα είναι έτοιμη να προχωρήσει στην κατασκευή δικών της ελικοπτεροφόρων.

Το «Βαλδιβοστόκ» απέπλευσε με πλήρωμα Γάλλους ναυτικούς, αλλά και 200 στελέχη του Ρωσικού Ναυτικού προκειμένου να εκπαιδευτούν. Η διάρκεια του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος θα είναι μέχρι τις 22 Σεπτεμβρίου.

Άλλοι 200 Ρώσοι βρίσκονται στο λιμάνι και θα αποτελέσουν το πλήρωμα του δεύτερου Mistral, του «Σεβαστούπολη» που σύντομα και αυτό θα ξεκινήσει δοκιμές.

Η μεταβίβαση του «Βλαδιβοστόκ» στο Ρωσικό Ναυτικό, στο πλαίσιο της υφιστάμενης σύμβασης, έχει προγραμματιστεί για την 1 Νοεμβρίου 2014. Αμέσως μετά θα λάβει «θέση μάχης» πιθανότατα στη Μεσόγειο, τώρα που ανοίγει και πάλι το θέμα της Συρίας. Εντός του 2015 θα παραδοθεί και το δεύτερο Mistral στη Ρωσία.

Είναι εμφανές ότι ο Γάλλος πρόεδρος έχει δεχτεί πιέσεις από τους Γάλλους βιομηχάνους καθώς μη εκπλήρωση του συμβολαίου με την Ρωσία δεν θα αποφέρει μόνο τεράστιες ζημιές λόγω ρητρών, αλλά θα προκαλέσει κακό προηγούμενο αξιοπιστίας για οποιονδήποτε μελλοντικό πελάτη, καθώς η Γαλλία θα φανεί σαν πιθανός εκβιαστής σε περίπτωση που δεν της αρέσει η πολιτική κάποιου κράτους. Le représentant spécial du président français auprès de la Russie, Jean-Pierre Chevènement, a plaidé jeudi pour une levée sous conditions des sanctions européennes prises à l'encontre de Moscou et appelé à se détourner des "fauteurs de guerre".

"Pour nous, les sanctions sont vouées à être levées à partir du moment où deux conditions sont rassemblées: le maintien du cessez-le-feu (dans l'est de l'Ukraine) et une application stricte des accords de Minsk", a déclaré à Moscou M. Chevènement, rappelant la position de la France.

"Les sanctions et contre-sanctions sont un processus de représailles dont tout le monde voudrait sortir. (...) Elles sont dommageables pour les deux camps", a ajouté le sénateur du territoire de Belfort.

"Les exportations françaises en Russie représentent un demi point de PIB. Ce ne sont pas des enjeux que nous pouvons ignorer", a rappelé M. Chevènement, qui s'exprimait au nom de la France.

La Russie a décrété en août un "embargo total" sur les importations de produits alimentaires en provenance de l'Union européenne en réponse à plusieurs vagues successives de sanctions prises à son encontre par les Occidentaux.

M. Chevènement, qui a rencontré au cours de sa visite en Russie des chefs d'entreprises français et russes, mais également des responsables politiques comme le président du Parlement russe Sergueï Narichkine, a affirmé ne pas avoir évoqué la question des Mistrals, navires de guerre dont la livraison est devenu un casse-tête pour Paris.

"Mon avis reste que les contrats ont été signés et qu'ils doivent être exécutés. La France est un pays souverain", a expliqué le sénateur.

"La France est partisane d'une résolution politique et pacifique de la situation actuelle, qui résulte d'incompréhensions dont l'accumulation au fil du temps a conduit à cette crise ukrainienne dont personne ne voulait au départ", a poursuivi M. Chevènement.

"Tout autre chemin que le compromis serait dommageable à toutes les parties. (...) Nous devons reprendre le contrôle politique de la situation. Il ne faut pas écouter les fauteurs de guerre", a-t-il ajouté.

Moscou a apporté mercredi son soutien aux solutions politiques proposées par le président ukrainien Petro Porochenko pour parvenir à une paix avec les rebelles prorusses dans l'est de l'Ukraine, où règne une trêve précaire.
