A recently released video of Albuquerque police shooting a homeless man dead has drawn attention to the city's officer-involved shootings, especially those involving the mentally ill. Since 2010, the city's police have shot 37 people, The New York Times reports. The New Mexico Public Defender Department estimates that 75% of those shot had a mental illness, even though nationally about half of those shot by police have mental health problems.
The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) has identified the man in the recently released video as 38-year-old James M. Boyd. The Albuquerque Journal reports dispatchers informed APD officers responding to the incident that Boyd was mentally incompetent and possibly had paranoid schizophrenia.
The disturbing video from March 16 shows officers aiming their weapons at Boyd, who was camping illegally. We later learn he was holding knives, but he doesn't appear to be threatening the officers.
At the beginning of the video, Boyd gathers his bags containing his belongings.

One officer then says “do it” while another throws a flash grenade that explodes as officers and a police dog charge him.

The man drops his bags and scuffles briefly with the police dog before turning his back as if to retreat, but he is immediately shot in the back.

Officers then restrain the mortally wounded man and the video reveals he has a small knife in each hand, although it is unclear from the video when he pulled the knives out.

In a press conference held shortly after the March 15 shooting, APD Chief of Police Gorden Eden said he believed the shooting was justified. According to his version of events, the man threatened APD officers with knives after they approached while he was sleeping at his illegal campsite. Eden said officers were attempting to use non-lethal means when they threw the flash grenade. But the man pulled out two knives and threatened an officer handling the police dog, according to the police. “The officers then perceived a directed threat immediately to the canine handler who was trying to redirect the dog towards the suspect, when the shots were fired,” Eden said.
While Boyd's actions in the video appear non-aggressive, Eden said he had not obeyed officers’ demands.
“The suspect did in fact make a decision not to follow the directions that were provided to him by the officers,” he said.
According to The Times, Boyd had a history of mental illness and may not have followed the officers' directions because he believed he was a federal agent who shouldn't be bossed around.
The APD has a history of allegedly using excessive force during confrontations with civilians, spurring the U.S. Department of Justice to launch an ongoing investigation into the matter in November 2012. Of the 37 people shot since 2010 more than 20 were killed, according to the Albuquerque Journal.
In 2013 a judge ruled that the 2010 fatal shooting of an Iraq War veteran with post-traumatic stress disorder was not justified.
This week, an attorney announced he intends to file a class-action lawsuit against the APD over repeated shootings of people with mental health problems. The lawsuit would seek to guarantee additional training for officers to peacefully end confrontations with mentally ill people.
The video recently sparked a large demonstration in Albuquerque streets against recent APD shooting deaths, according to the Albuquerque Journal. Some community members have criticized the APD for making arrests and resorting to riot gear and tear gas during that 12-hour demonstration sparked by the shooting. However, Albuquerque Mayor Richard Berry and Eden said the police actions were an appropriate response to some protesters who behaved like a mob committing illegal acts.
APD Chief Eden started at his position February 27. He previously spent eight years serving as the U.S. marshal for New Mexico in the same Department of Justice still investigating the APD.
As the new APD chief, Eden has vowed to begin improving the department before the investigation reaches its conclusion. He said his major priorities are community outreach, bolstering APD’s leadership structure and police retention. Eden also hopes to increase the department’s manpower, which currently stands at 900 officers although he said there is funding for 1,100 officers.

Although matters on Earth are still in a state of change, the outcome will not lead to worse situations. We are thinking primarily of the confrontation taking place in the Ukraine . Not so many years ago it would most likely have lead to a state of war. Due to the change in consciousness levels and the higher vibrations reaching you, solutions are sought that focus on a peaceful conclusion. Peace will soon come to Earth and you will be able to focus on rebuilding peaceful relations between countries. Over a period of time most countries have become a mix of different races and cultures, and it is already greatly helping your civilisation to live in peace and harmony.

Around the world the last acts of separation are being played out and once the dark Ones are removed life will become more peaceful and rewarding. There are younger generations who are more evolved and waiting their chance to bring in new ideas for a more joyous living. The time is arriving when leaders will come forward to replace the dark Ones whose days are numbered. Such souls have experience that they can call upon that would ensure Humanity takes a great step forward into the New Age. There have been times in your history when peace has enabled much progress to be achieved. However, such periods have been a pale reflection of what the Golden Age will bring to you. They will return and you will have what has been referred to as the “1000 years of peace”.

Most souls have reincarnated many times on Earth to experience duality. Some are still experiencing what is to them a higher level of consciousness, whilst others are simply raising theirs to a level previously reached. Souls on Earth are a mix of those at so many different stages of evolution. However, as you progress away from Earth the different levels of consciousness are clearly defined, and souls of a lower level of vibration cannot normally enter those that are higher. The exception is when they are accompanied by a Higher Soul who will share his/her level of vibration with them. You will have so much to discover and learn anew, and it will be exciting times. Until you reach the higher level of consciousness, you are very limited as to how far you can go. It is your present level that keeps you in a state of limited consciousness.

The more you open up your consciousness to consider other possibilities, the quicker you will increase your vibrational level. At present you live in what could be termed a dream world, one that all souls have helped to create. It will not be until you have raised your present consciousness levels that you will again become the free Spirit that you really are. However, as with all experiences, it expands your consciousness levels and that will ultimately carry you forward. We look at you with complete admiration and love, as we see souls that have willingly taken on duality knowing that it could pull them down. Yet, you have boldly taken up the challenge, knowing that you are never left totally alone to find your way back to the Light.

As souls that are moving out of the lower dimensions, you are adding invaluable experience to your total knowledge. Somewhere in the near future it will enable you to help other souls, who can learn through your experiences. Whether you have lived or served the Light or dark makes no difference, as you will have a wealth of experience to offer others also on the path of evolution. We have often made the point that you are All One, and it is true that what each of you do effects the whole. As a collective of souls you help each other to progress, because as you do so the whole of Humanity moves forward.

Consider that as a result of your many lives upon Earth, you have acquired knowledge and experience of many different cultures. At a subconscious level it affects your present day living, and should make you more tolerant of other people’s beliefs. Many are living with a limited if not false understanding of the Truth. It will come out very soon, and perhaps knowing that you are more than just your body will be found to be a profound and revealing statement. You are glorious Beings of Light that are in an advanced state of being, and in the future will be able to “think yourself” into whatever form you desire to further your evolution. With it comes the freedom to travel where and when you desire.

A deeper discussion of the apparent war occurring between factions in the Federal Government, and how the Bundy Ranch is involved as part of the struggle. The details are difficult to identify and articulate, and we are looking at circumstantial evidence with a hypothesis, but I think we are in the ballpark on this. He addresses us and somehow we don't hear him. It is like a kind of strike.We observe  our duties as citizens but we don't watch their t.v. shows.We don't show up at their elections' campaigns.We don't rub our shoulders with them and their families in the social media and  elsewhere.
We don't vote. Consciously and conscientiously we peacefully cut them off from our reality.We take our distances from their city-states and never enter them unless necessarily required . We must stop indulging in their glitz and glamour mass media- Holywood promoted life style as well.

Though this ''Average Person's Simple Resistence Recipe'' against the NWO may look naive, it could turn out to become , if so chosen, a contemporary'' Salt March'' yet without marching. It could
actually  become  the 3D manifestation of awakening.

In the beginning it was banker suicides. Then about two weeks ago, suicides were replaced by outright murders after the execution-style killing of the CEO of a bank in otherwise sleepy (and tax evasive) Lichtenstein by a disgruntled client. Then on Friday news hit of another execution-type murder in just as sleepy, if not so tax evasive, Belgium, where in the city of Vise, a 37-year-old Director at BNP Paribas Fortis was murdered alongside his wife and a 9 year old nephew in a premeditated and orchestrated drive-by shooting.

According to Marcel Neven, Mayor of Vise, nothing can yet explain what caused the violent shooting that rocked the neighborhood sports hall of his town this Friday, April 18, late at night. A man of 37 years, Benedict Philippens, bank manager Ans-Saint-Nicolas, was shot. A little 9 year old boy, living in Dolhain, was also killed. A lady, the wife of the man and the boy aunt and godmother, Carol Haid, 37 also died of his injuries on Saturday, in the morning. She was hit by three bullets in the back, said a judicial source.

According to information from the survey and some witnesses, a car waiting outside their house Berneau street near the sports hall Vis. When the victims’ car is back in the driveway, shots were fired from the car that waited patiently. The author of the shots is actively sought.

Easter Proclamation Abolishes the Papacy – Common Law Court and Covenanted Christians issue joint statement

Maastricht, Holland and Rome:

Today, at sunrise on Easter, April 20, 2014, ceremonies in Rome, London, Maastricht and at the key energy centers of the earth proclaimed and invoked the spiritual disestablishment of the church of Rome and the entity governing it. The Maastricht Proclamation was made by Rev. Kevin Annett at the oldest catholic church outside of Italy.

The Proclamation was preceded by sunrise exorcism ceremonies at the Vatican and dozens of other locations under the authority of spiritual elders. To quote their statement,
