For starters, I would like to share a quote from my Great Grandfather President Eisenhower from his farewell address to the Nation on January 17, 1961 ~
“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military– industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals so that security and liberty may prosper together.”
Being a descendant of Dwight David Eisenhower opened me up to everything that had to do with what his famous speech warned us about - that being the Military Industrial Complex. It also helped me to see the responsibility we each have as citizens, to be alert and knowledgable and to express our peaceful methods and goals. Many of us were born with solutions and its time that our voices were heard. No one is addressing our concerns and our children currently have no real future, but to live in an enslaved society.

What terrible news, Michael C Ruppert has left us.

“IN MEMORIAM MICHAEL C. RUPPERT, February 3, 1951–April 13, 2014. Sunday night following Mike’s Lifeboat Hour radio show, he was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. This was not a “fake” suicide. It was very well planned by Mike… who gave us few clues but elaborate instructions for how to proceed without him. His wishes were to be cremated, and as of this moment, there are no plans for a memorial service. However, I will be taking his show this coming Sunday night, April 20, and the entire show will be an In Memoriam show for Mike with opportunities for listeners to call in. It was my privilege to have known Mike for 14 years, to have worked with him, to have been mentored by him, and to have supported him in some of his darkest hours, including the more recent ones. I am posting this announcement with the blessing of his partner Jesse Re and his landlord, Jack Martin.
Thank you Mike for all of the truth you courageously exposed and for the legacy of truth-telling you left us. Goodbye my friend. Your memory will live in our hearts forever.

It is time to take action again! It is time to take the destiny of our world in our own hands! Therefore we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, at the time of the cardinal Grand Cross on April 20th / 21st, 2014. Many of us will gather and anchor the energies of the Goddess Vortex and will be thus creating a clear and harmonious channel of manifestation for the final liberation of the planet.

Our visualization will support the plan for planetary liberation, so that it manifests as soon as possible, as non-violently and smoothly as possible. We can do it! It needs to go viral! We need to reach many people, so that the critical mass of people actually doing it is attained. Please post it on your websites and blogs. If you know an alternative media outlet, you can send it to them. You can create a Facebook group for your local group of people dong this in your part of the world. You can create a video about this and post it on Youtube.

IS:IS portal activation will happen at the exact moment of the geocentric cardinal Grand Cross astrological configuration on April 20th (or April 21st, depending on your time zone). At the moment of the activation, transiting Moon will conjunct Pluto, thus activating the Grand Cross configuration. The Grand Cross will consist of Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter and Mars, all four planets squaring each other. That will create an immense tension and compression towards the surface of the planet, but as we go through the activation, that pressure will greatly enhance and empower the spark of our free will and unleash our creative potential. 2. Lift your hands above your head and begin to rotate your body clockwise
 

3. While doing that, sing mantra iiii (pronounced ee-ee) so that it vibrates throughout your body and visualize your body morphing into a brilliant pillar of Light, with millions of rainbow colored stars scattered within that pillar of Light

 

4. Keep singing the mantra and rotating. After a few minutes, drop your hands close to your body and continue rotating clockwise

 

5. While doing that, start singing mantra eeeaaa (eee is pronounced as e in America and NOT as e in Venus)  so that it vibrates through your body and visualize a rainbow vortex of Light expanding from your heart outwards throughout the whole planet. Call upon the presence of your spiritual guides, Ascended masters, Pleiadians, angels, twin souls, soulmates, soul families and other beings of Light.
 

6. Keep singing the mantra and rotating and stay in the presence of all those beings of Light for a while.

April 15 Begins a New Flow of Energies. RAINBOW PHOENIX

There’s a lot going on with 4-15. Rainbow Phoenix discusses some of it here. I’ve heard this date from others as well. This is available via a pdf.
My bottom line regarding all of this “energetic upheaval” is to a) remain out of any “fear implications”, b) remain out of any “predictions about whether this or that or that or this is going to happen”, and c) remember that we are talking about an ENERGETIC wave. That’s what it is, and that’s what all who are out there “doing” stuff” have been working for. An ENERGETIC change.

April 15 Begins a New Flow of Energies

That this Awareness would agree that there is significance to this month of April. That the date April 15th has been suggested when something may happen, but this Awareness would rather say that April 15th is but the beginning of a new flow of energies that are ready to sweep in. Indeed this Awareness would ask that you individuals do not put such emphasis on one single day, anticipating something of great magnitude on that day, for if nothing occurs there may be great disappointment and anger that nothing happened even though so many have been predicting things.
This Awareness would say of this day, of this day of April 15th that it will be the leading edge of a wave that is coming, a wave of consciousness that is ready to roll into the beaches and coasts of the nations and of humanity itself. But it is seen more like the leading edge of a tsunami. That when a tsunami is rolling in, that an action takes place whereby a wave comes in and then is withdrawn a great distance far, far greater out than is normal.
That many are lulled into this empty space, and as happened in 2006 in the catastrophic tsunamis that took place in many countries such as Thailand, that many who were intrigued by the waves rolling out and the great expansive exposed ocean bottom that was suddenly available, ventured out into the exposed depths, not realizing the danger. That after a few minutes, the next wave came and this was that which was the tsunami and those that ventured out indeed were doomed.
That at this time the energies are such for a great event of upheaval. This Awareness will not predict any one event for it is not the events that take place that is of significance here.
