I’m at work on a multi-part series on global abundance today. Allow me to repost Archangel Michael’s Declaration of World Peace.
It’s particularly timely given that various forces appear to be attempting to start a wider war in Syria. The more we reflect on world peace at this time and keep it in our thoughts, the more easily we’ll defeat this attempt to plunge the world into chaos again.
Archangel Michael asked us to create a video in aid of world peace during an Hour with an Angel broadcast in October 2012.
I asked him if he would channel a Declaration of World Peace through me that could form the basis of that video, in the same way that he had channeled the Declaration of Human Freedom in February of 2011 in aid of World Freedom Day. Within an hour of concluding that interview, this declaration came pouring out and was written in perhaps five or ten minutes!

Peace is the cry of the soul, the song of the spirit. Peace is the natural condition of the world, the place to which all things return. Everything yearns for peace and everything rests in peace. Peace is the place to which this world journeys. Nothing can stop it from reaching and realizing peace.
There comes a time in the affairs of worlds when the forces of disintegration can no longer resist the forces of attraction, when hatred and division can no longer overpower love and peace. There comes a rebound in the councils of worlds, a pushing back from the people which none can stand against or fail to honor.
At this time, the people of Earth will see an outbreak of peace, overpowering all that divided, wounde and killed. It has been decreed by the Highest that the Earth, after eons of wandering in the ways of havoc and war, shall once again return to the ways of peace. Against the wave of love that is sweeping the Earth, political and military leaders will prove powerless.
The people have gathered in Consciousness and have spoken words in Silence which none can ignore. They say that war will no longer be tolerated on Earth and the heavens have responded. Soon weapons will no longer work on Earth and the time when swords will be rendered into ploughshares will be here.
How to prepare for peace? Peace is a condition at the essence of our being which works its way outward and surfaces in universal love and harmony. All we must do is remove the obstacles to its rise and flowering. Peace is a choice and a surrendering. Peace is a determination and a remembering.
Peace is more than a refusal to bear arms against each other. It’s a resolve to allow each his or her fair share, his or her turn, his or her chosen path and goals. Peace is one of the divine qualities and grows in the same garden as they do: joy, compassion, love, harmony, unity; all come along with peace like roots of the same creeper.
Now is the time declared from old when peace will again reign on Earth and humankind will return to its original bond of lovingkindness with all that swims, walks and flies. The children of Earth shall make war no more. The children of Earth will come together in loving council and restore the Garden of Eden that this planet was, is and shall be.
Never more on Earth shall the guns of war sound. Never shall people scream and die in agony. A new age is upon us that shall see harmony and beneficence restored, never to be lost again. The grand experiment is over and much knowledge has been gained. But the time has come for this blue planet to return to heaven and for heaven to return to Earth.
Every knee shall bend in love to the One. No one shall again be master over another save the One. The endless journey upon which all are embarked to return to the One will again proceed by a straight and open road. All that was crooked will be made straight. Now is the time for the curtain to fall on a world at war and for the curtain to rise on a world at peace.

Benjamin Fulford - August 27, 2013: Latest attempt to start world war 3 in Syria a sign of cabal desperation

The final take-down of the criminal cabal that illegally seized control of many Western countries is under-way according to multiple sources in the Pentagon, MI5, the Italian P2 Freemason Lodge and in various Asian power centers.

The ongoing attempts by these religious fanatic criminals to start Armageddon, this time with an operation in Syria is nothing more than a sign of desperation. The list of countries that has agreed to attack Syria based on the obvious cabal staged poisonous gas attack in Syria is also a list of the countries still under cabal control. These are the US, Canada (to my deep shame), France, Israel, Italy, Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The fact that other NATO countries, notably Germany, are not participating is a sign the cabal no longer controls the NATO alliance. Globally, the cabal now controls only 8 out of the 195 nations on earth.

It is true these cabal controlled nations still control considerable military power on paper but it is extremely unlikely the pentagon will go along with this latest cabal gambit. From their point of view it is difficult to see what sort of legitimate US interests would be served by attacking Syria.

Instead, they realize this latest horror is just a desperate attempt to start war in order to save cabal control of the financial system. That is not going to be allowed.

On that front, a White Dragon Society representative will meet this week with holders of historical Asian bonds issued by the Federal Reserve Board in order to begin moves to either force the Feds to either cash them or be declared bankrupt. The bonds will be taken to the Bank for International Settlements for cashing after the UN, the governments of the US, the EU, Russia, China etc. are formally notified the money will be used to finance a massive campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction. If anybody objects, the specific names of the people or organizations trying to block this move will be publicized and legal action against them will be initiated.

Since the International Court of Justice at the Hague is a cabal controlled institution, it will probably be necessary to set up a special tribunal to carry out mass arrests of top cabal members before work to repair this planet can begin.

There will also be continued clandestine efforts to remove cabal proxies from public office in the 8 countries still under cabal control. England, the US and Canada are expected to be the first of the 8 cabal controlled countries that will be freed. This will be done primarily by using all legal tools available to remove the known cabal mass murderers who are in power in these countries.

Of course the cabal has no intention of going quietly. In addition to their increasingly desperate attempts to start World War 3, the cabalists are also trying to co-opt the coming revolution.

The plan to co-opt the revolution by the cabal is taking the form of controlled opposition. The pumping up of, and mass corporate propaganda media pumping up of people like Edward Snowden and Julian Assange mark them as officially sanctioned “rebels.” These highly publicized and lionized “whistleblowers,” despite supposedly having access to huge archives of intelligence files have somehow failed, for example, to find anything about 911, 311 or other cabal mass murder events.

In any case, the cabal controlled revolution scenario hopes to use these and other yet to be created anti-heroes to make it seem that a revolution has taken place. Of course, it will just be a case of putting the velvet glove back onto the recently exposed steel fist of cabal fascist control. This plan will fail.

In a separate cabal gambit, top cabal agent Adnan Sacly is travelling around Asia, particularly Indonesia, in an attempt to bribe or otherwise influence Asian dynastic families, according to a senior P2 Freemason official. . He is being hunted by operatives working for the Vatican as well as the CIA and is thus not expected to remain in action for very long, according to the P2 freemason official.

There is also trouble brewing on the economic front with China now joining the ranks of countries whose economies are imploding. Mass bankruptcies have begun among small and medium enterprise, according to a Chinese government official.

This means the controlled economic implosion that began with the Lehman Brothers crisis of 2008 has worked its way from weaker countries like Greece and the US and is now hitting previously strong economies like China. This is adding to the pressure to start the new financial system and pump money into the global economy ASAP.

However, although everybody is sick and tired of the old financial system, solving the question of who gets to control the money pump next is still going to take many months to solve before the new system can begin.

The problem is due to a continuing deadlock at the very top of the old system. The big banks have used derivatives fraud to create astronomical amounts of dollars (quintillions, decadecillions and other such exotic numbers are bandied about in the back rooms) and are reluctant to admit this money has no basis in reality. Big banks with equally astronomical derivatives losses on their books are also refusing to recognize their bankruptcy, resulting in deadlock.

In the end, it will probably be necessary to shut down all the bank computers and delete all money from the system. After that, only money that is backed by real world assets will be re-entered into the system. This will mean a lot of work for auditors and other experts in following financial paper trails.

Since finance is the process of deciding what we as a species do in the future, there is also a spiritual dimension to the financial system that needs to be properly dealt with. Once cabal control is ended we need to come up with a new way of deciding what sort of world we want to build with the resources that exist today. If properly done, the new structure will unleash dormant human potential and allow for the biggest changes our species has seen since the beginning of agriculture.

 Dratzo! We come today with much to tell you! Your world continues to be a covert battlefield, with the dark cabal's minions hanging on grimly despite the ground being gained every day by the forces of the Light. This protracted operation is somewhat discouraging to those who have committed themselves to the Light and its ultimately inevitable victory. The dark retains control of most of the international monetary system that in any way deals with the US Federal Reserve and its numerous banking allies, although this grip is no longer what it once was. However, the Federal Reserve and its criminal, destructive practices is facing its nemesis: a key moment is approaching when this ill-intentioned and bankrupt banking fraternity will be required to make a payment in actual gold bullion which it does not possess. This default is to give the forces of Light the opportunity to defrock the Federal Reserve of its powers and force a public bankruptcy and legal takeover of this highly illegal entity. This event is shortly to manifest. The fall of the Federal Reserve signals the demise of the current de facto US regime.

   In concert with this, a number of legal enforcement agencies are encircling various components of the US government and are anxiously awaiting the final set of documents authorizing the removal of what was once considered to be a truly omnipotent instrument of the dark. The movers and shakers in the economy who have long provided the resources to maintain the present government have either deserted the obviously sinking ship or are preparing to do so, throwing the dark cabal into an ever-deepening chasm of desperation. The conundrum for the dark is to find a way to save itself from imminent catastrophe without setting in motion events that would demolish their self-serving powerbase. The true fragility of the US government is hidden behind a carefully woven tapestry of dark-controlled media spin, purporting to show 'business as usual' in all sectors of government and finance, but behind this facade lies a regime whose top members have international arrest warrants hanging over their heads. These warrants now only need the signature of a judge to take effect. And so we sit in abeyance, knowing that a process is underway which will shortly permit a whole new reality to arise.

The 5th dimension is totally different from the 3rd and from the 4th dimension. It operates to a great extent in a completely uncommon way. Maybe, it seems unbelievable, but , it is quite real, because people live in this consciousness of the 5th dimensional schedule. First of all the time in 5D dimensional consciousness is instantaneous, which means that all possibilities occurs in the same time and in the same place, at the same moment. Where is our focus, there is our answer. And of course, our attention is there. When we ask, we shall receive.
In this dimension, it is not necessary to move, or to go anywhere to find the answer. Actually, we don’t need to go anywhere for our experiences, too. It doesn’t seem, but it really comes everything we need. And it comes easily, effortlessly and in abundance. All of this is based upon our attention point. We have to hold in every moment the vibration that we choose.
When we raise our frequency and vibrate in 5D conscious we are not creating with form. In that state of consciousness we can create with light and patterns from sacred geometry. Then, we can apply that light patterns and light frequencies, that sound and color and geometric shapes.
We are co-creators with the Creator, we are draftsmen of the crop circles and we consciously interact with all the Beings of Lights. Now, we have nothing, or very little with the rational mind.
In this high consciousness a big role plays the ACCEPTANCE. Before we jump into this state we have to be integrated with the real human beings. And, when we move into our new vibratory home that is 5D consciousness, we are already masterminds of the vibrations and possibilities of the both levels from 4D dimensional consciousness.
The question is how to raise our consciousness? There are hundreds of ways to learn and to practice how to become more consciousness. Here are some of them:

* To connect with the nature;
* To be open – minded;
* To accept everything that comes:
* To take conscious revision of our own decisions;

* To repeat positive affirmations;
* To be aware of breathing;
* To share inner-self;
* To purify our physical body;
* To make others laugh;
* To unify and integrate;
* To realize that we are not alone;

* To allow to be inspired and motivated;
* To form a mastermind team;
* To be a leader;
* To open chakras;
* To do the reconnection healing;
* To not worry, only celebrate the life;
* To more listen and to less talk.

Short Message from my Higher Self – 22 Aug 2013 by Multidimensional Ocean.

Just wanted to share a message that i recal as i was waking up this morning, you know those split seconds (if even that long), when you are coming back into you body. I have always found that time in the morning extremely enriching and revealing, and it has never failed to guide me well.

Here it is:

The challenge for humanity now is to survive their technology, and not to distroy themselves with nuclear technology. Fukushima, and every single nuclear facility on the planet has the potential to destroy all life on the planet. It is up to your collective consciousness to remove all that threatens life on Earth for humans, but also for all animal and plant life.

It will take to show a lot of maturity and that you have learnt from past mistakes to pull through the Earth graduation. There lies the real challenge for you, as a civilisation on this phase.

By this I mean that the same mistakes of self obliteration must be avoided, and only you can do that as creators living on Earth. Only you can design and draw your reality. Higher forces can never interfere at that level, as it goes with free will of your civilisation.

The mistakes committed on Mars and on Atlantis must be avoided at all cost this time, for your civilisation to pull through this time around, grow and mature to a higher level.

This is part of the cycle all planets go through, it is quite normal, only it is very exttreme on your planet Earth.

Very few civilisations have entirely destroyed their efforts to such an extent as your in the past.

We wish that you can reach the level of maturity required to survive the last and most difficult steps ahead of you now, and not to allow the cycle to repeat itself.

Time is not just your friend, it is your essence expressed in this physical dimension of Earth. The linearity of time is a construct of physicality and it threads the dimensions into a fabric that connects the bridge of evolution. Your essence is that of All. You are an instaneous integration of All into a unit of measure, that measure being a bit that completes the Whole.
The interweaving is a magical, calculable essence of expression; thought into form, form into life. The infusing of Life into all expression, from your perspective, is the function of Time. Quietly now, connect within the essence of Time. You have a clock within you. You are within a dimensional clock. And yet the ticking, the timing, is an interactive choice within the limits of your dimensional framework. The bridge then, is now your opportunity to release the dominance of Time and access the co-creative nature of Time, a Resource that is available within you.
As a human ascending, you are freeing the binds of Time and bending boundaries that held your creativity within the gauze of the past. What has been before, is now and your future is formed of the thought of the moment. The moment is then eternity and fleeting. Your Timeless nature is within, encompassing the clock, engaging choice and freeing you time and time again.
Knowing When is being in the moment, being present and listening with your tools of discernment. What draws you or repels you? Is it an easy, exciting draw/repel or does it spin you out of control? How can you shift your perspective, your fears, your habits of thought and action? Your work is to first find peace before choice. The linearity of time allows your progression to creative joy. Being honest with yourself about your energy of desperation or despair helps you release the illusion of lack within you. Look past the future and see your now as the perfect choice point it is. Find that peace within and choose.
Movement is continual. As you choose, you direct your movement with the wisdom of one who allows Life to flow with greater ease. Within your moment of choice, the implosion/explosion meets and you create a new path of probability that signals movement changed. The When is created within you.
As we sit to Blast Knowing When, we are wisely choosing to balance life’s polarity within before choosing without. We are listening with Love to the flow of our hearts. We are astute to the voice of Love crying behind every angry or harmful word. We are remembering that Life is a benevolent gift and Love is the powerful bonding that creates visible manifestation.
We are a friend to Time, Knowing that clarity comes with the peace that passes all understanding. We are patient because it’s worth the wait. We are active because it’s joyous to Be. We are Love flowing continuously, the movement of Life manifest in graceful form. Blast on!
