Through their last elections the Italians tried to give their country a chance to suffer, struggle and survive. After the President Mattarella's sudden, unsolicited movement, described by the majority as 'alto tradimento', the Italians will only have to suffer and struggle! 
No survival escape seems to be left, if the circumstances are not otherwise reformed!There is no return to normalness, even after harsh suffering and struggling, if a nation is led to the IMF /World Bank/Inernational Markets' deadly clutch and grasp. 
Italy  will be the NWO's and EU's new chewing-spitting, juicing-spitting, peoples' life-dehydrating, other peoples' life-squeezing away and enjoying it,  malevolent Powers That Be, old dirty game...!
Italy will not be the emerging new 'Greek or South American experiment' in  bankruptcy and misery.
Italy is groomed to become the new 'US trillion of euros/dollars deficit' experiment in bankruptcy  and socio-economo-politico-cultural demolition! 
Yet, despite the structural,  quantitative and qualitative differences , obviously both groups end up in  the same dark results, in the long run.
It took the Italians longer time than it should  to start awakening and de-dizzyfy their senses from the inherent, systemic pollutions, in all societal fields!
Now what they need,  I believe,  is an Italian Trump and some Italian White Hats, or an Italian Putin, or something relevant, if there is something to be done at all!

Μια πολιτική κρίση που παρόμοιά της δεν έχει γνωρίσει η Ιταλία. Η άρνηση του προέδρου της χώρας Σέρτζιο Ματταρέλλα να δεχτεί ως υπουργό Οικονομικών τον Πάολο Σαβόνα έφερε τη ρήξη με τους λαϊκιστές του Κινήματος των Πέντε Αστέρων και τους ακροδεξιούς της Λέγκας του Βορρά.

Ο Ματταρέλλα δεν έκανε τίποτα περισσότερο από το να ασκήσει τα καθήκοντα που προκύπτουν από το Σύνταγμα. Το βέτο του στον υπουργό Οικονομικών που πρότειναν οι ηγέτες της Λέγκας του Βορρά Ματέο Σαλβίνι και των 5 Αστέρων Λουίτζι ντι Μάιο οδήγησε σε οριστικό ναυάγιο το σχηματισμό κυβέρνηση. Και σε μια άνευ προηγουμένου κίνηση, τόσο οι ακροδεξιοί Fratelli d’ Italia όσο και τα 5 Αστέρα κάνουν πρόταση μορφής κατά του προέδρου. Και κατηγορούν τον Ματταρέλλα για εσχάτη προδοσία.

Ο αρθρογράφος της Corriere della Sera, Francesco Verderami εκτιμά πως τα κόμματα προετοιμάζονται ήδη για τις νέες εκλογές. Οι οποίες, το πιθανότερο είναι να γίνουν τη δεύτερη Κυριακή του Σεπτεμβρίου. Στις 9 του μήνα δηλαδή.
Όλα θα κριθούν από το ραντεβού που θα έχει σήμερα (28.05.2018) ο πρόεδρος της Ιταλίας με τον Κάρλο Κοτταρέλι, πρώην υψηλόβαθμο αξιωματούχο του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου. Θα του αναθέσει το σχηματισμό κυβέρνησης τεχνοκρατών. Αίνιγμα παραμένει τι θα κάνουν τα δυο κόμματα που κέρδισαν τις πρόσφατες εκλογές.

Ποιος είναι ο Κάρλο Κοτταρέλλι

Ο 54χρονος τεχνοκράτης έχει στην πλάτη του 25 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας στο ΔΝΤ και άλλα έξι στην Τράπεζα της Ιταλίας. Σπούδασε οικονομικά στην Ιταλία και στην Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Στο ΔΝΤ είχε επιτελική θέση στη σύνταξη της έκθεσης που αναλύει την κατάσταση της δημόσιας οικονομίας μεγάλων χωρών του πλανήτη.
Το 2013, η κυβέρνηση του Ενρίκο Λέττα του ζήτησε να υποδείξει με ποιο τρόπο η χώρα θα μπορούσε να εξοικονομήσει πόρους, περικόπτοντας σειρά άχρηστων δαπανών. Το σχέδιό του, όμως, δεν βρήκε ουσιαστική εφαρμογή. Από το 2017 είναι Διευθυντής του Παρατηρητηρίου για τη Δημόσια Οικονομία του Καθολικού Πανεπιστημίου του Μιλάνου.

Ο Κάρλο Κοτταρέλλι έχει ταχθεί ανοικτά υπέρ της μείωσης του δημόσιου χρέους. Πρόσφατα δε, εκφράσθηκε αρνητικά σχετικά με την συνεργασία των Πέντε Αστέρων με την Λέγκα, υπογραμμίζοντας ότι «το κυβερνητικό πρόγραμμά τους θα προκαλούσε αύξηση του δημοσίου ελλείμματος».

Λίγες ώρες μετά τις δηλώσεις περί πρότασης μομφής κατά του Ματταρέλλα και τις δηλώσεις του προέδρου της χώρας πως αρνήθηκε τον διορισμό του Σαβόνα γιατί είχε μιλήσει για έξοδο από το ευρώ, ο γραμματέας της Λέγκας Ματτέο Σαλβίνι, ρίχνει τους τόνους.
Μιλώντας στον ραδιοφωνικό σταθμό της Ρώμης Radio Capital υποστήριξε πως «δεν σκεφθήκαμε ποτέ να βγούμε από το ευρώ. Δεν ήταν στο πρόγραμμά μας. Θα προχωρούσαμε μόνον σε αναθεώρηση του τραπεζικού συστήματος και των τραπεζών». «Ο Πάολο Σαβόνα, ως υπουργός Οικονομικών, θα μας εγγυόταν άριστα αποτελέσματα στην Ευρώπη, κανένας άλλος δεν θα είχε τόση επιτυχία», πρόσθεσε.

Ο Σαλβίνι διέψευσε, παράλληλα, ότι είχε αποφασίσει από την αρχή να σπάσει την συμμαχία με τα Πέντε Αστέρια για να πάει σε νέες εκλογές, και σε σχέση με τις μελλοντικές εξελίξεις τόνισε: «Θέλω να καταλάβω τις κινήσεις του προέδρου της Δημοκρατίας. Θέλω να δω ποιος θα ψηφίσει, στο κοινοβούλιο, την κυβέρνηση του Κάρλο Κοταρέλι».

Το προνόμιο που έφερε χάος στην Ιταλία

Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που ένας Ιταλός πρόεδρος αρνείται να διορίσει έναν υπουργό που υποστηρίζει η κοινοβουλευτική πλειοψηφία. Στην ιστορία της ιταλικής δημοκρατίας έχουν υπάρξει τουλάχιστον άλλες τρεις περιπτώσεις, με πιο γνωστή μία που αφορά τον Σίλβιο Μπερλουσκόνι.
Ο νικητής των βουλευτικών εκλογών του 1994 βρισκόταν ήδη στο στόχαστρο της δικαιοσύνης, είχε προτείνει στον τότε πρόεδρο Όσκαρ Λουίτζι Σκαλφάρο να διορίσει τον δικηγόρο του Τσέζαρε Πρεβίτι υπουργό Δικαιοσύνης. Ο Σκαλφάρο αρνήθηκε να το κάνει και ο Μπερλουσκόνι υποχώρησε.
Αυτή τη φορά όμως, οι Ιταλοί λαϊκιστές δεν αποδέχθηκαν τη χρήση του προνομίου από τον πρόεδρο της Ιταλίας. Και κατήγγειλαν πιέσεις από τις Βρυξέλλες ή τα χρηματοπιστωτικά «λόμπι».

Δεν μπορούν να καθαιρέσουν τον Ματταρέλλα

Σε αυτήν τη βάση ο Ντι Μάιο δήλωσε αργά το βράδυ της Κυριακής (27.05.2018) ότι θα ζητήσει να κινηθεί η διαδικασία καθαίρεσης του Σέρτζιο Ματταρέλλα για εσχάτη προδοσία, σε εφαρμογή του άρθρου 90 του Συντάγματος. Ωστόσο για να γίνει κάτι τέτοιο χρειάζεται η απόλυτη πλειοψηφία των δύο σωμάτων του ιταλικού κοινοβουλίου σε κοινή συνεδρίασή τους.
Οι εξουσίες του προέδρου είναι πολύ πλαισιωμένες και αφορούν κυρίως την εξουσία του να διορίζει πρωθυπουργό και στη συνέχεια να εγκρίνει τον διορισμό των υπουργών που θα του προτείνει αυτός.
Επίσης έχει την εξουσία να διαλύει τα δύο σώματα του κοινοβουλίου, ένα από τα αποτρεπτικά όπλα που διαθέτει, το οποίο έχει βοηθήσει σε πολλές πολιτικές κρίσεις στην Ιταλία. Μια χώρα που έχει «δει» 64 κυβερνήσεις από το 1946.

Από τον Μόντι στον Τζεντιλόνι

Κατά τη διάρκεια της χρηματοπιστωτικής κρίσης το 2011, την ώρα που οι αγορές έβαλαν κατά της Ιταλίας, ο πρόεδρος Τζόρτζιο Ναπολιτάνο δεν δίστασε να συμβάλει στην επιχείρηση εκδίωξης του Σίλβιο Μπερλουσκόνι. Και διόρισε τον πρώην επίτροπο της ΕΕ Μάριο Μόντι στην πρωθυπουργία.
Ο Μπερλουσκόνι είχε καταγγείλει τότε ένα πραξικόπημα και είχε ζητήσει, μάταια όμως, πρόωρες εκλογές.
Η Λέγκα και το Κίνημα των 5 Αστέρων είχαν επίσης ζητήσει πρόωρες εκλογές μετά το όχι των Ιταλών στο δημοψήφισμα για το Σύνταγμα στα τέλη του 2016, το οποίο είχε ζητήσει ο πρώην πρωθυπουργός Ματέο Ρέντσι. Ο τελευταίος παραιτήθηκε, αλλά ο Σέρτζιο Ματαρέλα αρνήθηκε να προχωρήσει στη διάλυση του κοινοβουλίου. Ανέλαβε τότε ο Πάολο Τζεντιλόνι.

Ανατολικά του λιμανιού βρίσκεται το νεκροταφείο της πόλης των αρχαϊκών και κλασικών χρόνων. Έχουν ανασκαφεί 43 τάφοι, κιβωτιόσχημοι και εγχυτρισμοί σε πίθους. Στην ίδια περιοχή βρίσκεται και ο γνωστός "θρόνος" της Φαλάσαρνας (τον συναντάμε στο χωματόδρομο που οδηγεί στην είσοδο του αρχαιολογικού χώρου) που ίσως ήταν απλώς βήμα για ομιλητές, ενώ νότια του "θρόνου" και κατά μήκος της βραχώδους ακτής διακρίνονται λατομεία καθώς και μία δεξαμενή λαξευμένη στο βράχο.

Το λιμάνι συνδεόταν με τη θάλασσα με τεχνητό κανάλι (μήκους 50 μ., πλάτους 10 μ. και βάθους 2 μ.) και ήταν ενταγμένο στην οχύρωση της πόλης.

On May 24, my anonymous source, JP, who has provided dozens of photos of different types of craft belonging to a United States Air Force (USAF) secret space program says he encountered a human looking “Nordic” extraterrestrial. He claims the Nordic was wearing a USAF uniform and invited him to go for a ride in a landed saucer-shaped craft in a secluded wooded area of Orlando, Florida.
JP declined the offer but took photos of the spacecraft after it departed (attached below).  His recollection of the conversation with the Nordic reveals that they are directly cooperating with the USAF and abiding by the terms of an agreement concerning their interaction with the general public.
What follows is the Skype conversation I had with JP along with some commentary. I have created a page where earlier articles and videos featuring his photos, along with originals, can be found for independent analysis.
The conversation began at 10:32 Eastern Daylight Time. I have removed grammatical errors and added extra text in square brackets to clarify what JP is saying:

JP: I went Into the Woods. I was hearing a ringing in my ear. I’m thinking it was like a calling. Like I got from the last Contact. I met up with this man. Wearing a United States Air Force suit. Dark blue. His face was different. Possibly a Nordic.

JP: Light blue eyes, blond hair, wearing a United States Air Force Jumpsuit. He was really kind. He said a lot of these craft are going to be seen all over. He invited me to go to the craft. I said no. Yes [he asked] me again if I was sure….

  • A pair of official Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) documents have come to light showing the military’s keen interest in subjects such as warp drive propulsion, extra-dimensional manipulation, dark energy, and other highly exotic forms of space travel. The documents were first posted by Corey Goode late in 2017, and are now again revealed by George Knapp’s I-Team, part of Las Vegas CBS affiliate Channel 8 News, which has been investigating the government’s supposed connection with ‘UFOs’ for decades.
  • Knapp has been digging deeper into Las Vegas-based Bigelow Aerospace, founded by UFO enthusiast Robert Bigelow, which was awarded the contract for the Pentagon’s Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AAITP), a $22 million classified program supporting a team of nearly 50 scientists, analysts, and investigators that investigated UFO sightings between 2008 and 2012.
  • A March 29, 2010 study dealt with “advanced space propulsion” for faster-than-light travel, “space-time altered regions”, and “gravity/antigravity” forces. “This paper has considered the possibility—even likelihood—that future developments with regard to advanced aerospace technologies will trend in the direction of manipulating the underlying space-time structure of the vacuum of space itself by processes that can be called vacuum engineering or metric engineering.” This study was authored at the time by Austin-based EarthTech International, Inc. CEO Harold Puthoff, Ph.D for the Pentagon program.
  • An April 2, 2010 study covered similar ground, but also included discussions about “dark energy” and “extra dimensions.” This document states, “The idea that a sufficiently advanced technology may interact with, and acquire direct control over, the higher dimensions is a tantalizing possibility, and one that is most certainly worthy of deeper investigation.” Eric Davis, Ph.D., working with a prior Bigelow company National Institute for Discovery Science, authored this study along with independent consultant Richard Obousy.
  • “These studies are so loaded with information,” said Senator Reid who sponsored the Pentagon program. “One thing we learned is over the decades a lot of things happen there’s no explanation for. Well there are now.” However, neither report suggests that the technology they described was anywhere near practical or that any foreign government was close to achieving a relevant breakthrough.
  • Harold Puthoff is now VP of Science and Technology at To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, a non-profit organization in Encinitas, California that reportedly is, at least in part, continuing the AAITP’s work independently. Luis Elizondo, who was the head of the AAITP Pentagon program, is now the To The Stars Academy’s Director of Global Security and Special Programs.
  • A pair of DoD military videos showing ‘tic-tac’ shaped UFOs recorded by Navy F/A-18 fighter jets had been floating around in in the Pentagon’s AAITP (previously known as Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications) and in defense circles for over a decade. To The Stars Academy was instrumental in publically releasing these UFO videos in December 2017. (See original NY Times article) Open disclosure about the origin of the video on an official level, as well as subsequent interviews with the pilot that took it, elevated it to mainstream news.
  • Bigelow’s special unit’s investigation concludes that the Pentagon’s AAITProgram went far beyond documenting and evaluating reports of UFOs. It took a holistic approach, evaluating the impact on human biology in association with UFO sightings, and delved into other paranormal domains. It also claims to be storing mysterious material from downed UFOs. The depth of the government’s investigation of UFO technology leaves us wondering what hasn’t been revealed, whether out of fear of embarrassment or risk to national security.

''...The United Nations estimates that the war damage to Syria’s infrastructure amounts to be at least $250 billion. China could be the ideal partner to rebuild the country. Russia and Iran certainly were crucial to President Assad’s forces winning the military war. But now it is China which is becoming crucial to winning the peace.
“Western powers are reluctant to help rebuild Syria after its civil war,” reported Bloomberg. “Because they think the wrong side won.”
It seems that the US and European Union are deliberately withholding money as a lever on pressuring “political transition” in Syria, which is a euphemism for regime change. The Western powers backed a seven-year insurgency to topple Assad, but they lost. Now, it seems, what these powers couldn’t achieve militarily, they are trying to do through financial coercion.
Of course, if international law was fairly applied, the US and its allies should be mandated to pay war damages given their responsibility for unleashing much of the violence on Syria.
Unfortunately, that just and reasonable outcome is unlikely, given the inveterate double standards of Western powers.
In any case, as Russian envoy to Syria, Alexander Lavrentiev, was quoted as saying, Western involvement in the country’s reconstruction is not essential. Because there are alternative sources of capital investment, primarily China...''

China is stepping up its involvement in Syria, not with its military, but with cash – and lots of it. For Beijing, war-torn Syria is a golden opportunity for reconstruction business. For Damascus, prosperity means peace.

China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Syrian counterpart Walid Muallem have shown through their cordial  discussions that Beijing and Damascus are on the same page when it comes to envisaging the rebuilding of Syria through partnership.
Chinese President Xi Jinping also recently backed the Russian-brokered peace talks held in Sochi and Astana. When Russian President Vladimir Putin called for an urgent shift to diplomatic efforts to stabilize Syria and the Middle East region, Beijing appears to have answered that call with ambitious reconstruction plans.
Firms from China are reportedly queuing up to win contracts for rebuilding entire towns and villages, roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, and communication networks devastated by nearly seven years of war.

I’m just getting to posting this. There is a considerable time spent on explaining thhis and that about why he is not this or that. And there is not quite as much “intense intel” as perhaps in other briefings. But still much great information. The video is included in the middle of this, for those who wish to listen rather than read.

Arthur Briefing: Rumor – “Indictments Unsealed a Month Before the Midterm Election”
Q recently emphatically announced that the Alliance is only officially leaking intel through Q and that any other sources should be regarded as fake news. Additionally, Q insists there are many who are faking connections with the Alliance to profit and grow their channels.
While I don’t know if Q was referring directly to me, we can all agree that at the very least this includes me. When I read this, I felt sick to my stomach and deeply contemplated if what I have been doing has been hurting more than helping. For this reason, I have been emotionally wrestling with posting anything related to my source.
Jordan Sather did a great job recently covering these remarks in a video entitled “Stay the Course” and he seems to think that Q is referring to Alex Jones for not doing a great job with Q’s information and Q is also referring to the anti-Q crowd that is currently growing and spreading narratives that Q is illegitimate.
