This video was shot this morning at 9am by Ryan Wehner on his iPhone at ECETI Ranch in Washington state. He was shooting a panoramic scene at the ranch and after reviewing the footage caught this amazing, saucer-shaped, UFO that flew over the ranch and made a left-hand turn behind the trees at the north side of ECETI. This is the actual raw footage that was sent to FADE to BLACK right from his iPhone.

No other countries on the Eurasian continent suffered so much from war than Germany and Russia. But perhaps out of this mutually painful experience of horror and loss, the two powerhouses can in partnership forge a new geopolitical direction.

A new direction that would turn simmering conflict and saber-rattling into plowshares in order to cultivate international peace and prosperity.

Death, disease, destitution and mass starvation scarred both nations. More than any other country, Russia and Germany know the full horror and suffering of war. Therefore, it is incumbent on both to do everything to ensure that such violence should never be repeated.

A doctor who warned families about the dangers of mandatory vaccines has been found dead a day after he was reported missing.

The body of Dr. Peter Cianfrani, 70, was discovered by search teams on Wednesday morning just off of the Perkiomen Trail in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

The longtime family doctor, who disappeared Tuesday was discovered in an isolated woodland area near a trail by searchers.

The Perkiomen Trail is a 19-mile-long multi-use rail trail along the Perkiomen Creek, with the trail mostly being gravel.

(ANTIMEDIA) — As bizarre metal towers mysteriously appear at entrances to bridges and tunnels all over New York, the project remains shrouded in secrecy. When pressed for details on the mystery structures by local news affiliate CBS2’s Dave Carlin, the MTA spokesman in charge of bridges and tunnels, Cedrick Fulton, simply replied, “I said no comment.”

The $100 million project includes 18 of these towers, which began to appear shortly after the Brooklyn Battery toll booths were taken down. The structures are being described as “decorative,” but a comment made by MTA chairman Joe Lhota suggests they are anything but.

Carlin: “Some of your own board members say they don’t know the specifics.”

Lhota: “The base of these new pieces that are going up include whatever fiber optics are necessary for those Homeland Security items.”
In other words, it’s anti-terror technology. Could that one day include facial recognition? We don’t know, and Lhota won’t say.
“I’m not at liberty to discuss that,” he told Carlin.

Putin and Erdogan agree to push for de-escalation zones in Syria, particularly in IS-held Idlib province.

(MEE) — Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that the de facto conditions needed to end Syria’s civil had been achieved, after meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Putin‘s comments, which followed talks with Erdogan in Ankara, come as Russia, Turkey and Iran cooperate on maintaining de-escalation zones in Syria.
Erdogan said after talks in Ankara that the pair agreed to “pursue more intensely” the implementation of a de-escalation zone in Idlib, which is currently under militant control, in comments echoed by Putin.
The Russian leader said Russia and Turkey would work to “deepen coordination” on ending the more than six-year civil war, adding the “necessary conditions” now existed for the conflict to end.
Erdogan, meanwhile, called the recent Iraqi Kurdish independence referendum illegitimate. Putin offered no opinion of the vote, saying Moscow’s position had been expressed the foreign ministry, which said it respected the Kurds’ “national striving” but supported the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of Iraq.

Both Turkey and Russia have strong commercial ties with the semi-autonomous Kurdish region of north Iraq, but Turkey – with a large Kurdish population of its own – bitterly criticised the non-binding referendum, threatening economic sanctions and a military response.
“The Kurdish referendum has no legitimacy in terms of the Iraqi constitution and international laws,” Erdogan said in his comments at the presidential palace.
“No one has the right to throw our region in the fire. In this delicate period after the referendum, we have to prevent the Kurdish Regional Government from making bigger mistakes,” Erdogan added.

The UN Human Rights Council has agreed to send war crimes investigators to Yemen, overcoming resistance from Saudi Arabia which sought to fend off an independent international probe.
A resolution, which was adopted by consensus on Friday afternoon, mandated UN rights chief Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein to send three experts to the country to “carry out a comprehensive examination of all alleged violations and abuses of international human rights” committed in the ongoing conflict.
The move will be seen as a victory for rights group, who have called for an international investigation into allegations of warn crimes in Yemen, where a Saudi-led coalition is accused of committing war crimes as part of a campaign against the Houthis.
More than 5,000 civilians have died since the conflict started in March 2015, with evidence mounting of the deliberate Saudi-led bombing of schools, hospitals and civilian infrastructure as part of a campaign to support the exiled president, Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.
In a last-minute compromise hammered out between Western powers and Arab countries, the UN Human Rights Council adopted the resolution within hours of a deadline for agreement.
The Yemen delegation said it had accepted the resolution, which calls for Zeid to to establish a group to "monitor and report" on the human rights situation in Yemen and to produce a "comprehensive written report" within 12 months.

The film Koyaanisqatsi was released in 1982. The title means ‘life out of balance’ in the language of the Hopi, a Native American tribe who live(d) mainly in what is now north-east Arizona. It is directed by Godfrey Reggio with music by Philip Glass and cinematography by Ron Fricke. There are no actors, and no dialogue. Philip Glass’s music underlies a series of film fragments that contrast the beauty of American nature with the noise and pollution mankind has added to it. Wikipedia:

The film consists primarily of slow motion and time-lapse footage of cities and many natural landscapes across the United States. The visual tone poem contains neither dialogue nor a vocalized narration: its tone is set by the juxtaposition of images and music. Reggio explained the lack of dialogue by stating “it’s not for lack of love of the language that these films have no words. It’s because, from my point of view, our language is in a state of vast humiliation. It no longer describes the world in which we live.”

Due to its initial success, Reggio and Glass made two sequels to the film, Powaqqatsi (1988), meaning “parasitic way of life” or “life in transition”, and Naqoyqatsi (2002) which means “life as war”, “civilized violence” and “a life of killing each other”. If you haven’t seen them, they come highly recommended.

Koyaanisqatsi is an fitting term to describe not only our world in general, but also our economies. They are severely out of balance, and getting more so every day. But economies, like nature, need at least a minimum in balance. If that disappears, this lack of balance will tip them over. It is somewhat strange that this is not being recognized, and not even discussed.

Senior U.S. officials have told the Associated Press that the U.S. is pulling roughly 60% of its staff out of Cuba and warning American travelers not to visit due to "specific attacks" that have harmed U.S. diplomats - namely the unspecified sonic attacks that have caused injuries ranging from mild to severe in more than 20 diplomats who formerly worked at the embassy. The officials say the US is ordering all nonessential staff in the embassy in Havana to leave, along with all family members. Only "emergency personnel" will remain.

Meanwhile, the US is also halting issuing visas to Cubans over the attacks, though it has stopped short of implicating the Cuban government.

The State Department warning on travel warning noted that many of the strange sonic attacks occurred in hotels, not the embassy itself, and that travelers could be at risk.
Following the news, Senator Marco Rubio criticized the State Department for not also kicking out some Cuban diplomats, given the egregious nature of the attacks.

Airport computer systems crashed around the globe yesterday. The crash caused passenger delays, angst, and fright among travelers, but a more ominous question has arisen in light of this glitch. Could the next failure be a worldwide power grid outage?

Thousands of travelers were grounded yesterday when a computer glitch took down check-in systems at more than 100 airports worldwide. The crash left passengers waiting in long lines at counters while trying to check-in for their flights. T Amadeus Alta, the company that provides the software, confirmed it is experiencing a “network issue that is causing disruption,” The Telegraph reported.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has warned against the spread of cholera in Yemen, saying the number of those infected with the disease could hit one million by the end of 2017.
At a news briefing in Geneva on Friday, Alexandre Faite, the head of the ICRC delegation in Yemen, said the situation caused by the cholera outbreak in the war-torn Arab country is a “catastrophe.”
“We could be to one million (cases) by the end of the year,” he added.
So far, 2,119 people have died of the epidemic, which emerged earlier this year amid the ongoing Saudi-led military campaign against the Arabian Peninsula state. The ICRC says there are currently at least 750,000 cases of cholera in Yemen.
The United Nations said in June that Yemen was facing the “world’s worst cholera outbreak.”

Libyan military strongman Khalifa Haftar has asked Europe for helicopters and drones to deal with migration on the southern border. The commander backs a Tobruk-based administration that controls much of the east and south of Libya. He traveled to Rome and Paris to bolster his stature as a key player in international efforts to stabilize the country, AFP reported. “When it comes to controlling the southern border, my forces can supply the personnel but you Europeans must send help: drones, helicopters, night vision and vehicles,” Haftar said in an interview. Italy, the former colonial power, is the strongest backer among Western allies for the UN-recognized Government of National Unity, which is based in Tripoli and sees Haftar as an arch foe.

Anomaly associated with the Black Stone is removed.

What is remaining are the remnants of the Yaldabaoth plasma entity with plasma toplet bombs and plasma anomaly associated with it, and a few more plasma parasitic entities that were until now hidden within the body of Yaldabaoth and are now getting more active as Yaldabaoth is weakened more and more. All these entities are also full of plasma toplet bombs and plasma anomaly.

I will mention two of those plasmoid entities here and they will be cleared and removed exactly in the same way as Yaldabaoth.

The first one is a wormlike entity that was teleported through the Congo portal from Rigel star system between 1996 and 1999. This entity is trying to cut the surface population from Light, it is trying to suppress spiritual growth and the Ascension process. This entity is carrying the vast majority of all still existing advanced plasma scalar weapons in its body and is using an advanced fuzzy logic computer program to direct those weapons to suppress Lightworkers and Lightwarriors as much as possible. The removal of this entity is top priority for the Light forces right now.

The consortium that recently assumed the management of 14 regional airports around Greece - including ones in the best-known tourism destinations - reportedly wants a 70-million-euro rebate from the Greek state due to the worse-than-expected condition of the facilities, according to a press report by Spiegel on Thursday.
In an article with an Athens dateline, Spiegel claims the Fraport Greece consortium, where Frankfurt-based Fraport holds a controlling share, is entitled to claim compensation based on the concession agreement that was implemented last April with the Greek state.

Άλλοι 406 μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες πέρασαν στα νησιά του βορείου Αιγαίου, από το πρωί της Δευτέρας 25 Σεπτεμβρίου έως και σήμερα Παρασκευή 29 Σεπτεμβρίου το πρωί, ανεβάζοντας σχεδόν σε 3.519 τον αριθμό των όσων πέρασαν στα νησιά από 1ης Σεπτεμβρίου και προστέθηκαν στους ήδη διαμένοντες σε αυτά.

Ανακαλύφθηκε άγαλμα του θεού Απόλλωνα στην Αντιόχεια της Πισιδίας (Μικρά Ασία)

Τουρκία.

Στην Αντιόχεια της Πισιδίας, στη Μικρά Ασία, η οποία χτίσθηκε από τον Σέλευκο τον Νικάτορα (πριν το 280 π.Χ.) ανακαλύφθηκαν πολυάριθμα αποσπασματικά γλυπτά που ανήκουν σε αρχιτεκτονικά υπολείμματα και (ελληνικές) αναθηματικές στήλες καθώς και δύο μαρμάρινα γλυπτά, όπως αναφέρει το Sputnik στην τουρκική έκδοσή του.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες που δόθηκαν από το Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού και Τουρισμού της Τουρκίας, οι ανασκαφές που έλαβαν χώρα στην αρχαία πόλη Αντιόχεια της Πισιδίας έφεραν στο φως σημαντικά ευρήματα.

Στη διάρκεια των εργασιών ανασκαφής και καθαρισμού (σωστικής ανασκαφής) ανακαλύφθηκαν μαρμάρινα αγάλματα καθώς και αναθηματικές στήλες.

Ανακαλύφθηκε ένα άγαλμα του Θεού Απόλλωνα και της Θεάς Σελήνης σε τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται περίπου 5 χιλιόμετρα ανατολικά της αρχαίας Αντιόχειας της Πισιδίας στην περιοχή Γιαλβάτς της Ισπάρτα (Σπάρτη Μικράς Ασίας).

Οι ανασκαφές που έγιναν με τη φροντίδα του υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Τουρισμού και του πανεπιστημίου Σουλεϊμάν Ντεμιρέλ με επικεφαλής τον καθηγητή Δρ Μεχμέτ Οζανλί είχαν ως αποτέλεσμα την ανακάλυψη του αγάλματος του θεού Απόλλωνα στην αρχαία πόλη της Αντιόχειας της Πισιδίας, το εύρημα μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα θα παραδοθούν στο μουσείο για έκθεση μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ανασκαφικής έρευνας.

Ν.Κοτζιάς: «Σοβαρός ο κίνδυνος "ατυχήματος" στο Αιγαίο - Οι Τούρκοι δεν έχουν έμπειρους πιλότους»

Στον κίνδυνο ενός «ατυχήματος» στο Αιγαίο αναφέρθηκε μεταξύ άλλων ο Έλληνας υπουργός Εξωτερικών Νίκος Κοτζιάς σε τηλεοπτική συνέντευξη που παραχώρησε. .
Πιο συγκεκριμένα και ερωτηθείς για τον κίνδυνο ενός θερμού επεισοδίου με την Τουρκία στο Αιγαίο ο υπουργός Εξωτερικών είπε πως ο κίνδυνος είναι υπαρκτός, το ίδιο και η περίπτωση ενός «ατυχήματος» εξαιτίας της απειρίας των Τούρκων πιλότων.
«Εάν δεν αναπτύξουμε τις διπλωματικές μας σχέσεις και δεν φτιάξουμε τα κανάλια επικοινωνίας καλύτερα απ' ό,τι στο παρελθόν, πάντα μπορεί να γίνει ένα ατύχημα, ένα λάθος», σημειώνοντας ότι μεγάλο ποσοστό των Τούρκων πιλότων είναι πιλότοι που προέρχονται από τις σχολές τους, χωρίς πείρα, είτε πιλότοι που επέστρεψαν στην υπηρεσία.
«Άνθρωποι που τους λείπει η πρόσφατη εμπειρία και μπορούν να αντιδράσουν νευρικά» σημείωσε ο Ν.Κοτζιάς.

Μαζικές παραβιάσεις από τουρκικά "Γεράκια"

και "Φαντάσματα" στο Αιγαίο

Ένα ζευγάρι τουρκικών F-16 κι ένας μικτός σχηματισμός (τετράδα) αποτελούμενος από μαχητικά F-16 και F-4E Phantom πραγματοποίησαν τις... παραβιάσεις χθες 27 Σεπτεμβρίου 2017, μην παραλείποντας να προβούν και σε τρεις παραβάσεις Κανόνων Εναερίου Κυκλοφορίας. Σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσε το Γενικό Επιτελείο Εθνικής Άμυνας, τα έξι τουρκικά μαχητικά -εκ των οποίων τέσσερα ήταν οπλισμένα- παραβίασαν συνολικά 24 φορές το FIR Αθηνών στο κεντρικό και νοτιοανατολικό Αιγαίο, με την τετράδα των F-16 και F-4E να πραγματοποιούν τις 23 από αυτές.

Τα τουρκικά αεροσκάφη αναγνωρίσθηκαν και αναχαιτίσθηκαν από ελληνικά μαχητικά αλλά δεν σημειώθηκαν εμπλοκές. Αυτή είναι η "κωδικοποιημένη" εικόνα της τουρκικής δραστηριότητας στο ελληνικό εναέριο χώρο σήμερα, όπως την αποτυπώνει η σχετική ανακοίνωση του ΓΕΕΘΑ.

Part of Russia’s initiative to help out the world’s poorest nations, says Putin

Russia decided to write off over $20 billion in debt to African countries, as President Vladimir Putin informed the press following his meeting with his counterpart from Guinea, Thursday.
“We have written off more than $20 billion of African countries’ debts as part of an initiative to help out the world’s poorest and most deeply indebted nations,” President Vladimir Putin told reporters after meeting with his Guinean counterpart Alfa Conde on Thursday.
He added that in 2016 Russia had lined up $5 million as part of the World Health Organization’s African aid program.
Russia has written off debts to a number of Soviet-era allies such as Cuba and North Korea.
In June, Moscow similarly wrote off all of Kyrgyzstan’s debt to Russia, totaling $240 million.
